    Peran Motivasi Kerja dan Efikasi Diri (Self-Efficacy) dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan

    The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of work motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The population in this study were employees at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is descriptive and associative methods. The sample used in this study is using Simple Random Sampling which is included in probability sampling by distributing 100 questionnaires to employees of PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing using a stimulating test (F test). The results of the study, the test coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.822 can be interpreted that the influence of Work Motivation and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance is 82.2%. The remaining 17.8% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.909, it shows that there is a very strong relationship between work motivation and self-efficacy with employee performance. Based on the F test, get the probability value sig. 0,00 <0,05 which means that together the Work Motivation (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y).     Analisis Rantai Pasok Dan Inovasi Pelayanan Terhadap Daya Saing (Studi Perusahaan Ekspedisi Dikota Sukabumi)

    This study aims to determine the effect of supply chain and service innovation on the competitiveness of shipping companies in the city of Sukabumi, partially and simultaneously. Respondents used in this study were branch heads, team leaders, and supervisors, totaling 58 people from 15 shipping companies. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach. By carrying out tests, namely the normality test, t-test (partial) t-test (simultaneous). The results in this study show a positive effect simultaneously between supply chain variables and service innovation on competitiveness with results showing that the F count is greater than the F table where the F count value is 74,448, the F table is 3.16. Partially the supply chain has a positive and significant effect on competitiveness, this is evidenced by T count being greater than T table where the T count is 7,136 > T table 2,002. Service innovation has a positive and significant impact on competitiveness, this is evidenced by T count being greater than T table where the value of T count is 2,296> T table is 2,002

    Pentingnya Pengalaman Kerja Dan Gender Terhadap Kualitas Kerja Karyawan

    This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and gender on the quality of work of employees. This research uses descriptive method and associative method with quantitative approach. The population in this study are employees of the production division of PT. Star Comgistic Indonesia and the sample used were 280 respondets. The data analysys technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the sample technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. The result of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially the work experience and gender variables have a positive and significant effect on the quality of work of employees. The result of the f test are known from the fcount 168,672 > 3,028, indicating that the fcount value is greater than ftable and from the correlation result in this study, it has a strong and high value of 0,549. Meanwhile, from the results of the t test values, namely tcount 6,847 > 1,968, it shows than ttable so it can be concluded that work experience and gender have an influence on work quality.     Analisis Manajemen Laba Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Dalam Penerapan Good Corporate Governance Dan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan

    The research was aimed at determining direct and indirect influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Profit Management as mediators towards Company Financial Performance. The data used in the research were in terms of secondary data taken from the state-owned enterprises (BUMN) registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 period. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of software SmartPLS 3. The results of the research show that GCG has no influence on Profit Management; CSR has a influence on Profit Management; and, Profit Management has a influence on Company Financial Performance.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada PT. Hero Supermaket Tbk periode 2013-2017 dengan menggunakan Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data keuangan perusahaan PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk periode 2013-2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai tambah pada PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk pada tahun 2017, dan tidak adanya nilai tambah pada tahun 2013-2016 dengan menggunakan metode EVA. Kemudian pada metode MVA, PT. Hero Supermarket menunjukkan adanya nilai tambah. Simpulan, angka EVA PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk pada tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2016 menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan tidak mampu menciptakan nilai tambah karena nilai EVA yang dihasilkan adalah negatif. Pada tahun 2017 terdapat nilai tambah. Nilai Market Value Added (MVA) pada tahun 2013-2017 bernilai positif yang menujukkan bahwa perusahaan telah berhasil menciptakan kekayaan pada pemegang saham walaupun dari tahun ke tahun megalami penurunan karena harga saham yang menurun.     Faktor-Faktor Budaya Kerja Karyawan

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui budaya kerja karyawan PD. RAM Armalia Sukabumi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan asosiatif dan deskriptif dengan path analysis untuk mengukur pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh inovasi pada budaya kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 16,9%, tanggung jawab sebesar 0,97%, orientasi pada hasil sebesar 0,05%, pengetahuan sebesar 0,95%, proses pembelajaran sebesar 2,07%, pengaruh motivasi sebesar 0,18% dan besarnya pengaruh inovasi, tanggung jawab, orientasi pada hasil, pengetahuan, proses pembelajaran dan motivasi pada budaya kerja karyawan adalah sebesar  18,5%  serta sisanya yaitu sebesar 81,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel atau faktor lain. Simpulan, terdapat pengaruh yang positif pada variabel inovasi, tanggung jawab, orientasi pada hasil, pengetahuan, proses pembelajaran dan motivasi pada budaya kerja karyawan PD.     This study aims to measure the effect of bankruptcy predictions on the stock price and earning per share as an intervening variable. The object used is PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. and data used is secondary data containing the company's monthly financial statements from 2016-2019 and stock data from Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses path analysis with SPSS program. The results of the study show that bankruptcy predictions have a direct and significant effect on stock prices, and bankruptcy predictions have an indirect and significant effect on stock prices through earnings per share

    Analisis Pengaruh Firm Size dan Sales Growth Terhadap Return Saham

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Firm Size and Sales Growth on Stock Return in food and beverage sub-sector companies in 2017-2020. The method used is a quantitative method through an associative descriptive approach. The sample used in this study is by using purposive sampling. Of the 30 members of the food and beverage sub-sector companies, 10 companies were selected as samples. Using secondary data collection techniques and multiple linear regression analysis methods to test this research. The results of this study indicate that there is no influence between firm size on stock returns and there is an influence between sales growth on stock returns in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.   Keywords : Firm Size, Sales Growth, Stock Retur

    Pengaruh Perencanaan Strategi Dan Kinerja Perusahaan Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Studi: Perusahaan Provider Operator Sukabumi

    In this study, the aim was to find out whether the implementation of company strategy and performance had an influence on competitive advantage for company provider operators. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample size of 31 respondents who are Managers, Supervisors and Admins at the Sukabumi Provider Operator Company, using a saturated sampling technique. In obtaining data generated by distributing research questionnaires to all samples with a total of 30 servers regarding strategic planning variables, company performance and competitive advantage, the measurement technique used is the Likert scale. Furthermore, testing of the data that has been obtained with various tests in order to answer the hypothesis in this study. The results in this study indicate that planning has a positive and significant influence between strategy on competitive advantage, and there is a positive and significant influence between company performance on competitive advantage and simultaneously with the implementation of strategic planning and company performance can increase the position of competitive advantage in Provider Company Operators.
