A Difference in Professional Ability that Young Teachers Feel from Skilled Teachers through Lesson Study -Basic Investigation Toward Development of a System that Supports Young Teachers for Enhancement of Professional Ability-

教師の職能の成長は今も昔も変わらず国の重要な課題の1つとなっている。これまで教師の職能成長に重要な役割を果たしてきたものの1つが授業研究であると言えるが、近年は教師の多忙さなどの理由で実施されにくくなっているのが現状である。このことから、筆者らは空間的・時間的制約を部分的に解消可能なネットワークを活用したWebベースの授業研究支援「eLESSER」プログラムを開発・実施した。2005年度に実施したこのプログラムには4人の教師が参加した。このうち2人は教師経験15年以上の熟練教師であり、プログラムのプロセスで授業設計、実施、授業についての議論を行った。残りの2人は教師経験10年未満の若手教師で、2人の熟練教師による活動をWeb上で観察した。本稿では、このeLESSERプログラムを通して若手教師が感じた熟練教師との職能差について調査・分析した結果について報告し、若手教師の職能成長を支援するシステム開発への指針を示す

教師教育を目的とするCSCL環境デザインに関する理論的考察

近年、教師教育において情報技術を用いた学習環境が注目されており、その中のひとつの可能性としてCSCL(コンピュータを用いた協調学習支援)がある。本論文では、教師を対象としたCSCL環境を具体的にどのようにデザインすればよいのか、という問いに対して、状況的学習論とCSCLの先行実践、教師教育の知見を理論的に考察することを目的とする。より具体的には、CSCL上で展開されるべき教師同士の相互作用の室と、そうした相互作用を支援するインタフェースの2点に言及する。教師教育を目的としたCSCLは、学習者としての教師が自らの教育実践を他の教師と語り、批評しあい、それをもとに教育実践に対して内省を深めることができる環境としてデザインされるべきである。Recently, some researchers have recognized the importance of Information Communication Technology for teachers\u27 education. The Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) laboratory is a virtual learning environment for schoolteachers. The purpose of this study is to examine how the CSCL is designed for teachers\u27 education based on the theoretical considerations of situated learning theory, the CSCL, and teachers\u27 education in general. In this paper, we deal with the quality of the interaction among the teachers in the CSCL environment and the development of the interface supporting this interaction. exCampus : an Open Source e-Learning System for Higher Education(Session 3: Practical Issues in Networking,Networks without Borders : Towards Cross-Cultural Learning Communities)

This paper details the development and implementation of exCampus, an e-Learning environment that complements face-to-face classroom lessons in higher education. exCampus is a flexible tool that accommodates both multi-level participation and access for the general public. This paper examines the effectiveness of the exCampus based practices, which participants have confirmed to be fairly significant
