近年、教師教育において情報技術を用いた学習環境が注目されており、その中のひとつの可能性としてCSCL(コンピュータを用いた協調学習支援)がある。本論文では、教師を対象としたCSCL環境を具体的にどのようにデザインすればよいのか、という問いに対して、状況的学習論とCSCLの先行実践、教師教育の知見を理論的に考察することを目的とする。より具体的には、CSCL上で展開されるべき教師同士の相互作用の室と、そうした相互作用を支援するインタフェースの2点に言及する。教師教育を目的としたCSCLは、学習者としての教師が自らの教育実践を他の教師と語り、批評しあい、それをもとに教育実践に対して内省を深めることができる環境としてデザインされるべきである。Recently, some researchers have recognized the importance of Information Communication Technology for teachers\u27 education. The Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) laboratory is a virtual learning environment for schoolteachers. The purpose of this study is to examine how the CSCL is designed for teachers\u27 education based on the theoretical considerations of situated learning theory, the CSCL, and teachers\u27 education in general. In this paper, we deal with the quality of the interaction among the teachers in the CSCL environment and the development of the interface supporting this interaction. The CSCL for teachers\u27 education should be designed as a learning environment where teachers can talk to each other about their lessons and reflections
