Работа посвящена анализу совершенствования системы менеджмента качества с использованием CALS-технологий. Представлен краткий обзор концепции CALS: основные преимущества технологии, автоматизация сбора и формирования данных. Проведенное исследование позволяет утверждать, что CALS-технологии являются эффективным инструментом в области информационной поддержки процессов СМК на всех этапах жизненного цикла продукции.The paper contemplates the analysis of the quality management system improvement using CALS-technologies. A brief summary of CALS conception is provided the main advantage of technology, automation of data collection and generation. Basing upon the undertaken study the author deduces that CALS-technologies are an effective tool in the field of information support processes at all stages of the product life cycle

Работа посвящена действию аварийно-спасательных формирований при ликвидации аварий с разливами нефти и нефтепродуктов. В процессе изучения данного вопроса были рассмотрены негативные последствия разливов нефти и нефтепродуктов на окружающую среду, методы борьбы с аварийными разливами и основы правового регулирования в данной сфере. В результате этого был разработан алгоритм действий профессионального аварийно-спасательного формирования при аварии с разливом нефтепродукта на смоделированном объекте нефтедобывающего комплекса.The work is devoted to the action of emergency rescue teams in the liquidation of accidents with spills of oil and oil products. Критерии формы поперечного сечения взрывной скважины

Предложены критерии оценки форм поперечного сечения скважины, полностью заполненной удлиненным зарядом взрывчатого вещества. Критерии рассмотрены с точки зрения эффективности взрывного воздействия на горную породу и могут быть использованы при создании и обосновании конструкций бурового инструмента. Анализ геометрических форм поперечных сечений взрывной полости в виде правильных фигур показал, что имеется взаимосвязь критериев, конкретное значение которых может быть определено для имеющихся конструкций бурового инструмента.Proposed criteria for the assessment of the bag of cross-section of the borehole is completely filled elongated explosive charge. Refractive error sensing from wavefront slopes

15 páginas, 8 figuras, 2 tablas.The problem of measuring the objective refractive error with an aberrometer has shown to be more elusive than expected. Here, the formalism of differential geometry is applied to develop a theoretical framework of refractive error sensing. At each point of the pupil, the local refractive error is given by the wavefront curvature, which is a 2 2 symmetric matrix, whose elements are directly related to sphere, cylinder, and axis. Aberrometers usually measure the local gradient of the wavefront. Then refractive error sensing consists of differentiating the gradient, instead of integrating as in wavefront sensing. A statistical approach is proposed to pass from the local to the global (clinically meaningful) refractive error, in\ud which the best correction is assumed to be the maximum likelihood estimation. In the practical implementation, this corresponds to the mode of the joint histogram of the 3 different elements of the curvature matrix.
