Online Learning Management in Covid-19 Pandemic: Case in Vietnam
The world is dealing with the COVID-19 epidemic, which has created enormous impacts on
education, especially on learning management, requiring the adjustment and implementation of an
online learning system effectively. The process of digital transformation has been promoted rapidly to
adapt to new conditions in Education.Nowadays the online system has facilitated students of all
levels to study at anytime and anywhere owing to the development of technologies. However, the
existence and limits ofonline teaching and learning have been mentioned such as the complicated
implementation or limited communication of active teaching methods compared to an actual
classroom. Therefore, innovative teaching strategies and models are now required to be more diverse
to encourage learners to focus on the lesson. In this study, we proposed an optimal paradigm of online
learning management: the combination of several supported programs to effectivelymanage the
teaching process. The approach has been appliedtothe Basic Informatics course for students majoring
in Primary Education at the Thai Nguyen University of Education, Vietnam, and suggesteda flexible
approach to stimulate learners' enthusiasm, express opinions, and actively participate in activities for
enhancing their achievements. In addition, the investigation and discussion from lecturers and
students about the digital transformation challenges in learning management also were presented
and proposed the necessary information for the educational process
Effect of chromium substituted on structural and magnetic characterization lithium ferrite nanoparticles
In this work, we present a structural, morphology and magnetic study of the Li0.5Fe2.5-xCrxO4 spinel nanoparticles (x = 0, 0.5, 0.75, 1, and 1.25) with mean particle size of 20-30 nm prepared by sol-gel method. The lattice constants and the size of particle decrease with increasing Cr concentration. In these samples, the preference of Cr3+ and Li+ ions in the octahedral sites and a small degree of site-interchange between Li+ in the octahedral sites and Fe3+ in the tetrahedral sites were found which increases with increasing the Cr content. A decrease of magnetization due to the spin disorder in the surface layer of the particles was observed. The spontaneous magnetization at 5K suggests the NĂ©el type of magnetic ordering in these samples. The magnetic coercivity is discussed in terms of particle size, morphology and chromium substitution. Keywords. Chromium substitution, sol-gel method, nanoparticles, lithium ferrite
Oportunidades para Colombia en atracción de turismo de Vietnam: esmeraldas, salud y aprendizaje de español
Vietnam and Colombia established diplomatic relations in January 1979, and since then the relationship between these two countries has been strengthened with state visits, managing to increase bilateral cooperation mainly in areas such as tourism, cultural exchange, and exposition. and agricultural import. Both are countries with many similarities; They have suffered a war and now they are on the road to development, they have a great biodiversity and a young population, they are also two leading countries in the export of coffee to the world. Taking into account these similarities and the potential to strengthen bilateral relations, this article analyzes the promotion of tourism as a key axis in the bilateral relationship. In that sense, the attraction of tourism from Vietnam to Colombia is analyzed, evidencing the tourism trend of the Vietnamese and the types of trips that Colombia can offer them. English teachersâ perception and attitudes of scaffolding method in teaching academic writing: An exploratory study at universities in Vietnam
The primary aim of this research is to investigate the impact of utilizing the scaffolding method on teaching academic writing in the context of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) at universities in Vietnam. This mixed-method study examined the attitudes and perceptions of 88 EFL educators from diverse backgrounds and degree levels who were randomly selected for the research. Methodologically, data were gathered and analyzed using the appropriate methods for each instrument, including a questionnaire and focus group discussion (FGD). Theoretically, the study is a medley of relevant theories and approaches such as Vygotskyâs Sociocultural Theory of Learning, the Scaffolding theory, and the âHigh challenge - High supportâ pedagogy. The results of this study suggest that participants used scaffolding to some extent and had strongly positive attitudes and perceptions regarding its practical aspects; however, the findings also revealed that the surveyed lecturers are deficient in the necessary knowledge and skills. In addition, the study's findings imply that EFL teachers need training on how to properly use scaffolding as a pedagogical strategy to facilitate teaching academic writing to EFL students
Development of freshwater prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) seed production and culture technology in the Mekong Delta Region of Vietnam: A review of the JIRCAS Project at Cantho University.
The Mekong Delta of Vietnam is a region rich in aquatic resources having high potential for aquaculture development. Inland aquaculture in the Mekong Delta has greatly increased since the last decade. Fish culture carried out in combination with other agricultural activities such as animal husbandry and rice cultivation, and intensive aquaculture in ponds and cages have been the dominant forms of fish production. However, the giant freshwater prawn, Macrobrachium rosenbergii, has recently become a species of economic significance and the target of aquaculture activity in the Mekong Delta. M. rosenbergii is cultured throughout the region in the rice fields, ponds, orchard gardens and in pens along river banks. The major constraints in this industry are seed supply and culture techniques, becoming the major obstacles for the further development of the culture of this species.
In a collaborative research project implemented between the Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences (JIRCAS) and Cantho University (CTU) since 1994, studies have been carried out on various aspects relating to the establishment of M. rosenbergii seed production and culture technology. The project is now in the middle of its second phase and has generated a great deal of scientific and practical information. This paper presents an overview of the achievements of this project
The Relationship between Online Learning and Student Satisfaction with Training Quality in Private Universities during the COVID-19 Pandemic
This study aims to explore the relationship between the influential factors of online learning and the satisfaction of economics and business majors with the quality of their training in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of 900 students in private universities completed a questionnaire. The principal findings of this research are that the students are satisfied with their online learning and that learning conferencing software is the most important driving factor leading to the studentsâ satisfaction when compared with learning conditions and learning devices. Another interesting finding is that the experience of using learning conferencing software results in a slight difference in the studentsâ perceived level of satisfaction, adding that users with more than two yearsâ experience are more satisfied with their training quality than users with less than one yearâs experience. However, the results also show that students want to switch to offline learning when the pandemic is over. This study should, therefore, be of value to higher education authorities wishing to understand their studentsâ perceptions of online learning. In addition, results from the study suggest more managerial approaches as well as improve the online teaching quality during the pandemic
Effect of Molecular Charge Asymmetry on Even-to-odd Ratio of High-order Harmonic Generation
Recently, asymmetric molecules, such as HeH, CO, OCS, HCl, have been evolved much attention since its rich information in the high-order harmonic generation (HHG), whose ratio of adjacent even and odd harmonics characterizes the asymmetry of molecules. In this paper, we study the dependence of even-to-odd ratio on the asymmetric parameters, in particular, the nuclear-charge ratio, and the permanent dipole, by exploiting a simple but general model of asymmetric molecules subjected to an intense laser pulse. The HHG is simulated by the numerical method of solving the time-dependent Schrödinger equation. We find out that this even-to-odd ratio strongly depends on the nuclear-charge ratio. In particular, the even-to-odd ratio reaches its maximum when the nuclear-charge ratio is about from 0.5 to 0.7. Besides, the dependence on the permanent dipole of the even-to-odd ratio has a non-trivial law. To explain, we calculate the analytical ratio of the transition dipole according to the emission of even and odd harmonics, and this ratio is well consistent with the even-to-odd ratio of the HHG
