Economic Assessment of Industrial Heat Pump

Práce se zabývá posouzením výhodnosti investice do průmyslového tepelného čerpadla a jeho použití pro vytápění objektů s různou tepelnou ztrátou. Porovnání je provedeno pro tři modely tepelných čerpadel a pro otopné soustavy 35/30, 45/40, 55/47 a 75/65 °C.This work deals with evaluation of investment in an industrial heat pump and its use for heating a building with different heat loss. The comparison is made for three models of heat pumps and for 35/30, 45/40, 55/47 and 75/65 °C heating systems

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem městského, otevřeného bloku a návrh radnice pro Brno – Střed. Řešené území se nachází na nároží ulice Hybešova a Nové Sady. V současné době je v území několik drobných staveb a zpevněné plochy sloužící jako parkoviště. Lokalita je v těsné blízkosti centra pod kamenným ostrohem Petrov, na kterém je dominanta katedrála sv. Petra a Pavla. Díky několika linkám městské hromadné dopravy je území pro objekt celoměstského významu ideální. Při tvorbě urbanistického konceptu byl kladen důraz na vhodné propojení území s městem, pestrost funkcí a vhodné zakomponování nových objektů do stávající struktury. Radnice jakožto budova pro veřejnost si klade za cíl stát se důležitou budovou nejen pro samotné území, ale pro celé město.The bachelor thesis deals with a concept of open city block and designs town hall for Brno – centre. Discussed area is situated on the corner of Hybešova street and Nové sady street. At present, there is number of smaller buildings and some hard surfaces used as parking place. The area is very close to the city centre and it is found under the Petrov hill with the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul that dominates the city’s landscape. From the city’s perspective, the locality is very attractive also thanks to its good public transport connection. The aim of this urbanistic concept is to create connection of the area with the city, as well as variation of functions of the new object and composite the object appropriately into the current structure. The town hall in its public significance proposes to become an important building for the locality but also for the whole city Brno.

Pension and restaurant Chlum

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem souboru objektů, jehož součástí je penzion s restaurací. Objekty budou vhodné pro konání společenských akcí jako jsou svatby, workshopy, oslavy a teambuildingy. Řešená parcela se nachází v místní části Zlína - Chlumu. Jde o jeden z nejvyšších bodů v okolí s výhledem na město. Blízké okolí tvoří především lesy, hospodářská usedlost a hostinec, na které navazuje zastavěná část obce. V první fázi bude důležité analyzovat specifika místa a vypracovat urbanistické řešení. Dále vytvořit stavební program a určit konkrétní měřítko výstavby. The buildings will be suitable for social events such as weddings, workshops, celebrations and team building. The plot is located in the local part of Zlín - Chlum. It is one of the highest points in the area overlooking the city. The surrounding area consists mainly of forests, a farm and an inn, which is followed by a built-up area of the village. In the first phase, it will be important to analyze the specifics of the place and develop an urban solution which is suitable for this area. After that create the program of the project and afterwards setup specific scale of the whole complex. In the second phase, it will be a specific solution of the entire set of objects based on previous analyzes and concepts.
