In order to determine a systematic method for increasing productivity, different methods have been implemented. However, these methods were mostly used for measuring the current situation and implementing a suitable instrument for the purpose of presenting an efficient solution in order to promote the productivity seems essential. For this purpose, operational research method is one of the most efficient and useful tools which tries to make the best advantage of them and use them systematically by implementing optimal resources. Using an goal planning tool through determining the essential goals for promoting productivity is a modern method which has attracted the attention of productivity areas and is able to study the interaction between the essential elements with productivity promotion approach. The purpose of this research is to study the relation between performing Fuzzy Goal Programming Method and productivity promotion of production factors such as the promotion of materials, capital productivity, and human resources. The deign used for this method is applied, analytic and descriptive. Twenty four hundreds experts from five major detergents companies existing in detergents industrial clusters were considered as the population of the present study. The results indicated that there is a positive strong relation between the three factors including promotion of materials, capital productivity, and human resources by implementing goal planning model

Culture and organizational climate is one of the internal factors of organization that it is very important and necessary. If any organization has been weaknesses at one of them, it could not arrive to required position. In according with history study, organizational successful depends on Organizational culture. Organizational culture is not touching phenomena but it shows real living of organizational workers. For this reason, organizational culture assessment for determine of exist of positive perception from thirteen factors of organizational culture included identification, commitment, constancy, behavior, functions, control, coordinating, individual initiative, responsibility, directing, fluency, managerial supporting and communication in small part producers firms in Tabriz city was the main goal of this research for testing of hypothesis as exist of positive relation between organizational culture factors in official organizations. High degree received from individual initiative and low degree received from managerial supporting organizational culture factor after relative questionnaires distribute for available samples mentioned organizations included managers, experts and workers that also correlation showed positive relation between organizational culture factors in organizations. Variance analysis showed that organizational culture factors at organizational different divisions about perception of workers of organizational departments that there are not difference between organizational culture factors in opinions of managers and experts of organizations but there is difference between organizational culture factors in opinions of workers

Considering the importance of the service quality and the position of banks in the global and national economy, the main objective of this study was to design a total quality model in Qavamin Bank to align the organization’s strategies, improve performance, and improve customer satisfaction. In the first step, after reviewing various groups of the Qavamin Bank processes, accounting processes were selected by the managers of the bank as sample processes. Then, using the six dimensions of the balanced scorecard, some indicators were defined for selecting the strategic process. After collecting data of indicators using cross-efficiency model in data envelopment analysis, “replacing the customer account book” was selected as the strategic process. In the next step, using the five phases of the DMAIC cycle in the lean six sigma methodology, the sigma level of the process was measured. After implementing the six sigma methodology, the process sigma level was increased from 2.84 to 2.88 and the average process time was reduced from 3 to 2 min and 40 s. The results showed the successful design and implementation of the total quality model in Ghavamin Bank for the process of “replacing the customer’s account book”. Finally, to measure the level of realization of the designed model’s objectives, the research hypotheses were tested using one-sample t-test. The results of the hypothesis test showed that all three objectives of the total quality model were met

IDENTIFYING AND SELECTING THE STRATEGIC PROCESS USING THE CROSS-EFFICIENCY APPROACH BASED ON SATISFACTION LEVEL AND EXTENDDED BALANCED SCORECARD

The strategy is a macro and strategic plan, and will only be implemented when it is defined in the form of various projects. In order to exploit the benefits of lean six sigma projects, these projects should be in line with the strategic goals of the organization. Organizations should select projects which are compatible with the organization overall goals and fulfill the strategic requirements of the organization. The purpose of this study is to identify the strategic process among the bank facility processes to use it in lean six sigma methodology in order to improve process performance and efficiency using a combination of cross-efficiency and extended balanced scorecard methods. In the first step, the criteria for selecting the strategic process were identified using the six measures of the balanced scorecard method. In the second step, after collecting information using the cross-efficiency model based on satisfaction level, the bank facility processes are ranked based on the efficiency score. The results show that the ranking of the processes under consideration is carried out without any interference, and one of the processes (process 3) is considered as the strategic process to use in the six sigma methodology

A comprehensive model for energy management strategies in coordination with manufacturing and organization strategies and its effect on energy management performance

Today, energy management is an important tool for organizations to achieve their key goals, but only by considering the role of energy management strategies, we cannot achieve scientific and precise results from energy management system. So this research aims to propose a comprehensive model of energy management strategies that is in line with organization and manufacturing strategies and increases performance of energy management. In this research, we collect information from the petrochemical companies and refineries, whose energy intensity is determined by hydrocarbon balance sheet of the country and examine them. Results show that organizations in which the type of their energy management, manufacturing, and organization strategies are coordinated have better energy management performance
