MANAJEMEN KERJASAMA SEKOLAH DENGAN DUNIA USAHA DAN DUNIA INDUSTRI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI LULUSAN PADA SMK N 7 BANDAR LAMPUNG

ABSTRAK Hubungan kerjasama masyarakat dengan dunia usaha dan dunia industri yang sangat diperlukan untuk mempersiapkan lapangan pekerjaan sesuai dengan keahlian dan kompetensinya setelah keluar dari sekolah. Namun demikian yang terjadi disekolah menengah kejuruan belum mampu melakukan kerjasama dengan dunia usaha dan industri melalui sekolah, selama ini hanya sebatas karena kenal saja dengan ketua program keahlian, dalam hal ini tidak mengatasnamakan sekolah. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, menganalisis pengorganisasian, mengidentifikasi pelaksanaan, dan mengevaluasi kerjasama dengan dunia usaha dan industri SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung dalam meningkatkan kompetensi lulusannya. Pendekatan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan tekhnik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya dengan mereduksi data, mendisplay data dan menarik kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi tehnik dan sumber. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SMKN 7 Bandar Lampung melakukan manajemen kerjasama sekolah dengan dunia usaha dan dunia industri di sekolah menengah kejuruan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi lulusannya, dilakukan dengan memperhatikan analisis SWOT sebagai dasar dari pada manajemen kerjasama sekolah. Yang dimana perencanaan yang dilakukan melalui survei dan analisis program, penyusunan proposal kemitraan, dan penyusunan program. Pengorganisasian dengan merincikan seluruh pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, melakukan pembagian beban kerja, serta pengadaan mekanisme untuk koordinasi pekerjaan para anggota organisasi, Pelaksanaannya dilakukan melalui validasi kurikulum, kunjungan industry, prakerin, pelatihan guru atau siswa, ujian kompetensi kejuruan, program produksi, bantuan alat praktek, penyaluran lulusan. Evaluasi dilakukan setiap adanya program dengan dunia usaha dan industri yang dilakukan evaluasi setiap tahun. Kelemahan hasil penelitian ini, dimana tidak adanya kerjasama dalam hal pencocokan pekerjaan oleh sekolah, tetapi adanya kerjasama pencocokan pekerjaan secara personal pada ketua program keahlian masing-masing. In fact, vocational high school has not been able to cooperate with the business and industrial world. If they do, it is just because the business or the industrial parties have close relationship with the head of the expertise program; and it is not on behalf of the school. This study aims to know the planning, to analyze the organization, to identify the implementation, and to evaluate the cooperation between the business and industry world with SMKN 7 Bandar Lampung in improving the competence of its graduates. The research uses qualitative descriptive method. To collect the data, the researcher uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis is by reducing the data, displaying the data and drawing a conclusion. The validity test of the data is by using triangulation technique and source. The results of this study indicate that SMKN 7 Bandar Lampung conducts school cooperation management with the business and the industrial world in their school in improving the competence of its graduates. It is carried out by taking into account the analysis of SWOT as the basis of the school cooperation management. The planning is carried out through surveys and program analysis, making partnership proposals and making program. The Organization is by detailing all the works that must be done to achieve the organizational goals, distributing workload, as well as providing mechanisms for coordinating the work of members organization. The implementation is carried out through curriculum validation, industrial visits, apprenticeships, teacher or student training, vocational competency exams, production programs, assistance with practical tools, and the distribution of graduates. The evaluation is carried out every time there is a program with the business and industrial world, and it is evaluated every year. The weakness of the program is that there is no cooperation in the case of job matching by school, but there is cooperation in job matching personally between the each of the heads of expertise programs.
