The effective major factors on customer perceived value in service context: The application of ANFIS method

    Get PDF
The purpose of the research is to further explore the understanding of the major factors influencing on service customer perceived value by undertaking Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method in fuzzy inference system (FIS). A total of 162 questionnaires were distributed to educational institute customers. In this research effective major factors on customer perceived value are brand image, company image, employee trust, company trust, service quality and costs. The results show that in the field of education, the company image and the costs are the most effective elements on the customer perceived value. Also employee trust and service quality have positive effects on the customer perceived value, but they were not very most. Thus educative services institutes must concentrate more on the company image and costs reduction in order to increase the customer perceived value.

In the centrosymmetric dinuclear title compound, [Ti2(C10H8NO)2(C2H5O)6], the Ti atom is bonded to an N,O-bidentate quinolin-8-olate ligand, two terminal ethanolate anions and two bridging ethanolate anions in a distorted TiNO5 octahedral geometry. An intramolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bond occurs; in the crystal, intermolecular C—H⋯O interactions help to establish the packing

The Study of the Relationship between the Capital Structure and the Variables of the Value-based Performance Assessment

Decision-making about the capital structure meaning company's finance, like other managers' decisions has an impact on the company's value. Therefore, determining an optimal capital structure in order to select financial sources is of crucial importance. To do so, the managers must be aware of the effects of influential variables on the capital structure. In order to assess the performance of business, different criteria have been presented, among which are the relationships of the value-based performance assessment. The present study aims at showing the correlation between the capital structure and the variables of the value-based performance assessment. The study is among descriptive researches and its methodology is ex post facto method. Also the hypotheses of the research have been tested using Spss19. Based on results, there is a negative and meaningful relationship between the capital structure and the variables of value-based performance assessment including Economic Value-Added (EVA), Market Value-Added (MVA), Cash Value-Added (CVA) in 219 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange within a time period of 5 years from 2007 to 2011. Keywords: Capital Structure, Economic Value-Added (EVA), Market Value-Added (MVA), Cash Value-Added (CVA

    Sputnik V vaccine efficacy

Background and objective : Generally, protection against SARS-CoV-2 was assessed by the measurement of antibody titers against spike protein and receptor binding domain “RBD”. Many global efforts lead to development of several vaccines based on various strategies. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the efficacy of Sputnik V vaccine among Sari healthcare staff population, Iran. Methods : Seventy-nine health professional staffs that were vaccinated with two doses of Sputnik V vaccine were selected. The Immune response against spike and RBD proteins was evaluated by ELISA assays 3-4 weeks after second dose of vaccine injection. Results : The results showed the antibody titers were raised after vaccination. Data analysis has also demonstrated that the efficacy of vaccine was not related to age, gender and previous infection of SARS-CoV-2. Conclusion : Sputnik V vaccine can lead to a protective response against COVID-19 infection in high percentage of the population

The two independent N-heterocycles in the centrosymmetric title compound, [La2(C10H9NO)4(NO3)6], exist in the zwitterionic form. One of these binds to one metal center, whereas the other bridges two metal centers. The La atom is chelated by three nitrate groups and is surrounded by nine O atoms in a coordination environment based on a distorted monocapped square-antiprism. The dinuclear structure is further stabilized by intramolecular N—H⋯O(nitrate) hydrogen bonds

The SnIV atom in the title compound, [Sn(C9H4Cl2NO)2Cl2], is chelated by the substituted quinolin-8-olate anions in a distorted octahedral geometry. The N-donor atoms are in a cis alignment as are the Cl atoms; the O atoms are trans to each other

A NOVEL DESIGN-BASED OPTIMIZATION SOLUTION FOR BUILDING BY SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS

The important objective of a building must be to provide a comfortable environment for people. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems provide a comfortable environment, but they are using high energy consumption, therefore, designing an energy-efficient building that balances energy performance and thermal comfort is necessary. To achieve this subject is important to choose the effective parameters for energy performance. This research aim is to produce a methodology for multi-objective optimization of daylight and thermal comfort in order to study the effect of wall material and shading of an office building (Tehran a basic-location). The building simulation was developed and validated by comparing predicted daylight hours and thermal comfort hour based on test and training on Jupiter Notebook (Anaconda3). The sensitivity analysis uses a multiple linear regression (MLR) method. Secondly, optimization is based on a genetic algorithm (GA) with the effective parameters to optimize the daylight and thermal comfort performance. For this, we developed a parametric model using the Grasshopper plugin for Rhino and then use Honeybee and Ladybug plugins to simulate thermal comfort and daylight, at the end use the Octopus engine to find an optimization solution. The result of this paper is essential as a preliminary analysis for shading devices, window-to-wall ratios, and wall construction optimization in the open-plan office

Prevalence of Shielding in Diagnostic X-ray Centers in the Islamic Republic of Iran: A Systematic Review

Shielding has been recommended as an effective tool against radiation exposure. Several studies have published on the availability and use of shielding tools in diagnostic X-ray centers across the country and contradictory results been reported. Therefore, the aim of this systematic review was to find out the status of radiation protection in term of availability and use of shielding tools in diagnostic X-ray centers in Iran. An extensive literature search was conducted in the PubMed/Medline, Embase, ISI, Cochrane Library, SID, Magiran, IranMedex, Irandoc and Google-Scholar search engine. We also manually searched the reference lists of the relevant studies. Two authors independently assessed the eligibility of all studies and extracted data. Thirty-seven studies published from 1998 to 2019 were included in this systematic review. In all, 1089 diagnostic X-ray centers, 4439 radiographs and performance of 1472 radiographers were covered in these studies. The availability of lead apron, gonad shield and thyroid collar were ranged from 7 to 95.5%, 26.6 to 94% and 7 to 94%, respectively. Moreover, their usage was ranged from 0 to 85.5%, 0 to 35% and 0 to 38.4%, respectively. In addition, lens shield was discussed in one study with availability of 0%. During 1998 to 2019, the status of shielding had not improved across the country. Therefore adherence to the safety guideline as far as possible is required to protection patients from undue exposure to radiation
