MODEL ANALYSIS OF THE SPREAD OF COVID-19 WITH LOGISTIC GROWTH RECRUITMENT

    Get PDF
This paper to analyzes the COVID-19 model with the growth of the logistics recruitment rate. Based on the model determined, the non-endemic stability points, threshold, and endemic stability points are obtained. The nonendemic stability point is asymptotically stable if the spread of COVID-19 decreases and vice versa. If the spread of COVID-19 increases, then the endemic stability P1 is globally asymptotically stable. Based on numerical simulations, the greater the recruitment rate, then the greater the number of susceptible and vaccinated subpopulation individuals. The smaller the value of the contact rate between infected individuals and those who are still healthy, the lower the number of infected individuals and vice versa, while the number of recovered subpopulation individuals is increasing. The greater the rate of treatment, the lower the number of infected individuals

This paper examines the influenza spread model by considering subpopulation, vaccination, resistance to analgesic/antipyretic drugs + nasal decongestants. Based on the studied model are determined, non-endemic, endemic stability points and the basic reproduction number. In the model studied, control is given in an effort to prevent contact of individuals infected with influenza and susceptible (u1), and control treatment for infected individuals in an effort to accelerate the recovery of infected individuals (u2). In the numerical simulation, using the control u1 the number of infected individuals subpopulation decreased compared to that without control. The number of individual recovered subpopulations using the u2 control increased more than that without the control

A tuberculosis model of SEIT type which incorporates treatment of infectives is considered. The population is divided into four compartments, that is: S are individuals in the susceptible compartment, E are individuals in the exposed compartments, I are individuals in the infected compartment, and T are individuals in the treatment compartments. For this model, controls on treatment is incorporated to reduce the actively infected individual compartments, via application of the Pontryagins Maximum Principle of optimal control theory. Numerical calculations with the approach of the Runge-Kutta method of fourth order can be seen that, the influence of the control treatment to more effectively reduce the number of individuals in the infected compartment compared with no controls. The basic reproduction ratio with control less compared with no controls

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the mathematics learning outcomes on the congruence and congruence material taught by concept maps were better than students taught by conventional methods. The variables in this study were two independent variables (1) learning methods, and (2) students' creativity and one dependent variable, namely mathematics learning outcomes. The sample in this study were students of class IX B and IX E SMP Negeri 2 Abepura Jayapura. Data collection methods used in this study are: documentation, questionnaires and test methods. Questionnaires and tests used to retrieve data in research before use were tested for validity and reliability. The processed data is data that is normally distributed and homogeneous. The results of the study showed that students' mathematics learning outcomes on the similarity and congruence material taught with concept maps were better than those taught by conventional methods. Mathematics learning outcomes of students on similarity and congruence materials that have high creativity are better than moderate creativity. The mathematics learning outcomes of students on similarity and congruence materials that have moderate creativity are better than low creativit

This study aims to determine the feasibility of developing an integrated science e-module through problem-based learning in improving critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes on vibration and wave material. The research method used was Research and Development. The research sample was class VIII Junior High School 2 Jayapura with a total of 30 students. The results showed that the integrated science e-module for vibration and wave material was very feasible to be used as a teaching material with an average validator rating of 90.89%. The use of integrated science e-modules can improve critical thinking skills and increase student learning outcomes by 0.57 in the medium category and 0.74 in the high category

The curriculum 2013, demands the concept of science-based learning that is associated with local culture. Mathematical concepts related to the local culture of Papua one of them is noken etnomatematics. The purpose of community service is to introduce the concept of noken etnomatematics to the students of  class V SD Inpres Vim II Kota Raja Abepura Jayapura as many as 35 students. The method of implementation is to socialize the material, time and object before the implementation of activities to teachers and Headmaster. In the implementation of community service learning is used lecture method, discussion, and props. The results obtained in the pre-test with an average value of  = 26.42 including low, the lowest value of 7 and the highest value of 50. Results obtained on the post-test with an average value of = 41.54 including moderate, the lowest value of 17 and the highest value of 70. Improved learning outcomes obtained after the activities of community service for N-Gain = 0.38 including the moderate category. Keywords: Learning, etnomatematics, noken, N-gain.

The problems in elementary schools in Papua, not yet achieving KKM mathematics lessons, this is due to the lack of interest and motivation of students learning mathematics. The cause of the lack of interest and motivation of students learning mathematics is due to the lack of innovation in the mathematics learning method used by mathematics teachers. One innovative learning method is a mathematical game, with the game method students feel learning while playing and that is fun, so students will be interested in learning mathematics. This activity was carried out in class V of Kota Raja Jayapura Inpres Elementary School which was held on September 3, 2018. At the time of the activity the participants were very enthusiastic. The pre-test results obtained an average value of 47.27 while the post-test obtained an average value of 53.33 with an increase in N-Gain of 0.17.Keywords: Games, math ball, learning methods, N-gai

Papua's local wisdom module is really needed to improve learning outcomes with contextual and tangible control where so far there has been lack of teaching materials based on local wisdom. This research is a research and development (Research & Development) that aims to find out how to develop integrated science modules based on local Papuan wisdom materials on the interaction of living things with the environment in class VII students of Nurul Huda Yapis Jayapura in knowing improvement in learning outcomes after using the module. The development model used is the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) with an experimental design using a pre test post test one group design, which uses one research class with a sample of 37 students. The results showed. (1) The results of the feasibility test for the prepared learning modules, based on material validation, obtained an average of 90.6%, media validation with an average of 92%, educator responses 96.25% and mean responses of students by 90.7%. In general the average for the module feasibility test is 92.10% which means the module is very suitable for use in learning. (2) There is an increase in students' learning outcomes after using a module based on local Papuan wisdom, based on the n-Gain results in RPP 1 is 0.57, RPP 2 is 0.71 and RPP 3 is 0.75. The n-Gain average for the three RPPs is 0.68 with a moderate category which means the use of science modules based on local Papuan wisdom is quite effective in improving student learning outcomes
