    The purpose of the study was to analyze the role of schools, the role of parents in the role of the community and analyze the role of schools, parents and the community on the quality of school education in Pangururan 2 Public Middle School, Samosir Regency. The research method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study (1) the value of tcount for the variable learning planning teacher ability 19.578 is greater than the ttable 0.1918 at the significance of 0.05 and the sig value of 0.00 is smaller than alpha 0.05. Based on the results obtained, Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The role of schools has an effect of 79.16% on the quality of education in Pangururan 2 Public Middle School. (2) Value of tcount for parent role variable 11, 258 greater than t table 0.1918 and sig value 0.000 smaller than alpha 0.05. Based on the results obtained, Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The role of parents affects 28.2% of the quality of education in Pangururan 2 Public Middle School (3). The value of tcount for the variable community role 6,680 is greater than t table 0,1918 and the value of sig 0,000 is smaller than alpha 0.05. Based on the results obtained, Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The role of the community has an effect of 30.6% on the quality of education in Pangururan 2 Public Middle School. (4). The value of Fcount 173.478 is greater than Ftable 2.70 or the value of sig 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.05. Based on the results obtained, Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.     An overview of the Knowledge of Level 1 Nurse Students about the 5M Health Protocol in Covid-19 Prevention at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan 2022

    Background: The 5M health protocol is a complement to the 3M, namely wearing masks, washing hands, keeping a distance to avoid crowds and reducing mobility which has been initiated by the government. This effort demands high discipline and must be applied consistently at all times. The problem involved in this research is regarding the 5M health protocol, where if someone does not carry out the 5M then positive cases of covid-19 will continue to increase in the community. So to overcome this, it is recommended for students to carry out the 5M movement, especially at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan to prevent the spread of covid-19. Knowledge is the result of sensing activities through the five senses such as smell, taste, touch and hearing. Objective: This study aims to describe the knowledge of level 1 nurse students about the 5M health protocol in preventing Covid-19 at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan in 2022. Methods: The method used in this study was descriptive, the number of respondents was 85 people. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique, namely the number of respondents at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan amounted to 85 respondents. The results showed that the 5M Health Protocol at STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan from 85 respondents was good as many as 84 people (98.8%) and only 1 person (1.2%). Conclusion: It can be concluded that the majority of respondents have good knowledge in implementing the 5M health protocol in preventing Covid-19 84 respondents (98.8%) and only 1 respondent (1.2%). Suggestion: it is hoped that all students, especially level 1 nurses, so that the 5M health protocol needs to be improved to prevent the spread of covid-19

    ANALISIS KETIMPANGAN PEMBANGUNAN DAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI ANTAR WILAYAH KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI SULAWESI UTARA

    This study aims to analyze the level of development inequality and economic growth between districts / cities in North Sulawesi Province in 2014-2018. This research was conducted from November 2019 to March 2020. The data used in this study are secondary data. The data were obtained from the North Sulawesi Central Statistics Agency (BPS Sulut) and other literatures according to this study. The results showed that the higher income between regions would affect economic growth and inequality that occurred in North Sulawesi Province. Based on the results of the development inequality analysis, it shows low inequality with an average Williamson Index number of 0.49 (<0.5). Classification of districts / cities in North Sulawesi Province using a regional approach. Typology Klassen is divided into four classifications. Regions are developed and growing fast, regions are developed but are depressed, regions are developing fast but are not developed, and regions are relatively underdeveloped. Based on these results, this study concludes that along with the occurrence of economic growth there will also be population growth. Thus, the rate of economic growth must exceed the rate of population growth. If in the long run the economic growth equals population growth, the regional economy will not experience development and the population's level of prosperity will not progress
