MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING OF INNOVATION COSTS

The article substantiates the necessity of developing a management accounting of costs for innovation activity, which includes certain components, such as purpose, nature, types, stages, participants and resources. The link of management accounting and innovation activity is given, stages of the process of cost accounting on a targeted basis are outlined. Cost centers and centers of responsibility for innovation have been developed. Authors propose the classification of costs for each innovative project by cost items. The form of account and analysis of innovative costs according to elements of costs is presented

Methodology of the remote audit efficiency

Remote audit is performed using information and communication technologies to collect, store, retrieve, process, analyse and transmit information. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, remote audits were carried out on a relatively small scale (for example, checking enterprises with hazardous production) or in case of unforeseen circumstances. During the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses, regulators and households have been forced to switch to work remotely, based on existing and developing new technologies. This article analyses remote audits and their effectiveness. To do this, autors have been conducted 18 interviews with representatives of the audit profession (leading auditors, auditors) and audit clients. The result has been the identification of the main differences between the process of traditional and remote audit, difficulties and features. Based on existing methods for analysing the audits’ effectiveness, and using a balanced scorecard, we have developed a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of remote audits (including indicators that affect the effectiveness of only remote audits)

FACTORS AFFECTING THE EDUCATION AND REPAYMENT OF RECEIVABLES

The article is devoted to the issues related to the accounts receivable of the organization, which for the debtor is a source of free funds, and for the creditor is the possibility of increasing the range of distribution of its products, services, and expansion of the sales market. Application of probability methods to research of one type of exotic options in diffusion model (B, S)- of the financial market

The decision of optimum hedging problem for the European options of purchase and sale of the exotic type when possible payments on options are limited by the set value is resulted. The formulas defining costs of options and also evolution in time of portfolios and capitals, i. e. hedging strategy and corresponding to them are obtained. Digital economy: terminological discourse

Due to the frequent use of the terms “digital economy”, “digitalisation” and “digital transformation” in regulation legal documents and methodological developments concerning the information technologies development and implementation in society and the economy, it is relevant to analyse the essence and application of these definitions. A terminological analysis of these concepts was carried out, and attention to main practical aspects describing these phenomena is paid in the article. A significant terminological discrepancy in these concepts in legislative documents, research and practice was noted. This leads to the emergence of incorrect messages for the methodological and practical conclusions both on a global scale and at the specific economic actors level. A logical scheme of interaction and interpenetration of the processes, arising in the digital economy creation, digitalisation and digital transformation, was built, which has allowed to create the authors’ vision of the definitions essence for their further use in science and practice

ВІЙСКОВОПОЛОНЕНІ НА СУМЩИНІ У РОКИ ПЕРШОЇ СВІТОВОЇ ВІЙНИ

У статті досліджується становище військовополонених армій Центральних держав, які в роки Першої світової війни перебували на Сумщині. Термін «Сумщина» щодо зазначеного періоду умовний — фактично йдеться про території, які перебували в складі чотирьох губерній: Харківської (Сумський, Лебединський повіти), Полтавської (Роменський, частково Гадяцький, Прилуцький, Лохвицький і Зіньківський повіти), Чернігівської (Конотопський, Кролевецький, Глухівський повіти, частина Новгород-Сіверського повіту) і Курської (Путивльський, частково, Суджанський повіти). Ці губернії в період воєнних дій були тиловими, тож тут розміщувалися контингенти військовополонених армій Центральних держав. Проаналізовано кількісний склад військовополонених, висвітлено правове та соціально-побутове становище полонених німецької та австро-угорської армій, а також відмінності у ставленні до полонених залежно від етнічного походження. Розкривається їх залучення до праці в сільському господарстві та на промислових підприємствах. Досліджено ставлення до полонених з боку військової адміністрації, місцевої влади, власників підприємств, маєтків. Розкрито становище окремих соціальних груп, прирівняних у період війни до полонених, та їх залучення до трудової повинності. До наукового обігу введено значну кількість архівних джерел, матеріалів газет, особистих документів учасників і сучасників Першої світової війни, які дають можливість розкрити різні аспекти військового полону.
