Multilevel Clustering Fault Model for IC Manufacture
A hierarchical approach to the construction of compound distributions for
process-induced faults in IC manufacture is proposed. Within this framework,
the negative binomial distribution is treated as level-1 models. The
hierarchical approach to fault distribution offers an integrated picture of how
fault density varies from region to region within a wafer, from wafer to wafer
within a batch, and so on. A theory of compound-distribution hierarchies is
developed by means of generating functions. A study of correlations, which
naturally appears in microelectronics due to the batch character of IC
manufacture, is proposed. Taking these correlations into account is of
significant importance for developing procedures for statistical quality
control in IC manufacture. With respect to applications, hierarchies of yield
means and yield probability-density functions are considered.Comment: 10 pages, the International Conference "Micro- and Nanoelectronics-

Detection of Trace Amounts of Toxic Metals in Environmental Samples by Laser-excited Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
Results for the direct determination of trace amounts of Pb and Cd in Antarctic and Greenland ancient ice and recent snow by laser-excited atomic fluorescence spectrometry (LEAFS) are presented. The whole procedure starting from field sampling, mechanical decontamination of the samples in an ultra-clean laboratory and final analysis of the decontaminated samples is described. The measured concentrations varied in the ranges 0.1–3 pg ml^(–1) for Cd and 0.3–30 pg ml^(–1) for Pb. The results for direct analysis by LEAFS agree favourable with those obtained by isotope dilution mass spectrometry and electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry, which require time-consuming pre-treatment and pre-concentration stages

Creation of Supply Chain Management Aimed At Improving the Quality and Accessibility of Municipal Services
Abstract— Supply chain management of regulation are mainly used in the field of municipal services management. Coordination between local governments and other organizations that control the provision of municipal services is poorly developed on the territory of municipal entities. The solution to this problem becomes particularly relevant in the context of creating the supply chain system for the management. It is quite obvious that a review of approaches and methods in organizing the provision of municipal services is necessary under supply chain strategy. First of all, we implemented the effective supply chain for allocation of resources in the context of the transition to medium-term budget planning, and also to the integration of supply chain mechanism for organizing the provision of municipal services in the existing territorial development management system. This article provides an insight into supply chain management practices in a municipal context. It highlights the status, challenges and way forward for the implementation of supply chain management in a municipal environment
Spurious states in the Faddeev formalism for few-body systems
We discuss the appearance of spurious solutions of few-body equations for
Faddeev amplitudes. The identification of spurious states, i.e., states that
lack the symmetry required for solutions of the Schroedinger equation, as well
as the symmetrization of the Faddeev equations is investigated. As an example,
systems of three and four electrons, bound in a harmonic-oscillator potential
and interacting by the Coulomb potential, are presented.Comment: 11 pages. REVTE
Eta photoproduction off the neutron at GRAAL: Evidence for a resonant structure at W=1.67 GeV
New (preliminary) data on eta photoproduction off the neutron are presented.
These data reveal a resonant structure at W=1.67 GeV.Comment: 8 pages, 4 figures. Published in Proceedings of Workshop on the

Eta photoproduction off the neutron at GRAAL
The gamma n -> eta n quasi-free cross section reveals a resonant structure at
W ~ 1.675 GeV. This structure may be a manifestation of a baryon resonance. A
priori its properties, the possibly narrow width and the strong photocoupling
to the neutron, look surprising. This structure may also signal the existence
of a narrow state.Comment: To appear in Proceedings of Workshop on the Physics of Excited
