Nuclear magnetic susceptibility of metals with magnetic impurities
We consider the contribution of magnetic impurities to the nuclear magnetic
susceptibility and to the specific heat of a metal. The impurity
contribution to the magnetic susceptibility has a behaviour, and the
impurity contribution to the specific heat has a behaviour, both in an
extended region of temperatures . In the case of a dirty metal the RKKY
interaction of nuclear spins and impurity spins is suppressed for low
temperatures and the main contribution to and is given by their

Collapse of an Instanton
We construct a two parameter family of collapsing solutions to the 4+1
Yang-Mills equations and derive the dynamical law of the collapse. Our
arguments indicate that this family of solutions is stable. The latter fact is

Strong coupling in the Kondo problem in the low-temperature region
The magnetic field dependence of the average spin of a localized electron
coupled to conduction electrons with an antiferromagnetic exchange interaction
is found for the ground state. In the magnetic field range

strong magnetic field range , the correction to the average spin
is proportional to . In zero magnetic field, the interaction
with conduction electrons also leads to the splitting of doubly degenerate spin
impurity states
OPERATION EXPERIENCE OF CENTRIFUGAL SINGLE-STAGE PUMPS IN «ALROSA» JOINT STOCK COMPANY
When mining diamond-bearing raw materials and further extracting diamonds from it in the joint-stock company ALROSA, which is a city-forming enterprise in the north-east of the Russian Federation, various pumping equipment is used, in particular, centrifugal single-stage pumps. In the present work, it is noted that the least reliable in terms of absence of failures of centrifugal single-stage pumps used in the joint-stock company ALROSA are the impellers, seals and bearing assemblies. Using linear correlation and regression analysis, it was found that the durability of the seals and bearing assemblies of the investigated pumps largely depends on the durability of their impellers. In the course of research, it was found that unbalancing the pump rotor due to excessive hydroabrasive wear of the impeller also leads to deformation and fracture of the shaft. In general, residual deformations and destructions are characteristic of the shafts of domestic pulp pumps of GrAT, GrT and Gr types. The most loaded sections of shafts of centrifugal single-stage pumps are installed. The most effective from the point of view of application among the pulp (ground, slurry and sand) pumps are pulp pumps of the Finnish company «Metso». When working on highly mineralized water (brines), the «X» type pumps have proven to be the best among centrifugal single-stage pumps
On the theory of Josephson effect in a diffusive tunnel junction
Specific features of the equilibrium current-carrying state of a Josephson
tunnel junction between diffusive superconductors are studied theoretically in
the 1D geometry. It is found that the Josephson current induces localized
states of electron excitations in the vicinity of the tunnel barrier, which are
a continuous analog of Andreev levels in a ballistic junction. The depth of the
corresponding ``potential well'' is much greater than the separation between an
Andreev level and the continuous energy spectrum boundary for the same
transmissivity of the barrier. In contrast to a ballistic junction in which the
Josephson current is transported completely by localized excitations, the
contribution to current in a diffusive junction comes from whole spectral
region near the energy gap boundary, where the density of states differs
considerably from its unperturbed value. The correction to the Josephson
current in the second order of the barrier transmissivity, which contains the
second harmonic of the phase jump, is calculated and it is found that the true
expansion parameter of the perturbation theory for a diffusive junction is not

Diversity of Trypsin Inhibitors in Cultural and Wild Barley
Diversity of trypsin inhibitors was studied in 35 spring barley cultivars (Hordeum vulgare), 21 samples of H. spontaneum, and 3 samples of H. agriocrithon. Six variants of trypsin inhibitor spectra were identified by native electrophoresis method followed by specific development of activity. Four variants were found in both cultivated and wild barley, and the other two were revealed only in H. spontaneum. Trypsin inhibitor activities (TIA) and soluble protein contents were determined in four cultivars with different variants of trypsin inhibitors. It was shown that TIA differed in the cultivars studied and did not correlate with soluble protein contents
Influence of magnetic impurities on the heat capacity of nuclear spins
It is found that in a wide range of temperatures and magnetic fields even a
small concentration of magnetic impurities in a sample leads to a
temperature dependence of the nuclear heat capacity. This effect is related to
a nuclear-spin polarization by the magnetic impurities. The parameter that
controls the theory turns out not to be the impurity concentration

Noncoaxial multivortices in the complex sine-Gordon theory on the plane
We construct explicit multivortex solutions for the complex sine-Gordon
equation (the Lund-Regge model) in two Euclidean dimensions. Unlike the
previously found (coaxial) multivortices, the new solutions comprise single
vortices placed at arbitrary positions (but confined within a finite part of
the plane.) All multivortices, including the single vortex, have an infinite
number of parameters. We also show that, in contrast to the coaxial complex
sine-Gordon multivortices, the axially-symmetric solutions of the
Ginzburg-Landau model (the stationary Gross-Pitaevskii equation) {\it do not}

Influence of spin structures and nesting on Fermi surface and a pseudogap anisotropy in t-t'-U Hubbard model
Influence of two type of spin structures on the form of the Fermi surface
(FS) and a photoemission intensity map is studied for t-t'-U Hubbard model.
Mean field calculations are done for the stripe phase and for the spiral spin
structure. It is shown, that unlike a case of electron doping, the hole-doped
models are unstable with respect to formation of such structures. The pseudogap
anisotropies are different for h- and e- doping. In accordance with ARPES data
for La2SrxCuO4 the stripe phase is characterized by quasi-one-dimensional
segments of FS at k=(\pi,0) and by suppression of spectral weight in diagonal
direction. It is shown that spiral structures display the polarisation
anisotropy: different segments of FS correspond to electros with different spin
