    Continuous education in youth careers

The problem in the labor market determines that the younger generation in choosing a profession, specialty or job is focused on the criteria of not rationality, but material benefit and security. The consequence is the formation of an unsustainable labor market structure, because with the existing vacancies, youth unemployment continues to grow and growПроблема на рынке труда определяет то, что молодое поколение при выборе профессии, специальности или работы ориентирована на критерии не рациональности, а материальной выгоды и обеспеченности. Следствием является формирование нерациональной структуры рынка труда, поскольку при имеющихся незаполненных вакансиях молодежная безработица продолжает развиваться и раст

Determination of Total Antioxidant Content in Various Drinks by Amperometry

    Get PDF
In the present work the total content of phenolic antioxidants in juice of some fruit and vegetables, in wines, water extracts of tea and herb were measured by amperometry. Efficiency of the method allowed determining the total antioxidant content in their binary and multimixes, including processes of frosting-defrosting and juice diluting as well. The deviation of experimentally received values of the total antioxidant content in some drink mixes from the values calculated proceeding from the additivity principle of the antioxidant content in separate drinks has been revealed

Effect of thermomechanical impacts on the deformation of thin polyimide films at uniaxial tension

    Get PDF
Thermomechanical studies of the dependence of deformation on time (t) and temperature (T) for various static stresses in polyimide under uniaxial tension were carried out. Temporal deformation curves for static stresses in the range from 75 to 110 MPa consist of two stages: 1 - increase; 2 - exit to saturation, which is associated with a change in the nature of structural transformations of macromolecules, due to the action of the static stresses. An increase in temperature and voltage leads to an increase in the dependence e (Т). This is due to the intensification of the processes of structuring macromolecules with increasing temperature and are supplemented by processes of breaking bonds between macromolecules, which increase the strain rate. Experimental data are described in terms of exponential and linear models

The purpose of the proposed investigation is a mathematical formulation and solution of the problem concerning selection of operating parameters of heat- and mass transfer processes while using numerical methods. The solution of the problem makes it possible to calculate changes in function describing state of the controlled media in order to obtain the desired distribution within minimum time. Results of the given paper are applicable for description of drying, blowing-up and other processesЦель предлагаемого исследования – математическая постановка и решение численными методами задач выбора режимных параметров процессов тепломассопереноса, что позволяет рассчитать, как должна изменяться функция, описывающая состояние контролируемой среды для получения желаемого распределения за минимальное время. Результаты данной работы применимы при описании процессов сушки, наддува и др

The paper proposes a method for replacing constraints on phase variables with a constraint on control action. This method makes it possible to solve a problem pertaining to optimum quick heating of thermally massive body taking into account constraints on thermal stresses with the help of an analogous problem ignoring constraints on thermal stresses.

Quantitative and qualitative analysis of sunflower pollen (<i>Helianthus</i> L.) and it’s use in breeding work

Background. In breeding work, it is necessary to take into account such an important feature as male sterility of the hybrids obtained. If a plant has visually visible anthers and pollen, the quality of the pollen grains themselves may be low. It is necessary to carry out not only a visual analysis, but also a cytological study of pollen in order to properly assess the reproductive potential of plants.Materials and methods. Wild species, some cultivars, lines and hybrids of sunflower from the collection of the N. I. Vavilov All-Russian Institute of Plant Genetic Resources were taken as objects of research. The plants were grown on the fields of Kuban Experiment Station. Pollen was collected from preinsulated inflorescences, fixed in FAA solution and stained with acetocarmine. The ratio of fertile pollen grains to the total number of pollen grains (in %) was calculated, the diameter of the pollen grains was measured, and variability curves were drawn.Results. Mature pollen grains in sunflower are rounded, tricolpate-poral, threecelled; the average pollen diameter in cultivated sunflower is 28–32 μm; in wild species, the range is from 20– 22 μm to 32–34 μm. All accessions were divided into three groups. Fertile: high level of fertility (75–99%) and low morphological heterogeneity of pollen; the variation curve for the average diameter was characterized by one distinct peak. Most of the studied accessions were included here: cultivars, most of the lines and some of the wild species. Semi-fertile: the number of well-stained pollen grains is below 75%; there are differences in the degree of staining and size of the pollen; the variation curve had additional peaks. This group included some of the lines, hybrids and wild species. The greatest morphological heterogeneity was observed in the group of perennial interspecific hybrids. Sterile: pollen grains were absent or were observed very sporadically.Conclusion. To assess the fertility of plants, it is important not only to determine the degree of staining in pollen grains, but also to rank them by diameter and construct variation curves to reveal morphological heterogeneity of pollen

Isolation of Soil Thiobacterii and Determination of Their Bio-Oxidation Activity

36 strains of sulfur-oxidizing bacteria were isolated in Southern Kazakhstan soda-saline soils and identified. Screening of strains according bio-oxidation (destruction thiosulfate to sulfate) and enzymatic (Thiosulfate dehydrogenises and thiosulfate reductase) activity was conducted. There were selected modes of aeration and culture conditions (pH, temperature), which provide optimum harvest cells. These strains can be used in bio-melioration technology
