Perkawinan Siri Online Ditinjau Dari Prespektif Hukum Perkawinan Islam Yang Berlaku Di Indonesia

This research aims to find out and understand the practices of sirri marriage in Indonesia reviewed from fiqh munakahat and Indonesian marriage law, find out and understand the practices of online sirri marriage reviewed from fiqh munakahat and Indonesian marriage law, and what is the juridical consequenses of this online sirri marriage reviewed from fiqh munakahat and Indonesian marriage law. This research use case study method, which is use primary and secondary sources of law. The research shows that currently there has been no clear definition of sirri marriage in the provisions of the legislation. Both conventional and online sirri marriage actually contrary to fiqh munakahat and Indonesian marriage law. One of the juridical consequenses of this online sirri marriage is that marriage is not legally recognized and there is no legal protection to the perpetrators of online sirri marriage IntisariPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana praktik perkawinan siri ditinjau dari fiqih munakahat dan hukum perkawinan yang berlaku di Indonesia, bagaimana praktik perkawinan siri secara online ditinjau dari fiqih munakahat dan hukum perkawinan yang berlaku di Indonesia, serta bagaimana konsekuensi yuridis dari dilakukannya perkawinan siri secara online ditinjau dari fiqih munakahat dan hukum perkawinan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi pustaka. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa saat ini belum terdapat definisi yang jelas mengenai perkawinan siri dalam ketentuan peraturan Perundang-undangan. Perkawinan siri baik secara konvensional maupun secara online sejatinya bertentangan dengan fiqih munakahat maupun hukum perkawinan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Salah satu konsekuensi yuridis dari perkawinan siri secara online adalah perkawinan tersebut dianggap tidak ada dan tidak pernah terjadi menurut hukum sehingga tidak ada perlindungan hukum bagi kedua pelaku perkawinan siri secara online

Analisis Spasial Penyebaran Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue Dengan Indeks Moran Dan Geary's C (Studi Kasus Di Kota Semarang Tahun 2011)

Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease transmitted by the mosquito Aedes aegypti through its the virus dengue virus from patient to another via the bite. Rate dependence dengue in an area estimated to be affected by dengue fever in other neighboring areas. The statement was supported by the First Law of Geography expressed Tobler that all things related to everything else, but near things are more related than distant things. Therefore, if a dengue endemic area, the suspected region make the area immediately adjacent to endemic dengue with a new one. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is spatial autocorrelation in the spread of dengue fever in the city of Semarang. Limited to methods index and Geary's C Moran and mapping the spread of dengue fever in the city of Semarang with respect to the location (district) in 2011. Pengembangan Integrated Assessment untuk Mengukur Keterampilan Proses Sains dan Keterampilan Berpikir Siswa Kelas VII SMP

Kajian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang pengembangan integrated assessment untuk mengukur keterampilan proses sains dan keterampilan berpikir siswa kelas VII SMP. Pendidikan sekarang telah memasuki abad ke-21 yang menuntut peserta didik mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir. Selain itu, Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) memiliki banyak sekali materi yang mengembangkan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik. Namun, masih banyak pendidik yang berpusat pada penilaian kemampuan kognitif peserta didik. Diharapkan dengan kajian ini dapat merubah paradigma penilaian guru yang masih banyak berpusat pada kemampuan kognitif saja, menjadi penilaian yang juga memperhatikan keterampilan proses sains dan keterampilan berpikir. Penilaian dalam kurikulum 2013 menuntut pendidik untuk melakukan penilaian secara menyeluruh, tidak hanya pada kemampuan kognitif saja tetapi juga keterampilan proses sains dan keterampilan berpikir, sehingga perlu dikembangkan instrumen penilaian alternatif, yaitu integrated assessment. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengembangan integrated assessment ini adalah research and development (R&D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah 4-D, yaitu define, design, development, dan disseminate. Disseminate merupakan tahapan penyebarluasan yang tidak dilakukan. Berdasarkan kajian ini diharapkan dapat dikembangkan integrated assessment yang layak digunakan sebagai instrumen penilaian alternatif untuk mengukur ketercapaian keterampilan proses sains dan keterampilan berpikir pada kurikulum 2013

Investigation of multi-phase tubular permanent magnet linear generator for wave energy converters

In this article, an investigation into different magnetization topologies for a long stator tubular permanent magnet linear generator is performed through a comparison based on the cogging force disturbance, the power output, and the cost of the raw materials of the machines. The results obtained from finite element analysis simulation are compared with an existing linear generator described in [1]. To ensure accurate results, the generator developed in [1] is built with 3D CAD and simulated using the finite-element method, and the obtained results are verified with the source.The PRIMaRE project

Pengaruh Dukungan Organisasional, Pemberdayaan Karyawan, dan Kapabilitas Ti terhadap Keinovasian USAha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Studi Empiris : UKM di Sleman, D.i. YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bersifat ex-post facto dan kausal komparatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh Kapabilitas TI terhadap Keinovasian, (2) pengaruh Dukungan Organisasional terhadap Keinovasian, dan (3) pengaruh Pemberdayaan Karyawan terhadap Keinovasian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan berskala kecil menengah atau UKM di Kabupaten Sleman DIY. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah UKM yang berjumlah 70 responden di kabupaten Sleman DIY. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, dan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kapabilitas TI terhadap Keinovasian yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai R2(x1y)= 0,511,thitung= 8,425> ttabel =2,000 dan dengan signifikansi (0,000 ttabel =2,000 dan dengan signifikansi (0,000 ttabel =2,000 dan dengan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,050). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi, dukungan terhadap kontribusi karyawan, dan pemberdayaan karyawan dapat semakin meningkatkan keinovasian dalam UKM yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak baik pada kinerja dan keefisienan aktivitas bisnis Perusahaan

A hybrid predictive technique for lossless image compression

Compression of images is of great interest in applications where efficiency with respect to data storage or transmission bandwidth is sought.The rapid growth of social media and digital networks have given rise to huge amount of image data being accessed and exchanged daily. However, the larger the image size, the longer it takes to transmit and archive. In other words, high quality images require huge amount of transmission bandwidth and storage space. Suitable image compression can help in reducing the image size and improving transmission speed. Lossless image compression is especially crucial in fields such as remote sensing healthcare network, security and military applications as the quality of images needs to be maintained to avoid any errors during analysis or diagnosis. In this paper, a hybrid prediction lossless image compression algorithm is proposed to address these issues. The algorithm is achieved by combining predictive Differential Pulse Code Modulation (DPCM) and Integer Wavelet Transform (IWT). Entropy and compression ratio calculation are used to analyze the performance of the designed coding. The analysis shows that the best hybrid predictive algorithm is the sequence of DPCM-IWT-Huffman which has bits sizes reduced by 36%, 48%, 34% and 13% for tested images of Lena, Cameraman, Pepper and Baboon, respectively

TEACHERS’ PERCEPTION OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AT SECONDARY SCHOOL LEVEL: A QUALITATIVE STUDY

Professional development is the most effective and powerful skill to increase the learners’ needs and then make them able to acquire these tools to complete their learning criteria. It works to fulfill the requirement of a teacher to meet with the effective teaching styles. This study aims to examine the secondary school teachers’ perceptions about professional development, its importance in teaching practices and why it has been declared an instrument to get the students’ learning outcomes. For this purpose, we opted semi-structured interviews for the collection of data. The total 13 participants participated in this study. The findings of the study revealed that the professional development affects teacher’s classroom practices and enhances the learning achievement of students. The findings also showed that the continuous professional development induces teachers to improve their teaching competencies to meet the need of learners as per educational demands and the relevance of teacher efficacy for their effectiveness, as related to powerful CPD experiences. Moreover, school embedded professional learning opportunities can thus answer to self-direct desires for instructional change, which afterwards provide the motivational efforts to sustain and overcome the hurdles. Further, discussion and suggestions are given.  Article visualizations
