This research was conducted to identify all influencing factors of wheat flour demand of industries, which used wheat flour as main raw material. Samples of this research were five noodle industries and ten sweet cake industries in Yogyakarta municipality. Dependent variable influencing to wheat flour demand of small scale industries were price of wheat flour, price of substitutes (rice flour and tapioca starch), industry\u27s income, and governmental regulation for wheat flour distribution. A double regression method was used to determine the roles of each dependent variable. Result of data analysis showed, that the wheat flour demand was influenced by five factors in following equation: ... If the price of wheat flour (Pt) increased at 1%, the demand of it (Qt) decreased at 0.09%. The increase in price of rice flour (Ptb) 1% caused the increase in demand of wheat flour (Qt) for 0.124%; The increase in price of tapioca starch (Ptp) for 1% affected the increase in demand of wheat flour 0.028%; the increase of wheat flour demand of 0.427; also for cake industry increase in its income 1% caused increase in the wheat flour was stopped, the demand of wheat flour decreased. This regulation affected the declination of wheat flour demand in small-scale industry of wheat demand for 0.036

Education for Sustainable Development Through Dissemination of Good Cleaner Production Practices: University – Industry Collaboration Toward Sustainable Agroindustry (A Case on Pondoh Snake Fruit Based SME)

Higher education plays an important role in the implementation of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). Together with industry, the collaboration can provide a wider multiplier effect. Among others, agro-industry is one of sector that provides vast employment opportunities both on- and off-farms, which potentially improve welfare of human involved. However, its activities in effort to meet the needs of rapid increase of world's population faced with scarcity problems, sometimes merely focus on economic sustainability. Therefore, disseminating good cleaner production practices, which emphasizes the reduction or removal of environmental contamination at the source (front of pipe concept) can be done to educate agro-industrial actors to implement sustainable development. Collaboration model between university and agro-industry in Education for Sustainable Development of Agroindustry is discussed in the paper

Hinotori-C: A Full Polarimetric C Band Airborne Circularly Polarized Synthetic Aperture Radar for Disaster Monitoring

This paper aims to present the design and development work of a full polarimetric Circularly Polarized Synthetic Aperture Radar (CP-SAR) system. The CP-SAR sensor is operating in C band with center frequency of 5.3 GHz, operational bandwidth ranged from 100 MHz to 400 MHz, and transmitting peak power of 280 watt. Four circularly polarized antennas (2 units with left handed circularly polarized and 2 units with right handed circularly polarized) were designed and developed with approximately 22 dBic of gain, and beamwidth of 13° and 6° in range and azimuth direction, respectively. This paper also presents the results from the laboratory test and ground test of the CP-SAR sensor, as well as, the flight test results obtained from the maiden flight of the CP-SAR system using CASA/IPTN CN235-MPA aircraft
