    Kelahiran setiap anak memiliki sifat yang unik antara satu dengan yang lain. Beberapa dilahirkan sempurna dan yang lain dilahirkan dengan keterbatasan atau pengecualian. Anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah anak yang memerlukan perlakuan atau pelayanan khusus untuk mencapai perkembangan optimal karena karakteristik atau keterbatasan yang ada dalam dirinya. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi belajar yang tepat dan menambah pengetahuan dan pengalaman mengenai Stimulus Individual kepada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Menggunakan metode observasi yang berlangsung selama 3 bulan. Hasil yang di dapat pendidikan di PAUD Inklusi Pelita Bunda sudah cukup baik dengan menggunakan prinsip pembelajaran yang telah disesuaikan dengan kurikulum 2013 berkoordinasi dengan Dinas Pendidikan. Pembelajaran dipandu oleh prinsip-prinsip perkembangan anak, kebutuhan anak, dan lingkungan yang mendukung dan mengembangkan kemampuan anak, menggunakan pendekatan bermain-saat-belajar atau belajar-melalui bermain, tematik atau berbasis mata pelajaran

    Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) mendorong perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dampak keunikan sumber daya untuk menciptakan keunggulan bersaing Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Palembang.  Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 104 responden pada beberapa PTS di Kota Palembang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan secara stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan model persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan bantuan program LISREL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keunikan sumber daya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kolaborasi, dan kolaborasi berpenagruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing perguruan tinggi. Semakin unik sumber daya yang dimiliki PTS maka akan membuka peluang meningkatnya kolaborasi dan pada ahirnya mampu menciptakan keunggulan bersaing PTS. Namun keunggulan bersaing tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap keunggulan bersaing, artinya bahwa kolaborasi menjadi variabel intervening yang baik bagu keunikan sumber daya terhadap keunggulan bersaing PTS

    Anak tunadaksa merupakan seseorang yang mengalami kelainan dari segi fisik dan kesulitan dalam mengoptimalkan fungsi anggota tubuh sebagai akibat dari penyakit, kecelakaan, pertumbuhan yang salah satu bentuk yang mengakibatkan penurunan kemampuan untuk melakukan gerakan-gerakan tubuh tertentu. Kurangnya kemampuan gerakan tersebut membuat mereka sulit untuk berjalan, berlari, menulis, dan lain-lain. Kegiatan ini berfokus untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus anak dapat mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus anak khususnya koordinasi antara jari-jemari, mata dan tangan anak secara optimal. Hasil dari program kerja ini adalah YS dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak seperti meningkatkan kemampuan jari jemari, koordinasi tangan-mata, serta konsentrasi pada anak tunadaksa dalam proses pembelajaran.     Psychoeducation is an activity carried out to increase understanding and/or skills as an effort to prevent the emergence or spread of psychological disorders in a group, community or society or activities carried out to increase understanding for the environment, especially the family, about disorders experienced by a person. Movement and songs for elementary school children are learning models to stimulate children's musical and kinesthetic intelligence. Based on observation data, in East Surabaya Village, the local population has no or lack of understanding of healthy lifestyles, especially in applying them in daily life. Based on interview data, it is true that residents in this village do not understand and have not implemented a healthy lifestyle properly starting from maintaining cleanliness and implementing health protocols. Because, if healthy lifestyle during this pandemic not implemented well, it can open up space for the spread of the covid-19 virus and lack of socialization related to healthy lifestyle in this village. According to Azhar Arsyad. Poster is a two-dimensional visual media that contains images and short written messages that aim to convey special things and able to influence people who see it. The activity which was held in East Surabaya Village was attended by 34 families. Result shows that the local community can understand what a Healthy Lifestyle is and how to apply it during the current pandemic

    Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya banyak mengaitkan kemandirian pada siswa dengan autism spectrum disorder dengan aktivitas sehari-hari (AKS). Hasil penelitan menggambarkan anak autis yang tidak mengikuti program AKS adalah anak tersebut tidak memiliki pengembangan keterampilan sendiri untuk makan, berpakaian, aktivitas toilet, kebersihan diri, aktivitas rumah dan masyarakat. Kehidupan sehari-hari memberikan banyak contoh situasi keteraturan, salah satunya misalnya kewajiban untuk membuang sampah. Perilaku pilah sampah merupakan kegiatan mengelompokkan dan memisahkan sampah sesuai dengan jenis, jumlah, atau sifat sampah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai kemandirian siswa SMA dengan autism spectrum disorder di Sekolah Khusus Pelita Bunda Samarinda dari program pembiasaan perilaku pilah sampah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pembiasaan yang pada prosesnya berintikan pengulangan. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan selama masa pengabdian, hasil keseluruhan menunjukkan siswa SMA dengan autism spectrum disorder di Sekolah Khusus Pelita Bunda Samarinda telah mampu untuk melakukan pilah sampah berdasarkan jenisnya secara umum (organik, anorganik dan B3) meskipun dalam praktiknya, siswa masih sering membutuhkan arahan dalam memahami hal baru seperti ketika menentukan jenis sampah yang tidak biasa siswa temui di kehidupan sehari-hari

The subjects of this studywere deaf children who were attending speech and auditory verbal therapy at PT. ABDI Palembang. The number of samples in this study were five deaf children who use hearing aidsor cochlear implants. This sampling technique is purposive sampling technique is the sample is determined based on certain criteria.The result of this study in dicate that the reisan influence between speech therapy and auditory verbal on language development in deaf children at PT.ABDI Palembang which was shown through the paired sample t-test with p=0.003 so thatp<0.05 and the distribution value through the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with p=0.2 so thatp>0.01.
