Problematika Kepentingan Dalam Perumusan Tujuan Organisasi Dakwah

Organisasi dakwah merupakan unit sosial yang berusaha mencapai tujuan dakwah, karena hakekat organisasi ini tidak lain adalah mengejar atau mencapai tujuan dakwah. Tujuan organisasi harus dapat menggambarkan keadaan masa akan datang yang senantiasa dikejar dan diupayakan untuk diwujudkan oleh organisasi. Sebuah organisasi dakwah (sebagai organisasi sosial non-profit) apabila sudah terbentuk, dalam proses perjalanannya akan muncul kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang merupakan tujuan dari masing-masing komponen dari organisasi. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, proses penyesuaian sasaran-sasaran dalam tujuan organisasi tidak boleh mengabaikan kepentingan-kepentingan anggota aktivis organisiasi yang demikian dan rencana-rencana yang disusun perlu mencakup serta mengintegrasikan kepentingan masing-masing

Synergy of Cultural Preservation and Tourism: Saung Angklung Udjo as One of the Iconic Tourism of Sundanese Culture

The globalization of culture presents new challenges for society to be more creative in managing local culture and tradition. The various impact of this globalization might be anticipated if the creative process continues in the community by inventing a tradition and combined with the development of cultural tourism. Through qualitative method, this study examines Saung Angklung Udjo (SAU) as an example of the achievement on the creative process through the invention of tradition in preserving and developing art traditions. SAU is a form of cultural preservation through an invention of tradition that is strongly associated with the role of a creative person in responding the reality of the arts tradition through the establishment of angklung workshop. The ability of a creative person in creating invention of tradition through formalization and ritualization of educational activities, production and angklung performances could be a model for art traditions practitioners and cultural tourism industry players to stay creative in facing the challenges of economic creative era.     Keywords: cultural globalization, creativity, invention of tradition, tourism, Angklun

Community Development, Creativity and Tourism in Creating Social Welfare: Case Study of Saung Angklung Udjo, Bandung, West Java

Abstract Community development, creativity and tourism can complement each other. All of these can synergize through the creation of an environment conducive and fulfilling the needs of the wider society. This article is the result of a qualitative research that discusses the strategy of community development, creativity and tourism in Saung Angklung Udjo (SAU). Saung Angklung Udjo (SAU) is a conducive place that is deliberately created by Udjo (the founder) to support the activities of the community development and tourism by developing creativity in culture and art traditions. The results show that Udjo’s strategy in community development activities is heavily based on the elements of local culture and traditional values of Sunda. Furthermore, the strength of Udjo Ngalagena as the SAU founder and the activities of community development in collaborating with tourism industry are the key to success for SAU to improve the quality of life and welfare of their community.     Keywords: community development, creativity, tourism, traditions, angklun

Penerapan Metode Sweep Pada Masalah Permainan Dinamis Linear Kuadratik Sistem Deskriptor

This paper describes the applications of sweep method in constructing a Riccati differential equation arising in the linear quadratic differential game for descriptor systems. This equation is needed in order to find the saddle-point equilibria that be a solution for the game. To find the saddle-point equilibria the game is transformed into a reduced nonsingular game. Makalah ini membahas tentang desain kendali robust untuk mengatasi peredaman gangguan yang terjadi pada suatu sistem dinamik Linear Time Invariant (LTI). Tidak seperti metode yang biasa dilakukan dalam mendesain kendali robust, dalam makalah ini kendali robust didesain dengan menggunakan pendekatan permainan dinamis. Implementation of Cooperative Learning Treffinger Type to Improve the Understanding of Class VI Students

This study aims to determine the application of the Treffinger learning model to improve the understanding of sixth-grade students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with Kurt Lewin's model. The findings showed that the result of teacher observations in the first cycle was 72.2%, an increase to 91.6% in the second cycle. This increase also occurred in the observation of student activity in the first cycle, namely 68.75%, up to 90.62% in the second cycle. Increasing the learning process has an impact on increasing students' understanding of the natural and social appearance material of neighbouring countries. This can be seen from the increase in the average score of students in the first cycle from 74.76 to 82.80 in the second cycle which was classically complete. Likewise, student learning completeness in the first cycle was 65.38% to 92.30% in the second cycle with a good category
