Analysis of trends and features of seaportsβ development in the Russian Federation
The article analyses the economic state and prospects for the development of modern seaports in the context of the development of the transportΒ infrastructure of the Russian Federation as a key factor in increasing the economic efficiency of public production. A review of the seaports of the Russian Federation of the Russian Federation, which includes 67 ports in five marine pools is presented: the Arctic, the Baltic, the Azov-Black Sea, theΒ Caspian and the Far East. The main stages of development of the seaports are highlighted and the characteristic features of each marine basin areΒ noted. The analysis of the economic indicators of the activities of marine ports is carried out: cargo turnover, volume of cargo handling and bulk vessels in the seaports of the Russian Federation. The main problems of the development of seaports in Russia are revealed, the objectives of state regulation and the system of state support are considered. The directions of increasing the competitiveness of seaports in the world market are determined
THE RELEVANCE OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PROMOTION ACTIVITIES OF CULTURAL AND LEISURE INSTITUTIONS
In the process of studying the activities of cultural and leisure institutions it has been revealed, that the content of their information and educational activities is closely related to social, psychological and pedagogical processes. It occupies a dominant place in them, as a rule, the content side. The composition of this group includes those forms, in which the content is supplemented by known means of artistic expression. Their common work determines the further specificity of the methodology of information and educational activities of cultural institutions. The increase in the efficiency of existing and the emergence of new cultural and leisure institutions are related directly to advertising
E.Coli derived camelid antibodies as a sensor for P53 in saliva
Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is a malignant tumor with 640,000 new cases
annually in the world [1]. Saliva testing is non-invasive procedure that is capable to detect potential
biomarkers for OSCC. It was shown that elevated level of p53 protein was identified in OSCC patients
at different stages of the disease (ibid). Camelid antibodies containing only variable regions, nanobodies
(VHH) and single-chain variable regions (scFv) with VH and VL, are becoming popular in many
biological studies including diagnostic applications. It was identified that VL region alone showed higher
affinity to p53 than VHH, and dimerization of VL region with another one increases the affinity up
to 10 folds [2]. Camelid antibodies have similar affinity to its substrate as human antibodies and can
be conjugated to other proteins without functional lose. They can be expressed and secreted in many
organisms including E.Coli in high amount, which reduces the cost of antibodies production. Thus, the
aim of this project is to design a biosensor, based on available sequence of antibodies, to detect p53 in
saliva samples for OSCC diagnosis

The use of small-scale machinery proves to be common for agricultural, transportation and other types of work on small-scale farms, peasant farms, family gardens, farmsteads, on hilly lands and inconvenient areas, where the use of traditional powerful machinery is impossible or economically impractical. Small-scale machinery as well as powerful agricultural machinery rarely passes state tests. One of the main reasons for that is a lack of indicator systems for agrotechnical, operational and technological, reliability, economic and ergonomic assessment. The necessity of determining such systems (sets, criteria, indicators) is argued to be important. (Research purpose) The research aims to identify performance assessment indicators for agricultural small-scale machinery by capitalizing on the existing indicators for powerful machines and hands-on experience of exploiting mini-machinery in small farms of Uzbekistan. (Materials and methods) The primary materials are the performance indicators for the agricultural machinery, provided by the existing state and industry standards. The study uses the methods of system analysis, logical thinking, monographic observation and set theory. (Results and discussion) As a result of ranking, several performance indicator systems were selected for the agrotechnical, operational-technological, reliability, economic and ergonomic assessment of small-scale machinery. (Conclusions) It was found out that for the general assessment of the structure parameters, the quality of the technological process and the functionality of small-scale machinery prototypes, it is reasonable to use 26 main and 14 auxiliary indicators. At the same time, a reduction in material and labor resources is expected in the process of testing.ΠΡΠΌΠ΅ΡΠΈΠ»ΠΈ ΠΏΠΎΠΏΡΠ»ΡΡΠ½ΠΎΡΡΡ ΠΈΡΠΏΠΎΠ»ΡΠ·ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ ΡΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ² ΠΌΠ°Π»ΠΎΠΉ ΠΌΠ΅Ρ

Clinical features of post-COVID-19 period. Results of the international register βDynamic analysis of comorbidities in SARS-CoV-2 survivors (AKTIV SARS-CoV-2)β. Data from 6-month follow-up
Aim. To study the clinical course specifics of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and comorbid conditions in COVID-19 survivors 3, 6, 12 months after recovery in the Eurasian region according to the AKTIV register. Material and methods. The AKTIV register was created at the initiative of the Eurasian Association of Therapists. The AKTIV register is divided into 2 parts: AKTIV 1 and AKTIV 2. The AKTIV 1 register currently includes 6300 patients, while in AKTIV 2 β 2770. Patients diagnosed with COVID-19 receiving in- and outpatient treatment have been anonymously included on the registry. The following 7 countries participated in the register: Russian Federation, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Moldova, Republic of Uzbekistan. This closed multicenter register with two nonoverlapping branches (in- and outpatient branch) provides 6 visits: 3 in-person visits during the acute period and 3 telephone calls after 3, 6, 12 months. Subject recruitment lasted from June 29, 2020 to October 29, 2020. Register will end on October 29, 2022. A total of 9 fragmentary analyzes of the registry data are planned. This fragment of the study presents the results of the post-hospitalization period in COVID-19 survivors after 3 and 6 months. Results. According to the AKTIV register, patients after COVID-19 are characterized by long-term persistent symptoms and frequent seeking for unscheduled medical care, including rehospitalizations. The most common causes of unplanned medical care are uncontrolled hypertension (HTN) and chronic coronary artery disease (CAD) and/or decompensated type 2 diabetes (T2D). During 3- and 6-month follow-up after hospitalization, 5,6% and 6,4% of patients were diagnosed with other diseases, which were more often presented by HTN, T2D, and CAD. The mortality rate of patients in the post-hospitalization period was 1,9% in the first 3 months and 0,2% for 4-6 months. The highest mortality rate was observed in the first 3 months in the group of patients with class II-IV heart failure, as well as in patients with cardiovascular diseases and cancer. In the pattern of death causes in the post-hospitalization period, following cardiovascular causes prevailed (31,8%): acute coronary syndrome, stroke, acute heart failure. Conclusion. According to the AKTIV register, the health status of patients after COVID-19 in a serious challenge for healthcare system, which requires planning adequate health system capacity to provide care to patients with COVID-19 in both acute and post-hospitalization period

PARASITES AND PREDATORS OF THE MAIN PEST OF STONE-FRUIT CROPS IN THE SHEKI-ZAKATALY ZONE OF AZERBAIJAN
Researches made by us have shown that 31 species of vermin and 13 species of predators play significant role in regulation of the quantity of 11 most harmful insects which inhabit in fruit tree gardens of Sheki-Zakatala region of Azerbaijan. In general 44 species of entomophages which are related to the order of hymenopterans, neuropteras, coleopteras and dipteras. Their host significance in regulation of the quantity of hosts was identified
