Perbandingan Abnormal Return Dan Likuditas Saham Sebelum Dan Sedudah Stock Split: Studi Pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The main objective of this research is know the differences in abnormal returns and liquidity of shares before-after stock split at companies listed Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period of 2011-2014. By using purposive sampling method then selected 24 samples of companies that meet the criteria. The period of observation for 5 days before - 5 days after stock split. Test of Wilcoxon Signed Rank showed significant the difference in average abnormal returns and liquidity of shares before- after stock split, this indicates that the market reacted positively to the stock split.&nbsp

Pengaruh Komunikasi Internal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

The organization consists of a number of people who works together or interact one another to achieve a goal. Internal communication is communication that occurs in organization or company, either horizontal or vertical. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of internal communication (vertical and horizontal) to the performance of employees. The questionnaire is distributed to 117 employees of PT Promedrahardjo Farmasi Industri. Data analysis technique that used is validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression with program SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The result concludes that to improve the performance, management needs to provide more formal or non-formal forum for their employees to say their honest opinions and build up the intimacy between employees and management

Backward error analysis and the substitution law for Lie group integrators

Butcher series are combinatorial devices used in the study of numerical methods for differential equations evolving on vector spaces. More precisely, they are formal series developments of differential operators indexed over rooted trees, and can be used to represent a large class of numerical methods. The theory of backward error analysis for differential equations has a particularly nice description when applied to methods represented by Butcher series. For the study of differential equations evolving on more general manifolds, a generalization of Butcher series has been introduced, called Lie--Butcher series. Sebagai salah satu Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT) yang dapat dimanfaatkan di berbagai bidang, energi surya menjadi sumber energi yang sangat berpotensi mengingat Indonesia yang beriklim tropis. Salah satu pemanfaatan energi surya adalah pada bidang pertanian. Berbagai komoditas hasil pertanian perlu dikeringkan sebelum diproses lebih lanjut. Termasuk juga pada komoditas kopi yang sedang banyak digemari oleh banyak orang. Untuk itu, sebagai solusi dalam permasalahan lama waktu pengeringan dengan cuaca yang berubah-ubah, sebuah ruang dibuat sebagai media pengeringan. Dengan menghisap udara panas dari kolekor surya menggunakan exhaust, diharapkan panas akan terjaga di dalam ruang yang sudah di isolasi. Desain rak pengering dibuat bertingkat agar memanfaatkan ruang dengan maksimal. Hasil daripada ruangan yang sudah dibuat adalah dapat menjaga suhu paling rendah pada malam hari sebesar 26,6 °C dan suhu tertinggi sebesar 60,7 °C pada siang hari.
