Pengaruh Dukungan Sosial dan Kemampuan Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ( studi empiris pada PT.BRIS POEY TRANS )

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social support and employee skills on employee performance caused by the lack of support and missed communication between employees at PT. BRIS POEY TRANS. Based on the results of the study, the relationship between social support and employee performance was 4.209 and a significant value of 0.000 showed that there was a positive and significant effect, in addition to the Employee Ability of 3.953 and a significant value of 0.000, there was a positive and significant effect because t > 0. Contribution in measuring the effect of social support and the ability of employees to employee performance of 0.551 or 55.1%. So it can be seen that the influence of social support and employee ability has a strong influence and the biggest influence on employee performance is the social support variable. Based on the results of the study showed a positive and significant influence between social support and employee performance and showed a positive and significant influence between employee abilities on employee performance. The influence is marked by the high ability possessed by employees such as the magnitude of the sense of responsibility and loyalty of the employees of PT. Bris Poey Trans. DISKURSUS PENAFSIRAN AYAT AL-HURÛF AL-MUQATHTHA‘AH: Studi Analisis Tekstual dan Kontekstual

Abstrak: Al-Hurûf al-muqaththa‘ah di dalam al-Qur’an dipandang oleh sebagian umat Islam tekstualis hanya sebagai simbol yang sakral tanpa makna, sehingga tidak menunjukkan sisi kemanfatannya sebagai pedoman. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap makna ayat al-hurûf al-muqaththa‘ah dalam Q.S. al-Baqarah/2: 1., dengan menggunakan metode kajian literatur yang meliputi tafsir, sastra bahasa Arab dan sejarah. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan gramatikal bahasa Arab secara tekstual dan historis secara kontekstual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa al-hurûf al-muqaththa‘ah menjadi potret bagi sumber dan proses turunnya al-Qur’an secara autentik yang menunjukkan kelemahan sastra Arab saat berhadapan dengan wahyu. Keistimewaan al-hurûf al-muqaththa‘ah terletak pada nilai sastra dan kedalaman makna yang seyogianya dapat berperan aktif sebagai perekat ayat-ayat al-Qur’an lainnya secara holistik.Abstract: The Interpretation Discourse of Verses of al-Hurûf al-Muqaththa‘ah: Textual and Contextual Analysis. This article aims to reveal the meaning of the verse al-hurûf al-muqaththa‘ah in the Q.S. al-Baqarah/2: 1 by employing a historical and literature review method with textual and historical context grammatical approaches data analysis. The results of the study show that it portray the source and process of authentic Qur’an revelation. The mysterious eloquence of al-hurûf al-muqaththa‘ah lies in the literary value and the depth of meaning even though it consists only of a series of letters. The effort of the commentator to uncover the meaning of the verses of al-hurûf al-muqaththa‘ah should be able to play an active role as the uniting factor for other Qur’anic verses holistically. Faking the Arabic Imagination Till We Make it: Language and Symbol Representation in the Indonesian E-Commerce

This study aimed to examine the relationship between Arabization and Islamization discourses by Arabic commodification in the Muslim’s branding construction in Indonesian e-commerce media. Previous studies on Arabic commodification related to Islamism ideology were limited to textbooks, speeches, regulations, and news narratives. Similar practices can also occur in the digital economy by representing labels or brands of e-commerce products and services. The data collected was based on store labels, brands, and product descriptions using Arabic theological terms. It was then analyzed using a digital ethnographic design that combines an interdisciplinary approach to critical discourse analysis (CDA) and critical hermeneutics studies. The results showed that labels on Indonesian e-commerce contain pious political-economic ideology through Arabic commodification. This is represented by Muslim merchant agents that insert dogmatic theological terms as store labels, product brands, and descriptions. The practices are used as sellers and missionary tools to attract public attention to the positive Islamic economics image. This strategy has gained the trust of Muslim consumers in Indonesia regarding product quality and service satisfaction.
