Indonesia adalah Negara hukum dimana hukum Islam telah tertanam dihati masyarakat dan menjadi aturan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada awalnya Hukum Islam hanyalah diakui sebagai Hukum tak tertulis (unwritten law) atau disamakan dengan Hukum adat. Namun setelah proklamasi kemerdekaan RI diproklamirkan oleh Bung Karno dan Bung Hatta, Hukum islam setahap demi setahap meningkat ke posisi hukum tertulis. Belasan bahkan ratusan peraturan Perundang-undangan telah dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah yang memperlakukan hukum islam kepada masyarakat. Proses taqninisasi hukum islam berjalan dengan baik bahkan secara khusus Propinsi Aceh Darussalam telah mengeluarkan qanun yang memperlakukan hukum Islam diberbagai daerah lainnya seperti Sulawesi Selatan, Kalimantan Selatan, Jawa Barat dan lain-lain bermunculan perda Syari\u27ah seperti; Perda Zakat, Perda Larangan Miras, Perda membaca Al-Quran dan lain-lain yang mana telah nyata memberikan maslahat kepada masyarakat

Saat ini Indonesia berada pada rangking ke 14 negara penghasil emisi karbon dunia(Berdasarkan data Human Development Report tahun 2008), yang sebenarnya masih jauhdari negara-negara industri maju lainnya. Namun peringkat ini dapat saja bergerak naik danmensejajarkan Indonesia dengan negara-negara industri maju penghasil emisi karbonlainnya, seiring dengan pertambahan penduduk Indonesia saat ini, yang salah satuimplikasinya adalah terjadinya rambahan hutan, baik hutan lindung, taman nasional, maupunhutan masyarakat. Masalah tersebut tidak terkecuali di Sulawesi Tengah khususnya diKawasan Taman Nasional Lore Lindu (TNLL). Sadar akan hal tersebut, maka programReduction Of Emission From Deforestation And Degradation (REDD) menjadi salah satusolusinya. Namun dalam penerapannya sangat diperlukan persiapan sosial dan penguatankelembagaan masyarakat, khususnya penerima manfaat, agar mereka dapat menerima denganbaik program tersebu

Correlation Between Students’ Frequency Of Listening To English Songs And Their Vocabulary Achievement

The objective of this research is to investigate whether there is significant correlation between students’ frequency of listening English songs. The research was conducted at SMPN 3 Bandar Lampung. This is quantitative research using ex post pasto design. The data were taken from the questionnaire and the test was given to the VIII D class. The sample was chosen randomly through lottery. There are two kinds of tests, i.e.  the questionnaire of students’ listening frequency that consists of thirty questions and vocabulary test that consists of thirty questions of multiple choice. The data were analyzed by using the statistical formula of Pearson Product Moment. The result of the this research, rvalue  (0.738) was higher than rtable (0.463). It means that there is correlation and H1is accepted. It can be concluded that there is significant correlation between the students’ frequency of listening English song and their vocabulary achievement. Most of the students who have good frequency of listening English song tended to have good score in vocabulary test too. It can be concluded that students’ frequency of listening English song influence their vocabulary achivement

Histological pattern of ovarian neoplasma.

Abstract Objective: To see the morphological pattern of benign and malignant ovarian neoplasms. Method: Retrospective study of all consecutive cases of ovarian neoplasms diagnosed at Aga Khan University Hospital between 1st January 1993 and 30th September 1998. Setting: The Section of Histopathology, AKUH, Karachi. Observation: Of 855 ovarian tumours 506 (59.18%) were benign and 349(40.81%) malignant. Surface epithelial - stromal tumours comprised 63.50% of all tumours. Benign cystic teratoma was the commonest benign tumour (35.17% of all benign tumours) and serous cystadenocarcinoma was the commonest malignant tumour (33.33% of all malignant tumours). Mucinous cystadenocarcinomas are more common in our population as compared to the West and borderline and malignant mucinous tumours occur at a younger age group. Malignant germ cell tumours are also common in our population. Conclusion: Except for the greater frequency of malignant mucinous and germ cell tumours, the findings of our series correspond to the published Western data (JPMA 50:416, 2000)

Terahertz antenna array based on a hybrid perovskite structure

This paper presents a novel terahertz (THz) antenna array design comprising a layered structure of a perovskite material which enhances the radiation characteristics of an antenna overlaid on a conventional metallic antenna element. The simulated antenna consists of a THz gold patch antenna coated with a hybrid perovskite material, methyl-ammonium lead iodide CH3NH3PbI3 which enables the manipulation of the THz electromagnetic waves. In addition to this, we also present a comparison of the antenna properties of the proposed hybrid perovskite material with antennas made of gold and perovskite only. The proposed antenna operates in the frequency band 0.9 -1.2 THz. The simulated impedance bandwidth of the proposed array antenna ranges from 0.9 THz to 1.2 THz with a reflection coefficient (S11) less than -10 dB. The antenna array has a radiation patterns stability on the whole frequency band. The peak gain obtained is 11.4 dBi with perovskite arrays. The hybrid and perovskite antenna array demonstrate high radiation efficiency. The designs presented here will help in realising future wireless communication systems that require miniaturisation, fast reconfigurability and wearability
