    Perkembangan dan penggunaan teknologi computer saat ini bukan hal yang asing bagi dunia pendidikan. Karena dalam dunia pendidikan computer merupakan alat atau akses yang sangat penting dalam menunjang majunya dunia pendidikan, sehingga dapat memperlancar tugas atau kegiatan instansi yang terkait dalam dunia pendidikan tersebut. Penggunaan computer sangat penting dalam memperlancar atau mempermudah dalam proses pengajaran, Pengolahan Data, Membuat soal Ujian, Penyimpanan data-data yang penting bahkan sebagai bahan pendidikan itu sendiri, tanpa ada penggunaaan komputer yang mempermudah dalam mengakses segala bentuk data mungkin dunia pendidikan yang ada belum semaju dan berkembang seperti sekarang ini.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan multimedia interaktif berbasis mobile menurut validasi ahli media, ahli materi dan uji coba terbatas. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang dikembangkan oleh Borg & Gall. Instrumen penelitian mengggunakan lembar validasi dengan sumber data dari ahli materi, ahli media dan hasil uji coba terbatas kepada siswa.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelayakan media ditinjau menurut validasi ahli materi sebesar 82,50% termasuk dalam kategori baik, ahli media 83,60% termasuk dalam kategori baik, dan uji coba terbatas kepasa siswa 83,63% termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Penerapan pembelajaran outdoor pada anak Usia 5 – 6 tahun kelompok B2 di Taman Kanak-kanak Immanuel II Sungai Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu panduan wawancara, panduan observasi, studi dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa metode yang digunakan adalah metode penugasan, metode pendekatan observasi dan metode bermain, guru telah melaksanakan langkah-langkah pembelajaran outdoor dengan baik, guru menggunakan media yang tersedia di sekolah dan membuat media lain yang tidak tersedia dan menyesuaikan dengan tema pembelajaran, faktor pendukung pembelajaran outdoor adalah suasana yang menyenangkan, faktor penghambat pembelajaran outdoor dikarenakan kurang konsentrasi anak-anak ketika berada di luar. Kata Kunci : Penerapan Pembelajaran Outdoor, anak usia dini Abtract: This research aims to describe the outdoor learning to the children in average 5-6 years old that joined in B2 team at the pre-elementary school Immanuel II Sungai Raya. The researcher descriptive method, and qualitative approach. The techniques that researcher used in this research were observation, interview, documentation. The tools that researcher used to collect the data were interview guiner, observation guiner, documentation study, and field note. From the result of research, the researcher found that the method that researcher used were oriented by task method, approach observation methode, and play method, the teachers applied the steps of outdoor learning well, the teachers also used some medias which were available in school and made the other media which were not available and adjusting it with the learning theme. The supporting factor of outdoor learning was the fun atmosphere that we made, and the obstacle factor of outdoor learning was the focus of the student had less concentration when they learned outside

    . Procurement is a significant factor for successful completion of a construction project. The bidding criteria have to be determined objectively and fairly for both the owner and the contractors. “Lowest bidder” is the most commonly used in public project procurement. While it is a valid factor, in some cases it is considered insufficient in projects where technical aspects are important in the evaluation process. An alternative method is the merit system, i.e., the determining factor is the combination of the scores awarded for the cost and the technical proposal with predetermined weights. The set of evaluation criteria (including the weights and the scores) should be objective, quantitative, and verifiable. In this paper, a model focusing on the evaluation of the aptness of a cost proposal is proposed for a tender process using the merit system on a lump sum contract scenario. A cost proposal is compared to both the owner\u27s estimate and its peers. The model basically involves two principals: the level of confidence in the owner\u27s estimate; and the variations of cost proposals. The model has been tested on a tender process of a low-rise building. The case study has been satisfactory, the winner was the contractor proposing low and “fair” cost. Sensitivity analyses have been performed for several factors: the level of confidence in the owner\u27s estimate; the number of proposals with low costs; the number of proposals with high costs. The analyses showed that the decision for the case study was not sensitive to the variations in those factors

    Magnetohydrodynamic Simulations for Studying Solar Flare Trigger Mechanism

    In order to understand the flare trigger mechanism, we conducted three-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic simulations using a coronal magnetic field model derived from data observed by the Hinode satellite. Several types of magnetic bipoles were imposed into the photospheric boundary of the Non-linear Force-Free Field (NLFFF) model of Active Region NOAA 10930 on 2006 December 13 to investigate what kind of magnetic disturbance may trigger the flare. As a result, we confirm that certain small bipole fields, which emerge into the highly sheared global magnetic field of an active region, can effectively trigger a flare. These bipole fields can be classified into two groups based on their orientation relative to the polarity inversion line: the so called opposite polarity (OP) and reversed shear (RS) structures as it was suggested by Kusano et al. (2012). We also investigated the structure of the footpoints of reconnected field lines. By comparing the distribution of reconstructed field lines and the observed flare ribbons, the trigger structure of the flare can be inferred. Our simulation suggests that the data-constrained simulation taking into account both the large-scale magnetic structure and the small-scale magnetic disturbance such as emerging fluxes is a good way to find out a flare productive active region for space weather prediction.Comment: 28 pages, 10 figure

    Karakteristik Getaran Dan Tekanan Ruang Silinder Akibat Variasi Putaran Kompresor Pada Lima Model Profil Dudukan Katup Tekan Sebuah Kompresor Torak

    Kompresor torak memainkan peranan utama di dalam proses industri sehingga ketersediaan dan keandalannya menjadi sangat penting. Pada Kenyataannya, kegagalan katup kompresor menjadi penyebab utama shutdown tak terjadwal pada kompresor torak. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan modifikasi dudukan katup tekan dengan memberikan ketirusan pada lubang dudukan katup tekan. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap karakteristik getaran pada cylinder head dan tekanan ruang silinder kompresor torak single stage, single acting. Tachometer optik digunakan untuk mentrigger vibration transducer agar pengukuran getaran dan tekanan dilakukan pada crank angle yang sama. Pada penelitian ini digunakan variasi putaran kompresor dan profil dudukan katup tekan dengan 3 jenis kondisi tekanan kerja kompresor. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya perbaikan level getaran sebagai akibat adanya modifikasi dudukan katup tekan, rentang waktu pembukaan katup tekan menjadi lebih lama dibandingkan katup tekan normal sehingga jumlah udara yang di salurkan lebih banyak. Dari keempat katup tekan modifikasi, diketahui bahwa level getaran paling rendah dihasilkan oleh katup tekan dengan sudut tirus 300. Dari sisi P-Θ diagram, katup tekan dengan sudut tirus 300 mengalami rentang waktu pembukaan katup tekan paling lama dibandingkan dengan katup tekan modifikasi yang lain. Selain itu, peningkatan putaran pada kompresor menyebabkan level getaran meningkat serta sedikit pergeseran getaran berlebih ke kanan, pada 540 rpm sampai dengan 600 rpm. Pada P-Θ diagram, terlihat bahwa peningkatan putaran kompresor menyebabkan kenaikan titik puncak yang menunjukkan kenaikan tekanan ruang silinder

    Sahabat Yatim foundation of Indonesia is an institution that is engaged in social-religious as an organization that plays an active role in providing care and coaching to orphans and poor children. It accommodates and distributes donations for orphans and the poor from donors. The main problem that is happening now is the making of less effective and efficient, so that there is no transparency between the foundation and the donors. Based on that previous statement, it is able to cause donor to distrust to keep donating. There are many things occured there, such as recording of revenue transactions and expenses amount that have not been well organized. Currently, it has not provided a facility that allows donors to donate. In addition, it has not been maximized in utilizing the ICT development that covers two aspects; they are: information of technology and communication technology. Solutions for solving existing problems by designing donation system of web-based in using waterfall method in accordance to five steps; those are: requirement, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. The results and benefits of this web-based donation system provide the ease for donors, so that transactions can be made by utilizing internet as technology. It also creates transparency of financial report that can be seen and monitored by donors
