    Robot is a electro mechanical system that can do an automatic physic exercise or manual. In general, on sprinkling plant processing done by manual which means, it flushes on using a bucket or another one, so that this technology can’t be harness yet well by people, especially while doing sprinkling the plant with giving enough water supply. The working of this robot is controlled by using smartphone android that transmits a data to microcontroller atmega 8535 with a bluetooth module hc-06 as a data receiver. Microcontroller will work if smartphone android sends a command. When user presses a “SIRAM” button on the smartphone android screen, microcontrollwer will give input 1 to aerator (pump), and aerator will work with taking up the water from the vessel that is on the body robot then sprays it to the plant. Motor dc 5 v is used to direct of water hose to the plant. Motor dc 5 v can be directed to plant by pressing S.Ka button (right flushing) and S.Ki button (left flushing) that is on smartphone android. This robot can be controlled till 28 meters from smartphone android and the object of plant can be monitored by smarphone android screen that is connected to camera in front of robot.     Sighat taklik talak dikatakan sebagai sebuah perjanjian, yang diucapkan seorang suami setelah pelaksanaan Akad Nikah yang sudah tertera dalam Akta Nikah mengenai janji talak yang digantungkan kepada keadaan tertentu yang mungkin akan terjadi dikemudian hari. Karena dinilai tidak ada unsur keadilan yang seharusnya ada dalam sebuah perjanjian, dari sinilah penulis merasa perlu untuk mencoba menganalisis terkait kedudukan taklik talak ditinjau dari Hukum Perjanjian, demi keterwujudannya sebuah keluarga yang sakinah, mawaddah dan rahmah. Adapun hasil penelitian ini : kedudukan taklik talak jika ditinjau dari hukum Perjanjian Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata, ditemukan tidak adanya kesesuaian ketentuan sebuah perjanjian dalam pasal 1313 yang menjelaskan sebuah perjanjian dilaksanakan oleh dua orang atau lebih, sedangkan taklik talak termasuk perjanjian sepihak, serta tidak sesuai dengan pasal 1320 mengenai persyaratan sebuah perjanjian terhadap poin 2 dan pasal 1329 mengenai kecakapan seseorang dalam membuat perjanjian, maka jika dilihat dari Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata, Taklik talak bukan suatu perjanjian pada umumnya kemudian tidak ada dampak khusus bagi yang tidak melakukan taklik talak dalam hal ini tidak mengika

    Confirmatory Factor Analysis of the Malay-Language Transtheoretical Model of Physical Activity among Malaysian Primary School Children

    Introduction: The transtheoretical model (TTM) is an integrative model of intentional change consisting of stages of change, processes of change, decisional balance and self-efficacy. This study aimed at validating the TTM questionnaires on physical activity for Malaysian children using confirmatory factor analysis. Methods: The participants were 381 Malay students (188 male; 193 female), aged 10–12 years old, with a mean age of 10.94 (SD = 0.81). The original version of the TTM was translated into the Malay language using forward and backward translation. Certain phrases were adapted based on the local culture and vocabulary suitable for primary school students. Results: The final measurement models and their fit indices were: processes of change (CFI = 0.939, TLI = 0.925, SRMR = 0.040, RMSEA = 0.030); decisional balance (CFI = 0.897, TLI = 0.864, SRMR = 0.045, RMSEA = 0.038); and self-efficacy (CFI = 0.934, TLI = 0.915, SRMR = 0.042, RMSEA = 0.032). Conclusion: Care must be taken when using the TTM with children, as it has been prevalently validated with adults. The final version of the TTM questionnaire for Malay primary school children had 24 items for process of changes, 13 items for self-efficacy and 10 items for decisional balance

    Posyandu lanjut usia merupakan suatu wadah untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan dan pembinaan kepada kelompok usia lanjut di suatu wilayah, membutuhkan keberadaan suatu sistem informasi yang akurat serta cukup memadai untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada para lansia serta lingkungan yang terkait lainnya. Dengan lingkup pelayanan yang begitu luas, tentunya banyak sekali permasalahan kompleks yang terjadi dalam proses pelayanan di posyanadu lansia. Rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisikan catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas, anamnesis, diagnosis pengobatan, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan, dan pelayanan lain yang diberikan kepada lansia pada sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang meliputi pendaftaran lansia yang dimulai dari tempat penerimaan lansia, kemudian bertanggung jawab untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisa, mengolah, dan menjamin kelengkapan berkas rekam medis dari unit rawat jalan, unit rawat inap, unit gawat darurat, dan unit penunjang lainnya (Sjamsuhidajat ,dkk., 2006:11). Pengelolaan data rekam medis di posyandu lanjut usia merupakan salah satu komponen yang penting dalam mewujudkan suatu sistem informasi. Pengelolaan data secara manual atau base paper, mempunyai banyak kelemahan, selain membutuhkan waktu yang lama, keakuratannya juga kurang dapat diterima, karena kemungkinan kesalahan sangat besar. Dengan dukungan teknologi yang ada sekarang ini, pekerjaan pengelolaan data dengan cara manual dapat digantikan dengan suatu sistem dengan menggunakan komputer. Selain lebih cepat dan mudah, pengelolaan data juga menjadi lebih mudah. Data yang akurat bila diproses akan menghasilkan informasi sesuai kebutuhan, sehingga mampu memberikan informasi yang berguna dalam membuat keputusan, baik bagi manajemen maupun yang lain. Pembuatan sistem ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses rekam medis dengan sistem informasi pendaftaran lansia rawat jalan berupa sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah dalam pengolahan data lansia dan mengantisipasi bila mana terjadi kesalahan pada data lansia agar dapat diberikan penanganan yang dapat mendukung dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut
