Análisis de los vacíos urbanos para evitar el deterioro de la Cohesión Social en la Parroquia Manta, Ecuador

The presence of notable urban voids (vacant land, disused or abandoned buildings) in the public domain located in the consolidated area of ​​the Manta parish in the Ecuadorian province of Manabí, have been identified as voids due to abandonment or demolition voids, when these abandoned spaces without function or activity, it is presented as a problem in the environment, the insecurity and deterioration of urban life in the neighborhoods and sectors where these located voids are found influences social interaction, also due to the lack of spaces where the community is allowed to interact. With the identification and location of each empty space, an analysis is carried out in order to fully recognize the urban voids, and under the diagnosis to be able to determine through the schematization to be able to know their situation of inactivity and the causes that originated these obsolete spaces. or empty; but full of possible opportunities for union, conformation and social interaction. Likewise, it is intended to conclude how these urban voids can be a favorable space for citizen participation, with the aim of achieving and improving social cohesion.La presencia de los notables vacíos urbanos (terrenos baldíos, edificaciones en desuso o abandonadas) de dominio público situados en la zona consolidada de la parroquia Manta de la provincia ecuatoriana Manabí, han sido identificados como vacíos por abandono o vacíos por demolición, al generarse estos espacios abandonados sin función o actividad, se presenta como problemática en el entorno, la inseguridad y el deterioro de la vida urbana en los barrio y sectores donde se encuentran estos vacíos ubicados influye en la interacción social, debido también a la carencia de espacios donde a la comunidad se le permita relacionarse. Con la identificación y ubicación de cada espacio vacío se efectúa un análisis con la finalidad de reconocer en su totalidad los vacíos urbanos, y bajo el diagnóstico poder determinar a través de la esquematización poder conocer su situación de inactividad y las causas que originaron estos espacios obsoletos o vacíos; pero llenos de posibles oportunidades de unión, conformación e interacción social. Así mismo, se pretende concluir como estos vacíos urbanos pueden ser un espacio propicio para la participación ciudadana, con el objetivo de conseguir y mejorar la cohesión social

Análisis de la vivienda vernácula de caña guadúa Manabita del Ecuador y puesta en valor de su sistema constructivo en la vivienda contemporánea

This document presents the analysis of the vernacular architecture developed by the peasants residing in the province of Manabí of Ecuador, where it is established to analyze and determine the materiality and construction technique of bamboo cane (Angustifolia Kunth) and other ancestral materials, analyzing the conception of the manabita vernacular house of the Ecuadorian coast, as well as its functional, formal conception and under the fundamental analysis of the material and its construction technique associated with housing development throughout its history as a heritage value, manifesting itself both in occupation and use, as well as the respective transformations that define a tangible value in the different bamboo cane houses in the town, where their techniques and theories conceived in this vernacular architecture, can be applied as technical-constructive notions to contemporary housing following the concepts of the elements of contemporary architecture as a sustainable development initiative.El presente documento plantea el análisis de la arquitectura vernácula desarrollada por los campesinos residentes en la provincia de Manabí del Ecuador, donde se establece analizar y determinar la materialidad y técnica constructiva de la caña guadúa (Angustifolia Kunth) y otros materiales ancestrales, analizando la concepción de la vivienda vernácula manabita de la costa ecuatoriana, así como su concepción funcional, formal y bajo le análisis fundamental del material y su técnica constructiva asociado al desarrollo habitacional a lo largo de su historia como valor patrimonial, manifestándose tanto en la ocupación y uso, así como las transformaciones respectivas que definen un valor tangible en las diferentes viviendas de caña guadúa de la localidad, en donde sus técnica y teorías concebidas en esta arquitectura vernácula, pueda ser aplicado a manera de nociones técnicas-constructivas a la vivienda contemporánea siguiendo los conceptos de los elementos de la arquitectura contemporánea como iniciativa de desarrollo sostenible

Análisis bioclimático de los edificios públicos en Manta: edificio de la EPAM y autoridad portuaria

The research addresses the study of important and characteristic issues of bioclimatic architecture, with the main objective of studying, analyzing and providing strategies that provide greater thermal comfort to its users. For this study, 2 public buildings located in the city of Manta - Ecuador are chosen, considering external climatic factors and analyzing the behavior of internal temperature and humidity, through the collection of information obtained through the development of measurement instruments and surveys, in order to determine results in terms of compliance and consider the level of comfort in each of the spaces of the buildings analyzed giving recommended design strategies.La investigación aborda el estudio de temas importantes y característicos de la arquitectura bioclimática, con el objetivo principal de estudiar, analizar y dar estrategias que brinden un mayor confort térmico a sus usuarios. Para este estudio se escogen 2 edificios públicos ubicados en la ciudad de Manta – Ecuador, considerando factores climáticos externos y analizando el comportamiento de temperatura y humedad interna, a través del levantamiento de información obtenido mediante el desarrollo e instrumentos de medición y encuestas, para así determinar resultados en cuanto al cumplimiento y considerar el nivel de confort en cada uno de los espacios de las edificaciones analizadas dando estrategias de diseño recomendadas
