Political Party Propaganda in DKI Jakarta Local Election 2017 in Online Media (Content Analysis Political Party Propaganda in DKI Jakarta Local Election 2017 in Kompas.com)
To reach its target, the political parties so as to package the message propagated. In the event the local elections DKI 2017, in an effort to get a seat regional head not inevitable then the propaganda is played by political parties. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of propaganda made by the political parties in local elections in 2017 DKI Media Online (Kompas.com). This research is a quantitative research using content analysis method with descriptive approach. To view the propaganda of this study are categorized kind of propaganda is hidden, open, vertical, horizontal and techniques of propaganda, name calling, glittering generalities, testimonials, transfer, plain folk, card stacking, bandwagon technique, reputable mouthpiece and using all forms of persuations. The recording unit of this study is an excerpt and image. After doing Coding, it was found that the most frequent Gerindra hidden propaganda that as many as 26 times, vertical propaganda as much as 26 times, and most frequently used techniques in their delivery Card Stacking in Kompas.com. Through the PPP Coding also found that the most frequently hidden propaganda that as many as 49 times, 49 times vertically, and the most frequently used technique Card Stacking ie as many as 23 times in Kompas.com. The use of propaganda techniques hidden impact to people who receive propaganda. Non-commutative Geometry from Perturbative Quantum Gravity in de Sitter spacetime
We show that a non-commutative structure arises naturally from perturbative
quantum gravity in a de Sitter background metric. Our work builds on recent
advances in the construction of observables in highly symmetric background
spacetimes [Brunetti et al., JHEP 08, 032 (2016); Fr\"ob and Lima, Class.
Quant. Grav. 35, 095010 (2018)], where the dynamical coordinates that are
needed in the relational approach were established for such backgrounds to all
orders in perturbation theory. We show that these dynamical coordinates that
describe events in the perturbed spacetime are naturally non-commuting, and
determine their commutator to leading order in the Planck length. Our result
generalizes the causal non-commutative structure that was found using the same
approach in Minkowski space [Fr\"ob, Much and Papadopoulos, Phys. Rev. D 107,
064041 (2023)]
Pengaruh Sistem Manajemen Iso 9001:2008 Terhadap Pelayanan Kefarmasian Di Puskesmas Kabupaten Sleman
The vision of health development organized by the district health center is achieving district healthy. The need for improving the quality of health services in health centers contained in the WHO Annual Report 2008 under the title "Primary Health Care, Now More Than Ever". The efforts to improve the quality of services in health centers is ISO 9001:2008 certification at the International level. ISO 9001 certification is expected to improve the quality of pharmacy services at health centers. In order to ensure the implementation of quality management system certification ISO 9001:2008 in Sleman district health centers especially in pharmaceutical services, we need a special evaluation of pharmacy services at existing health centers and Sleman district that have not implemented ISO 9001:2008. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system for pharmacy services at district Sleman health centers who have and have not implemented the ISO 9001:2008. The study design is a descriptive cross-sectional design. Data captured includes quantitative data from observations of pharmacy services at the health center and qualitative data from in-depth interviews. The study period October 23, 2012 until December 23, 2012. The results showed Score adherence to standard operating procedures at the clinic ISO and non-ISO is 1.25 and 1. Average preparation time for non-drug concoction and concoction at ISO puskemsas sequence was 383 seconds and 193 seconds. average preparation time mixing and non-mixing drugs in health centers in order are non ISO 446 seconds and 193 seconds. Average delivery time ISO medicine in health centers is 87 seconds, the average time on the drug delivery centers are non-ISO 60.75 seconds. Percentage suitability prescription drugs in health centers and ISO and non ISO is 100% and 99.98%. The percentage of drugs in health centers completeness label ISO and non ISO is 100% and 100%. The percentage of patients in the clinic knowledge of ISO and non-ISO is 84.97% and 72.47%.. The levels of patient satisfaction in ISO and non ISO clinic in category "Satisfied". The policy of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 that applied to the community health center in Sleman district does not affect the improvement of pharmaceutical services at the community health center. The observations indicate that the quality was not much different in the two types of community health center, it makes an ISO 9001:2008 should be reviewed.

Gamma-Ray Spectra & Variability of the Crab Nebula Emission Observed by BATSE
We report ~ 600 days of BATSE earth-occultation observations of the total
gamma-ray (30 keV to 1.7 MeV) emission from the Crab nebula, between 1991 May
24 (TJD 8400) and 1994 October 2 (TJD 9627). Lightcurves from 35-100, 100-200,
200-300, 300-400, 400-700, and 700-1000 keV, show that positive fluxes were
detected by BATSE in each of these six energy bands at significances of
approximately 31, 20, 9.2, 4.5, 2.6, and 1.3 sigma respectively per day. We
also observed significant flux and spectral variations in the 35-300 keV energy
region, with time scales of days to weeks. The spectra below 300 keV, averaged
over typical CGRO viewing periods of 6-13 days, can be well described by a
broken power law with average indices of ~ 2.1 and ~ 2.4 varying around a
spectral break at ~ 100 keV. Above 300 keV, the long-term averaged spectra,
averaged over three 400 d periods (TJD 8400-8800, 8800-9200, and 9200-9628,
respectively) are well represented by the same power law with index of ~ 2.34
up to ~ 670 keV, plus a hard spectral component extending from ~ 670 keV to ~
1.7 MeV, with a spectral index of ~ 1.75. The latter component could be related
to a complex structure observed by COMPTEL in the 0.7-3 MeV range. Above 3 MeV,
the extrapolation of the power-law continuum determined by the low-energy BATSE
spectrum is consistent with fluxes measured by COMPTEL in the 3-25 MeV range,
and by EGRET from 30-50 MeV. We interpret these results as synchrotron emission
produced by the interaction of particles ejected from the pulsar with the field
in different dynamical regions of the nebula system, as observed recently by
HST, XMM-Newton, and Chandra.Comment: To be published in the November 20, 2003, Vol 598 issue of the

INTEGRAL observations of the black hole candidate H 1743-322 in outburst
INTEGRAL made 3 observations in 2003 April of the black hole candidate H
1743-322 during the rising part, and close to the maximum, of an outburst. H
1743-322 was previously observed in outburst in 1977-1978. The source is
located in a crowded region of the sky (l = 357 deg, b = -2 deg) and at least
18 sources are clearly detected in the field of view of the gamma-ray imager
during a 277 ksec exposure. These are well known persistent X-ray binaries and
3 transient sources in outburst. The combined 5-200 keV JEM-X and SPI spectrum
of H 1743-322 is well fit with an absorbed ((2.5 10E22 atom/cm2) soft (photon
index 2.70 +/- 0.09) power-law model consistent with J 1743-322 being in a

BATSE Observations of the Piccinotti Sample of AGN
BATSE Earth occultation data have been used to search for emission in the
20-100 keV band from all sources in the Piccinotti sample, which represents to
date the only complete 2-10 keV survey of the extragalactic sky down to a
limiting flux of 3.1 x 10^(-11) erg cm^(-2)$ s^(-1). Nearly four years of
observations have been analyzed to reach a 5sigma sensitivity level of about
7.8x 10^(-11) erg cm^(-2) s^(-1) in the band considered. Of the 36 sources in
the sample, 14 have been detected above 5sigma confidence level while marginal
detection (3<sigma<5) can be claimed for 13 sources; for 9 objects 2sigma upper
limits are reported. Comparison of BATSE results with data at higher energies
is used to estimate the robustness of our data analysis: while the detection
level of each source is reliable, the flux measurement maybe overestimated in
some sources by as much as 35%, probably due to incomplete data cleaning.
Comparison of BATSE fluxes with X-ray fluxes, obtained in the 2-10 keV range
and averaged over years, indicates that a canonical power law of photon index
1.7 gives a good description of the broad band spectra of bright AGNs and that
spectral breaks preferentially occur above 100 keV.Comment: 18 pages, 1 figure. Accepted for publication on Apj
COMPTEL images locations of gammaâray bursts
The Îłâray telescope COMPTEL onboard GRO has so far located 6 gammaâray bursts which occurred in its âŒ1 sr field of view. The positions of the sources were derived by the maximumâentropy method. Systematic and statistical uncertainties for the four strongest bursts are approximately 1° to 2° and can be reduced in future analysis
The Burst and Transient Source Experiment Earth Occultation Technique
An Earth orbiting detector sensitive to gamma ray photons will see step-like
occultation features in its counting rate when a gamma ray point source crosses
the Earth's limb. This is due to the change in atmospheric attenuation of the
gamma rays along the line of sight. In an uncollimated detector, these
occultation features can be used to locate and monitor astrophysical sources
provided their signals can be individually separated from the detector
background. We show that the Earth occultation technique applied to the Burst
and Transient Source Experiment (BATSE) on the Compton Gamma Ray Observatory
(CGRO) is a viable and flexible all-sky monitor in the low energy gamma ray and
hard X-ray energy range (20 keV - 1 MeV). The method is an alternative to more
sophisticated photon imaging devices for astronomy, and can serve well as a
cost-effective science capability for monitoring the high energy sky.
Here we describe the Earth occultation technique for locating new sources and
for measuring source intensity and spectra without the use of complex
background models. Examples of transform imaging, step searches, spectra, and
light curves are presented. Systematic uncertainties due to source confusion,
detector response, and contamination from rapid background fluctuations are
discussed and analyzed for their effect on intensity measurements. A sky
location-dependent average systematic error is derived as a function of
galactic coordinates. The sensitivity of the technique is derived as a function
of incident photon energy and also as a function of angle between the source
and the normal to the detector entrance window. Occultations of the Crab Nebula
by the Moon are used to calibrate Earth occultation flux measurements

Energetics and atomic mechanisms of dislocation nucleation in strained epitaxial layers
We study numerically the energetics and atomic mechanisms of misfit
dislocation nucleation and stress relaxation in a two-dimensional atomistic
model of strained epitaxial layers on a substrate with lattice misfit.
Relaxation processes from coherent to incoherent states for different
transition paths are studied using interatomic potentials of Lennard-Jones type
and a systematic saddle point and transition path search method. The method is
based on a combination of repulsive potential minimization and the Nudged
Elastic Band method. For a final state with a single misfit dislocation, the
minimum energy path and the corresponding activation barrier are obtained for
different misfits and interatomic potentials. We find that the energy barrier
decreases strongly with misfit. In contrast to continuous elastic theory, a
strong tensile-compressive asymmetry is observed. This asymmetry can be
understood as manifestation of asymmetry between repulsive and attractive
branches of pair potential and it is found to depend sensitively on the form of
