Wpływ polityki socjalnej na bezrobocie w powiecie nowosądeckim

Bezrobocie jest zjawiskiem, które jest bardzo poważnym problemem występującym w społeczeństwie, wpływa zarówno na osoby bezrobotne, jak również na ich rodziny. Ważna jest więc pomoc osobom, które znalazły się w takiej sytuacji. W związku, z tym polityka społeczna to działalność państwa, samorządu i organizacji pozarządowych zmierzającą do kształtowania ogólnych warunków pracy i bytu ludności, prorozwojowych struktur społecznych oraz stosunków społecznych opartych na równości i sprawiedliwości społecznej, sprzyjających zaspokojeniu potrzeb społecznych na dostępnym poziomie. Celem pracy jest ukazanie wpływu polityki socjalnej na bezrobocie w powiecie nowosądeckim. Badania zostały przeprowadzone na terenie powiatu nowosądeckiego, respondentami były osoby bezrobotne mieszkające na tym obszarze. Kwestionariusz ankiety był narzędziem, który został wykorzystany do badań.Unemployment is a phenomenon that is a serious problem existing in society, which has an impact on unemployed people as well as on their families. Therefore, it is important to help people that found themselves in such a situation. With regard to this situation social policy is a state, local government and non-government organization activity aiming to shape work general conditions and population’s life, pro-development social structures as well as social relations based on social equality and justice, which foster social needs satisfaction on an accessible level. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to present social policy’s influence on unemployment in Nowy Sącz County. The research was carried out in the area of Nowy Sącz County and the respondents were people who were unemployed in the County. The research questionnaire was a tool which was used for this research

Teaching Italian: is the theory reflected in textbooks?

W dzisiejszych czasach znajomość języków obcych stała się nieodzownym elementem życia codziennego. Biorąc pod uwagę rozwój komunikacji, co raz więcej ludzi uczy się języków, by móc swobodnie porozumieć się za granicą. Ponadto, znajomość języków obcych stała się również podstawą do zdobycia dobrej pracy. Cele, dla których ludzie uczą się języków są różnorodne. Bez względu na cele, dzięki znajomości języków obcych, jesteśmy w stanie poznać nową kulturę, ludzi, ich tradycje, zachowania i życie codzienne. Niniejsza praca magisterska, zatytułowana „Nauczanie języka włoskiego: czy teoria znajduje odzwierciedlenie w podręcznikach?” powstała właśnie dzięki głębokiemu zainteresowaniu nauką języków obcych. Jej celem było przybliżenie czytelnikowi istoty prawidłowej oceny podręczników do nauczania języka włoskiego. Na rynku obecnie istnieje wiele materiałów, dlatego tym bardziej odpowiednia ocena ich zawartości jest tu jak najbardziej wskazana. Jednak by móc przystąpić do głębszej ich analizy, na początku należało skupić się na tym, co przedstawia teoria. Niniejsza praca w głównej mierze opierała się na założeniach "Europejskiego systemu opisu kształcenia językowego: uczenie się, nauczanie, ocenianie", który w sposób spójny ukazuje najważniejsze aspekty nauki języka obcego. Dokument ten posłużył jako punkt wyjścia, jeśli chodzi o określenie poziomu biegłości językowej czy zadań, jakie stoją przed uczniem, aby dany poziom osiągnąć. Dzięki niemu w analizie przedstawione zostały również najważniejsze kompetencje, jakie uczeń powinien posiadać, a które to ułatwią mu przyswajanie języka obcego. Nie można było również zapomnieć o stronach, jakie biorą udział w procesie nauczania języków obcych, tj. o uczniach oraz nauczycielach. By jednak współpraca między nimi była na najwyższym poziomie, potrzebna jest do tego motywacja uczniów oraz odpowiednie zaangażowanie nauczyciela, by poziom zainteresowania językiem i rozwijania umiejętności u ucznia wciąż się umacniał. Analiza podręczników skupiała swoją uwagę na następujących umiejętnościach językowych: słuchanie, mówienie, czytanie i pisanie, nie zapominając o gramatyce oraz słownictwie, które dopiero razem stanowią bazę dla biegłego posługiwania się językiem. Jako pierwsze podręczniki zostały przeanalizowane i porównane podręczniki: "Rete! 1 Corso multimediale d’italiano per stranieri" a cura di Marco Mezzadri e Paolo E. Balboni oraz "Il Balboni. Corso comunicativo di italiano per stranieri", un nuovo manuale di Paolo E. Balboni. Dzięki tej analizie zauważyć można było czy i jak bardzo zmieniły się techniki nauczania języka włoskiego. Następnie zostały porównane starsze i nowsze wersje podręcznika "Nuovo Progetto Italiano. Corso mediale di lingua e civiltà italiana" a cura di T. Marin e S. Magnelli pod względem struktury oraz zastosowania ćwiczeń do rozwijania umiejętności językowych. Mając na uwadze fakt, iż podręcznik ten jest wciąż aktualizowany, można było dostrzec ewentualne zmiany, jakie zostały wprowadzone do wersji nowszej.Niniejsza praca magisterska nie miała na celu wskazania najlepszego podręcznika do nauczania języka włoskiego. Miała na celu pokazanie jak ważna jest ocena podręcznika, jak powinno się przeprowadzić jego analizę, na jakie aspekty zwrócić uwagę. Temat na tyle obszerny, iż z pewnością znajdzie swoją kontynuację.Nowadays, foreign languages has become an indispensable element of everyday life. Given the development of communication, more and more people are learning languages to be able to communicate abroad. Moreover, foreign languages has also become the basis for getting a good job. The purposes for which people learn languages are different. Regardless of the goals, thanks to the foreign languages, we are able to get to know a new culture, people, their traditions, behavior and everyday life.This thesis, entitled "Teaching Italian: is the theory reflected in textbooks?", was created thanks to a deep interest in learning foreign languages. Its aim was to familiarize the reader with the essence of the correct assessment of textbooks for teaching Italian. Currently, there are many materials on the market, so it is recommended to pay more attention in choosing one of them. However, in order to be able to proceed to a deeper analysis of them, at the beginning it was necessary to focus on what the theory presents. This work was mainly based on the “Common European Framework of Reference for Languages”, which consistently presents the most important aspects of foreign language learning. This document served as a reference for determining the level of language proficiency or the tasks a student has to achieve in order to achieve a given level. Thanks to it, the analysis also presents the most important competences that the student should have, which will facilitate the acquisition of a foreign language.Furthermore, one could not forget about the parties involved in the process of teaching foreign languages: students and teachers. However, as the motivation and interest in a particular language will be at the highest level, the commitment of the teacher is required. For this reason there were presented roles of the teacher in teaching a foreign language, the methods and means of activating the student and the requirements that are placed on him. The analysis of the textbooks focused on the following language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing, with grammar and vocabulary, which together determine linguistic and communicative competence.There were analyzed and compared two textbooks: ,”Rete! 1 Corso multimediale d'italiano per stranieri” by Marco Mezzadri and Paolo E. Balboni and “Il Balboni. Corso comunicativo di italiano per stranieri”, a new manual by Paolo E. Balboni. Thanks to this analysis it was possible to see if and how the teaching techniques have changed.Subsequently, “Nuovo Progetto Italiano. Corso di lingua e civiltà italiana” by T. Marin and S. Magnelli has been analized in terms of structure and application of exercises for the development of language skills. Considering the fact that this manual is still being updated, it was possible to notice any changes made to the new version.The analysis conducted was aimed at drawing attention to the important aspects used by the authors. It was not intended to indicate which manual is the best and which should be used. However, the topic is so extensive that it will surely have its following.Oggi la conoscenza delle lingue straniere è diventata un elemento indispensabile della vita quotidiana. Dato lo sviluppo della comunicazione, sempre più persone stanno imparando le lingue per poter comunicare liberamente all'estero. Inoltre, la conoscenza delle lingue straniere è diventata anche la base per ottenere un buon lavoro. Gli scopi per cui le persone imparano le lingue variano. Indipendentemente dagli obiettivi, grazie a tale conoscenza, si è in grado di conoscere una nuova cultura, persone, le loro tradizioni, comportamenti e vita quotidiana.Questa tesi di laurea magistrale, dal titolo „Insegnare l'italiano: la teoria si riflette nei manuali?” è stata creata grazie all’interesse per l'apprendimento delle lingue straniere. L'obiettivo principale di questo lavoro è di confrontare l'approccio teorico all'insegnamento delle lingue straniere con il lato pratico della glottodidattica. Visto che sul mercato esistono tanti manuali, si consiglia una valutazione più appropriata del loro contenuto. Tuttavia, per poter procedere ad un'analisi più approfondita di essi, all'inizio era necessario concentrarsi su ciò che presenta la teoria. Questo lavoro si è basato principalmente sul “Quadro Comune Europeo di riferimento per le lingue: apprendimento insegnamento valutazione”, che presenta costantemente gli aspetti più importanti dell'apprendimento delle lingue straniere. Questo documento serviva come punto di partenza per determinare il livello di competenza linguistica o i compiti che uno studente deve svolgere per raggiungere un determinato livello. Grazie ad esso, l'analisi presenta anche le competenze più importanti che lo studente dovrebbe avere, il che faciliterà l'acquisizione di una lingua straniera.Inoltre, non si poteva dimenticare delle parti coinvolte nel processo di insegnamento delle lingue straniere, cioè studenti e insegnanti. Tuttavia, affinché la motivazione e l'interesse per una determinata lingua siano ai massimi livelli, è necessario l'impegno dell'insegnante. Per questo motivo ci sono stati presentati i ruoli dell'insegnante nell'insegnamento di una lingua straniera, i metodi e i mezzi di attivazione dello studente e i requisiti che gli vengono posti. L'analisi dei libri di testo si è concentrata sulle seguenti abilità linguistiche: ascoltare, parlare, leggere e scrivere, insieme all'apprendimento della grammatica e del vocabolario, che nel loro insieme determinano la competenza linguistica e comunicativa.Sono stati analizzati e confrontati i due manuali: “Rete! 1 Corso multimediale d'italiano per stranieri” a cura di Marco Mezzadri e Paolo E. Balboni e “Il Balboni. Corso comunicativo di italiano per stranieri”, un nuovo manuale di Paolo E. Balboni. Grazie a questa analisi è stato possibile vedere se e quanto siano cambiate le tecniche di insegnamento dell'italiano.Successivamente è stato analizzato il manuale “Nuovo Progetto Italiano. Corso di lingua e civiltà italiana” a cura di T. Marin e S. Magnelli in termini di struttura e applicazione di esercizi per lo sviluppo delle abilità linguistiche. Considerando il fatto che questo manuale è ancora in fase di aggiornamento, è stato possibile notare eventuali modifiche apportate alla nuova versione.L'analisi condotta era volta a richiamare l'attenzione sugli importanti aspetti utilizzati dagli autori. Non aveva lo scopo di indicare quale manuale è il migliore e quale dovrebbe essere utilizzato. Tuttavia, l'argomento è così ampio che avrà sicuramente il suo seguito
