Use of enterprise information systems for efficient production planning

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím podnikových informačních systémů pro plánování a řízení výroby v podniku. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo na základě teoretických poznatků zhodnotit aktuální stav využití informačního systému pro plánování a řízení výroby ve společnosti HOFMEISTER s.r.o., a následně navrhnout doporučení pro budoucí využití současného informačního systému. V úvodu práce byly vymezeny teoretické pojmy z oblasti výroby, podnikových informačních systémů a v závěru této teoretické části práce bylo představeno několik aplikací a metod využívaných k zefektivnění plánování a řízení výroby. Dále se práce zabývá analýzou současného stavu využití informačního systému K2 pro plánování a řízení výroby ve společnosti HOFMEISTER s.r.o., a následně jsou představeny dva návrhy jeho možného budoucího využití.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis deals with the use of corporate information systems for planning and control of production in the company. The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to evaluate the current usage of the information system for production planning and control at HOFMEISTER s.r.o. based on theoretical knowledge, and then propose recommendations for the future use of the current information system. In the beginning of the thesis, theoretical terms from the field of production, corporate information systems were defined, and at the end of this theoretical part, several applications and methods used to efficient production planning and control were presented. Furthermore, the work deals with the analysis of the current usage of the K2 information system for production planning and control in the company HOFMEISTER s.r.o. and subsequently two recommendations for its possible future use are presented
