Методические принципы расчета и анализа разомкнутых электрических сетей с несколькими источниками питания
The paper presents methodical principles for analysis of opened 10(6) kV power network modes with symmetrical and asymmetrical phase loads. A mathematical model and an algorithm of sectional point optimization in the distributive 10(6) kV power network has been modified in the paper. The problem is solved with due account of power supply network of 110 kV and higher and a number of additional limitations. The obtained algorithms serve as a basis for development of the required complex of industrial programs for solution of technological problems pertaining to operation of urban 10(6) kV power networks.Разработаны методические принципы для анализа режимов разомкнутых электрических сетей 10(6) кВ как с симметричной, так и с несимметричной нагрузками фаз. Модифицированы математическая модель и алгоритм оптимизации точек разреза в распределительной электрической сети 10(6) кВ – задача решается с учетом питающей сети 110 кВ и выше и ряда дополнительных ограничений. Разработанные алгоритмы положены в основу развития востребованного комплекса промышленных программ для решения технологических задач эксплуатации городских электрических сетей 10(6) кВ
REX-ISOLDE: post-accelerated radioactive BEAMS at CERN-ISOLDE
The ISOLDE RIB-facility at CERN has today been producing a vast range of radioactive beams since more than 30 years. The low-energy beams of ISOLDE will be complemented by a post-accelerator, REX-ISOLDE, currently being assembled. In order to convert the pseudo-DC, singly-charged beam from the ISOLDE mass separators into a cooled and bunched beam at higher charge states a novel scheme of trapping, cooling and charge-state breeding has been devised, using a linear Penning trap and an Electron Beam Ion Source (EBIS). This allows for subsequent acceleration by a short, cost-effective LINAC consisting of an RFQ, an IH-structure and three seven-gap resonators, reaching 0.8 - 2.2 MeV/u. The installation of REX-ISOLDE is well underway and the first post-accelerated radioactive beams are expected to be obtained during late 2000
