    The Coherence Field in the Field Perturbation Theory of Superconductivity

    We re-examine the Nambu-Gorkov perturbation theory of superconductivity on the basis of the Bogoliubov-Valatin quasi-particles. We show that two different fields (and two additional analogous fields) may be constructed, and that the Nambu field is only one of them. For the other field- the coherence field- the interaction is given by means of two interaction vertices that are based on the Pauli matrices tau1 and tau3. Consequently, the Hartree integral for the off-diagonal pairing self-energy may be finite, and in some cases large. We interpret the results in terms of conventional superconductivity, and also discuss briefly possible implications to HTSC

    Se consideró como problema general ¿Cómo se relaciona el proceso de planificación con la gestión de proyectos en la Sub gerencia de estudios del Gobierno Regional de Junín – 2021?, objetivo general determinar cómo se relaciona el proceso de planificación con la gestión de proyectos en la Sub gerencia de estudios del Gobierno Regional de Junín – 2021. Se utilizó al método científico como método general y como específicos a los métodos analítico-sintético, hipotético-deductivo, y estadístico, de tipo Aplicada, nivel descriptivo - correlacional, y diseño No experimental; con una población y muestra tipo censo de 20 personas entre funcionarios y servidores públicos, se aplicó los cuestionarios de encuesta aplicados; concluyendo: que el proceso de planificación se relaciona de manera significativa y positiva muy alta con la gestión de proyectos en la Sub gerencia de estudios del Gobierno Regional de Junín – 2021, por cuanto el Rho Spearman hallado fue de 0.939., con un 5% de probabilidad de error; y como recomendación mejorar la comunicación interna entre los responsables de la elaboración de los perfiles de proyectos, para identificar y prever; las posibles dificultades y problemas, además, de implementarse con las directrices del Project Management Institute (PMI) y las nuevas metodologías de la construcción del Buliding Information Modeling (BIM) para garantizar el adecuado proceso de planificación y calidad en cada una de las etapas de la gestión de proyectos

    The use of PEGylated liposomes in the development of drug delivery applications for the treatment of hemophilia

    Hemophilia A is a rare X-linked bleeding disorder caused by lack or dysfunction of coagulation factor VIII (FVIII). Hemophilia A is treated with replacement therapy, but frequent injections of the missing FVIII often lead to the formation of inhibitory antibodies. Patients who develop high levels of inhibitors must be treated with bypassing agents such as activated FVII (FVIIa). Both FVIII and FVIIa have short half-lives and require multiple injections. Long-acting forms of these proteins would therefore reduce the frequency of injections, improve patient compliance and reduce complications. In this article we present a new platform technology that produces long-acting forms of FVIII and FVIIa and improves the efficacy of hemophilia treatment. This technology is based on the binding of proteins/peptides to the outer surface of PEGylated liposomes (PEGLip). Binding is dependent on an amino acid consensus sequence within the proteins and is highly specific. At the same time, binding is non-covalent and does not require any modification of the therapeutic agent or its production process. Association of proteins with PEGLip results in substantial enhancements in their pharmacodynamic properties following administration. These improvements seem to arise from the association of formulated proteins with platelets prior to induction of coagulation

    The Field Perturbation Theory of the Double Correlated Phase in High Temperature Superconductors

    The Double-Correlated phase in HTSC, and its treatment by field perturbation theory, is established. In particular, we define the ground state, the quasi-particle excitations, and construct an appropriate field. We also derive the unperturbed Hamiltonian, and the propagators for the unperturbed state. Then we discuss the perturbation Hamiltonian, and show that the Hartree diagram is significant for both the pseudogap and the superconductive order parameter, and suggest that it yields the major contribution to these parameters.Comment: 23 pages Of MSWord in PDF format, 1 figur

    Estudos sobre a Percepção de Autoeficácia Parental: Uma Revisão de Literatura

    A percepção de autoeficácia (PA) é definida como a confiança que o indivíduo tem na sua capacidade pessoal para organizar e executar certas ações, podendo influenciar as escolhas frente a alguma ação que precisa ser realizada. No contexto parental, a PA está relacionada ao controle na função parental e, assim, influenciar a percepção da sua autoeficácia, enquanto pai e mãe. Assim, pretende-se verificar características da literatura internacional sobre o tema, nos últimos cinco anos. Foram encontrados 22 artigos, em diversas bases de dados, provenientes de diferentes países, sendo que os resultados mostraram um enfoque sobre a infância e a adolescência, parentalidade, transtornos psicológicos, validação de instrumentos e a relação da autoeficácia com as neurociências. Conclui-se que esta revisão tem sua importância na análise criteriosa dos estudos sobre a percepção de autoeficácia parental, pois há uma necessidade clínica no atendimento de pais e filhos em sua relação parental
