Blockchain innovation has brought various benefits to the healthcare sector. Utilizing blockchains in clinical contexts will reduce handling time since when a patient signs up for a review, the complete collected data will be accessible at once because of accessibility on the distributed ledger. Also, specialists will not need to stress over the patients giving them a legit clinical history, because of their capacity to progressively see the correct, credible, and quality source-recorded information. It eliminates any likely clinical history mistakes. Similarly, the patients will not need to stress over having a second assessment from another specialist, because of the straightforwardness of the information. Having patient records on a blockchain organization will prompt individuals to know and associate with various others, across the globe, with similar ailments as they have, which is not only valuable for their well-being, but also make the patients feel acknowledged, upheld, and have reinforced determination to battle the ailment. Patients will have total independence regarding their information, and they will choose who to impart the information to. In this paper, we present all the challenges and critical issues associated with implementing blockchains in the healthcare sector

Sharir Rachana and Kriya is essential for the knowledge of Chikitsa, Shalya and Shalakya. Depending upon the availability and complete knowledge of Ashtang Ayurveda the trio of creations of Acharya Susruta, Charaka and Vagbhata is regarded as Brihatrayee. Later on the other trio of Madhava Nidan, Bhavaprakash, Sharangadhara Samhita reffered as Laghutrayee. The knowledge of Sharir and medicine available in Brihatrayee; So, Ayurvedic terminologies explaining the Sharir aspects in Samhitas are many times mentioned by comparing it with the objects commonly seen in day-to-day life. This concept of comparison may be classified on Rachnatmaka groups. This concept helps in knowing, understanding, learning and memorizing the important features in Rachana Sharir, as a whole. Acharyas has thus greatly contributed to the Vaidyas in studying the Sharir in the language of the layman. Sharir stands for bodily, anything related to body. It is defined by Brihatrayee Acharyas as per their ideologies. Sharirvichaya is a detailed knowledge of Sharir Anga Pratyanga which is useful for Sharir Svasthya as well as Chikitsa. All the Acharyas consider Shadangas according to their different point of view

Reaching the poor with health interventions: Programme-incidence analysis of seven randomised trials of women's groups to reduce newborn mortality in Asia and Africa

Background Efforts to end preventable newborn deaths will fail if the poor are not reached with effective interventions. To understand what works to reach vulnerable groups, we describe and explain the uptake of a highly effective community-based newborn health intervention across social strata in Asia and Africa. Methods We conducted a secondary analysis of seven randomised trials of participatory women's groups to reduce newborn mortality in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Malawi. We analysed data on 70 574 pregnancies. Socioeconomic and sociodemographic differences in group attendance were tested using logistic regression. Qualitative data were collected at each trial site (225 focus groups, 20 interviews) to understand our results. Results Socioeconomic differences in women's group attendance were small, except for occasional lower attendance by elites. Sociodemographic differences were large, with lower attendance by young primigravid women in African as well as in South Asian sites. The intervention was considered relevant and interesting to all socioeconomic groups. Local facilitators ensured inclusion of poorer women. Embarrassment and family constraints on movement outside the home restricted attendance among primigravid women. Reproductive health discussions were perceived as inappropriate for them. Conclusions Community-based women's groups can help to reach every newborn with effective interventions. Equitable intervention uptake is enhanced when facilitators actively encourage all women to attend, organise meetings at the participants' convenience and use approaches that are easily understandable for the less educated. Focused efforts to include primigravid women are necessary, working with families and communities to decrease social taboos

    Metal-nitroxyl interactions. 55: Manganese (111) - nitroxyl electron-electron spin-spin interaction

Abstract -When a nitroxyl oxygen binds to the Mn(II1) complex of a capped tetraphenylporphyrin there is strong antiferromagnetic coupling of the Mn S = 2 and the nitroxyl S = 1/2 to give an S = 3/2 ground state with a characteristic EPR signal at g -4. When a spin-labeled pyridine coordinates to the Mn(II1) porphyrin via the pyridine nitrogen, the electron-electron spin-spin interaction causes broadening and splitting of the nitroxyl EPR signal. Small splittings were partially collapsed at 100 K and resolved at 5 K. The Mnnitroxyl spin-spin coupling constants were 0.3 to 0.5 times the values for copper bis(hexafluoroacety1acetonate) adducts of the same ligands. Stronger electron-electron exchange interaction was observed for two Mn(II1) complexes with nitroxyl carboxylates as the axial ligands than for the spinlabeled pyridine complexes. This series of compounds demonstrates the effects on the nitroxyl EPR spectra of Mnnitroxyl interaction ranging from lesf than the nitrogen hyperfine splitting to IJI -0.08 cm-and highlights the long-range nature of electron-electron exchange interaction

    Fraudulent Face Image Detection

Due to the growing advancements in technology, many software applications are being developed to modify and edit images. Such software can be used to alter images. Nowadays, an altered image is so realistic that it becomes too difficult for a person to identify whether the image is fake or real. Such software applications can be used to alter the image of a person’s face also. So, it becomes very difficult to identify whether the image of the face is real or not. Our proposed system is used to identify whether the image of a face is fake or real. The proposed system makes use of machine learning. The system makes use of a convolution neural network and support vector classifier. Both these machine learning models are trained using real as well as fake images. Both these trained models will take an image as an input and will determine whether the image is fake or real

Yttrium doped cobalt zinc nano-ferrites Co0.8Zn0.2Fe2-xYxO4 (x = 0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03) were synthesized through the combustion method. For the formation and confirmation of single phase cubic spinel structure, X-ray diffraction is used. The average grain sizes from the Scherrer formula were below 50 nm. Microstructural features were obtained by scanning electron microscope. Electrical properties, such as dc resistivity as a function of temperature and ac conductivity as a function of frequency were studied for these samples. Room temperature dielectric constant (ε′) and dielectric loss (tan δ) are also studied as a function of frequency. The differentiation of dielectric properties ε′, tan δ, and ac conductivity (σac) with frequency imparts that the dispersion is because of Maxwell–Wagner type of interfacial polarization in general and the hopping of charge between Fe2+ and Fe3+ as well as Co2+ and Co3+ ions at B-sites. Electrical property study showed its dependence on the grain size

The Internet as a complete does not use safe links, thus data in transit may be vulnerable to interception as well. The significant of reducing a chance of the data being detected during the conduction is being a problem now days. Some way out to be discussed is how to pass data in a manner that the very existence of the message is unknown in order to prevent interest of the possible attacker. This approach of data hiding can be extended to copyright protection for digital media. This paper present a comparative study of majority vote parity check method and tree-based parity check. Result shows that Majority vote strategy results in least distortion for finding a stego object

Synthesis, analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities of some pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyrazole derivatives

Historically, heterocyclic compounds containing Nitrogen, and their derivatives have been invaluable as a source of therapeutic agents. Pyrazole, with two nitrogen atoms and aromatic character, provides diverse functionality and stereochemical complexity in a five-membered ring structure. In Knorr pyrazole synthesis, diimine compound gets deprotonated to regenerate the acid catalyst and provide the final pyrazole product. Formation of pyrazole derivatives from hydrazines, hydrazides, semicarbazides, thiosemicarbazide and aminoguanidines by condensation with 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds is possible. As fused pyrazoles are reported to be well known pharmacophores, this has motivated to synthesize some of the pyrazolopyrazole derivatives by using hydrazine hydrate, thiosemicarbazide and semicarbazide. A series of 3-(aryl)-4-methyl-3a,6-dihydropyrazolo[3,4-c]pyrazole-2(3H)-carboxamides (IVa3-e3), 3-(aryl)-4-methyl-3a,6-dihydropyrazolo[3,4-c]pyrazole-2(3H)-carbothioamide (IVa2-e2) and 4-(aryl)-3-methyl-1,3a,4,5-tetrahydropyrazolo[3,4-c]pyrazoles (IVa1-e1) were synthesized by conventional method where fused pyrazopyrazoles were prepared.  All the compounds were synthesized with good yield (56-81 %) and characterized by IR, 1H NMR spectral data and C, H, N elemental analysis. All the synthesized compounds exhibited analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities
