Manufacturing of nibbling parts
Práca popisuje základné princípy a metódy vysekávania vychádzajúce z postupového strihania. V práci boli zahrnuté výhody a nevýhody deliacich vysekávacích nástrojov dvoch konštrukcii, a to revolverových a kazetových. Ďalej boli v práci popísané tvárniace nástroje a niekoľko ich základných predstaviteľov, ktoré sa v praxi často využívajú. Dva základné princípy strojov boli popísané na príklade firiem Prima Power a Trumpf.This work describes principles and methods of punching starting from gradual sheering. In this work they were included advantages and disadvantages dividing punching tools of the two design, it´s revolver and cassette. There were also described of forming tools and some of their basic representatives, which are in practice often used. The two basic principles of machines have been described on the example of companies Prima Power and Trumpf.
Manufacturing of castor holder
Práca rieši návrh technológie výroby držiaku nábytkového kolieska z oceľového plechu 11 321 o hrúbke 2 mm. Na základe variantného riešenia strihu a ohybu bolo zvolené riešenie výroby v postupovom združenom nástroji. Ako polotovar bol zvolený pás plechu zo zvitku šírky 64,1 mm. Po zhodnotení technologickosti boli upravené vzdialenosti otvorov od okraja dielu a ohybu a prostredníctvo technologických výpočtov určené potrebné sily, práce a ďalšie parametre. Ako vhodný stroj bol zvolený výstredníkový lis S 160 E značky Šmeral. Navrhnutý nástroj pracuje v šiestich krokoch a nachádza sa v ňom deväť strižných a jedna ohýbacia časť spolu s dvomi hľadáčikmi a jedným pružinovým pridržiavačom. Ekonomické zhodnotenie ukázalo ziskovú výrobu zadanej série hodnotou 999 310,61 Kč a bodom zvratu nastávajúcim po výrobe 58 382 kusov.The thesis solves the design of the technology of manufacturing the furniture wheel holder from a sheet thickness of 11 321 with a thickness of 2 mm. On the basis of the variant cutting and bending solution, a production solution was chosen in a process proggressive die. As a blank, a sheet metal strip is selected from a 64.1 mm roll. After the technology evaluation, the distances of the openings from the edge of the part and the bend were adjusted and the technological calculations determined the necessary total forces, work and other parameters. On the basis of the previous calculations, the S 160 E eccentric press of Šmeral was chosen as the most suitable machine. The designed tool works in six steps and includes nine cutting and one bending section together with two viewers and one spring retainer. Economic recovery has shown profitable production of the given series where the total profit is CZK 999 310,61 and the reversal point occurs after production 58 382 pieces.
Spray drying of the mixtures of mono-, di-, and oligosaccharides
Abstract: Optimal conditions of spray drying of a fructooligosaccharide-rich mixture prepared by enzymatic conversion of sucrose were investigated. It was found that efficient drying of the mixture containing about 40 % of monosaccharides and sucrose required addition of a compound with a high glass transition temperature. The addition of maltodextrin helped to achieve satisfactory solids yield and moisture.
