NAEl proyecto tiene como fin mostrar el diseño de las herramientas necesarias para dar cumplimiento a la planificación de los sistemas de gestión basados en normas NTC ISO 9001 y 22000 bajos los lineamientos BPM y HACCP para la granja porcina El Recreo en la fase de pre ceba, lo cual motive a la industria porcícola a implementar sistemas integrados de gestión dentro de sus procesos que garanticen la seguridad de los productos mediante la inocuidad que permitan satisfacer a clientes y consumidores.The purpose of the project is to show the design of the necessary tools to comply with the planning of management systems based on NTC ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards under the GMP and HACCP guidelines for the El Recreo pig farm in the pre-fattening phase, which motivates the pork industry to implement integrated management systems within its processes that guarantee product safety through food safety that allows customers and consumers to be satisfied
