    Este trabajo de investigaci贸n tuvo como objetivo general dise帽ar una estrategia l煤dica para la mediaci贸n del conflicto escolar en el 6潞 de la Instituci贸n Educativa Crist贸bal Col贸n de Armenia, Quind铆o. Para ello, el estudio se sustent贸 en el paradigma metodol贸gico cualitativo con un tipo descriptivo; de all铆, que sus instrumentos, para la recolecci贸n de datos, fueron la observaci贸n directa, el diario de campo y la entrevista semiestructurada que se les aplic贸 a una poblaci贸n estudiantil compuesta por 24 estudiantes del grupo 6B y 6 docentes de la Instituci贸n Educativa Crist贸bal Col贸n. As铆, se lograron resultados que dan cuenta de la urgencia de tener a la mediaci贸n del conflicto escolar como epicentro de la reflexi贸n socioeducativa en un contexto cada vez m谩s cambiante y que supone retos enormes para todos los actores de la comunidad educativa. Por lo tanto, la l煤dica se puede exponer como una herramienta did谩ctica pertinente y oportuna que aporta al horizonte epist茅mico y metodol贸gico del aula de clase. Por supuesto, al finalizar toda la investigaci贸n se llegan a algunas conclusiones que posibilitan la mediaci贸n escolar, a trav茅s del di谩logo como base fundamental para escuchar, debatir y solucionar los conflictos, de forma pac铆fica y asertiva, que lleven a una convivencia.This research work had as a general objective to design a playful strategy for the mediation of the school conflict in the 6th of the Christopher Columbus Educational Institution of Armenia, Quind铆o. To this end, the study was based on the qualitative methodological paradigm with a descriptive type; hence, his instruments for data collection were direct observation, the field diary and the semi-structured interview that was applied to a student population composed of 24 students from group 6B and 6 teachers from the Christopher Columbus Educational Institution. Thus, results were achieved that reflect the urgency of having the mediation of the school conflict as the epicenter of socio-educational reflection in an increasingly changing context that poses enormous challenges for all actors in the educational community. Therefore, play can be exposed as a relevant and timely didactic tool that contributes to the epistemic and methodological horizon of the classroom. Of course, at the end of all the research, some conclusions are reached that make school mediation possible, through dialogue as a fundamental basis for listening, debating and resolving conflicts, in a peaceful and assertive way, that lead to coexistence
