PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMBANGUNAN INFRASTRUKTUR DI DESA PATONGLOAN KECAMATAN BAROKO KABUPATEN ENREKANG

Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan infrastruktur di Desa Patongloan, Kecamatan Baroko, Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian Thia menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan infrastruktur di Desa Patongloan, Kecamatan Baroko, Kabupaten Enrekang berupa. 1). Partisipasi pikiran yaitu: a). bentuk keterlibatan masyarakat desa dalam pengambilan keputusan musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan (Musrembang) dan b). keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembuatan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa (RPJMDes), 2). Partisipasi energi dalam bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan gotong royong 3). Partisipasi keahlian dalam bentuk keterampilan, 4). Penyertaan barang berupa alat dan perlengkapan dan 5). Keikutsertaan uang berupa kontribusi dana yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat di Desa Patongloan masih sangat minim dan masih banyak kendala yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembangunan infrastruktur tersebut. Kata kunci: Peran Serta Masyarakat, pembangunan infrastruktu

Efektivitas Pelayanan Pemberian Izin Mendirikan Bangunan Di Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu (Dpmptsp) Kota Makassar

This study purposed to determine the effectiveness of services for granting building permits in the one-stop integrated licensing service office (DPMPTSP) in Makassar city. This study used a qualitative research  with a descriptive type. The number of informants in this study were 7 people who were determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that regarding the optimization aspects of the objectives to be achieved by the Makassar City PTSP Service, it had provided services to the community by facilitating the form of management so that it was well served, the aspects of interaction between the organization and the surrounding environment related to the effectiveness of IMB services by the Makassar City PTSP Service certainly consisted of several methods such as, conducting awareness, capacitating, and empowering, and aspects of the role of individual behavior on effectiveness in an organization, namely how the Makassar City DPM-PTSP Service provided excellent service and becomed a stakeholder following community service SOPs. Keywords: Service effectiveness, granting building permit

Transparansi Informasi Pelayanan Surat Izin Usaha Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bantaeng

This study aimed to determine the form of transparency of information on Business License services at the Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Office in Bantaeng Regency. This study used a qualitative method. The number of informants in this study was 10 people.  data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study showed that from the aspect of the availability and accessibility of documents from the process of providing information on technical requirements and procedures for business licensing regarding business license services in the department had been running well, aspects of clarity and completeness of information could provide comfort in providing information when serving the community and timely in providing information on business licensing procedures if they had entered their working hours, the aspect of the openness of the process was not be  well, this could be seen from the non-publication of all business licensing procedures that should be a benchmark of user assessment, and aspects of the regulatory framework that were ensure transparency was well publicized and could be understood by service users.Keywords: Information Transparency, Business License Service

Peran Kepala Desa dalam Pembangunan Infrastruktur Jalan di Desa Kariango Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Pinrang

This study purposed to find out the role of the Village Head in the construction of road infrastructure in Kariango Village, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency. This study used qualitative research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews with a number of informants. Data analysis used an interactive analysis model. The results of this study showed that the role of the village head in infrastructure development on village roads was good enough but needed to be improved to be more optimal, this was seen from the aspects of (1) Planning, (2) Implementation ,. (3) Supervision and monitoring. Supporting factors in this activity, there was participation and support from the community, sufficient regional budget funding to carry out development, and regulations provided. While the inhibiting factors were the lack of maximum supervision and monitoring of infrastructure development, then the weather and heavy terrain made it difficult to process infrastructure development and a long time, as well as more expensive development materials

Fungsi Pemerintah Desa Dalam Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Desa Di Desa Soro Barat Kecamatan Kempo Kabupaten Dompu

This study aimed to determine how the function of the village government in the implementation of development in the village of West Soro, Kempo District, Dompu Regency. The method used descriptive qualitative suppression method so that it could explain the object of this study in the office of West Soro Village, Kempo District, Dompu Reency. Data and information were obtained from informants. Data collection techniques were direct observations at research sites, depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction which summarized and focused on the important things and conclusions. The result of this study showed that the function of the village government had been done effectively because there were several things that support them. They were the process of regulation, service, empowerment and in the process of development implantation

KOORDINASI KEPOLISIAN DENGAN DINAS PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN DAN PERLINDUNGAN ANAK DALAM MENANGANI KASUS KEKERASAN SEKSUAL KABUPATEN ENREKANG

This study purposed to find out the Coordination of the Police with the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Handling Cases of Sexual Violence in Enrekang Regency. This study used qualitative methods and consisted of 4 informants. The results of the study showed that the Coordination of the Police and the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Handling cases of sexual violence were quite good and effective. From the perspective, namely (1). the efforts of the police agency and the women's empowerment office in handling cases of sexual violence in Enrekang Regency had made efforts in assisting sexual violence cases, (2) the unit of action in the coordination process between the women's empowerment service in handling cases of sexual violence in Enrekang Regency was still unconscious in every member of the agency, (3 ) common goals by providing direction to each member when there was a dispute at work so that the coordination process in dealing with cases of violence run effectively.

Motorization Innovations in Increasing Fishermen's Income in Liukang Kalmas District, Pangkep Regency

This study aims to determine motorization innovation in increasing the income of fishermen in the Liukang Kalmas Subdistrict of Pangkep Regency and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the innovation. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, data collection is done using interviews by selecting informants through probability sampling. Data is collected from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that boats with motor engines are important to be used by fishermen who are specifically used to search for Torani or flying fish that have high economic value, through motorization innovations fishermen's income is much more increased not only limited to the needs of fishermen families but can provide additional on income. Then the supporting factor is government assistance in the form of facilities for fishermen who are poor and less able in the form of engines or motorboats. While the inhibiting factors are natural conditions that do not support and the cost of repair and operation of the ship resulting in fishermen's income cut

Inovasi Program Lorong Sehat (Longset) Pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Makassar

This research aims to analyze the Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Triability, and Observability of Healthy Hallway innovation at the Health Office of Makassar City. This type of research is a qualitative description. The  informants was 7 people. Data collection techniques in this study, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study, the relative advantage that is owned is in addition to paying attention to the health hallway as well as the surrounding community with the suitability of the needs of the community, this innovation can be tested and implemented by the adopter's ease of observation. However, the complexity lies in the people who tend to be indifferent in implementing this innovation program, but the people in the surrounding environment help each other so that the complexity tends not to be felt.Keywords: Innovation, Healthy Hallway, Society.

Strategi Pemerintah Desa Dalam Mengembangkan Kampung Sabbeta Desa Pising Kecamatan Donri-Donri Kabupaten Soppeng

This study purposed to determine the government's strategy in Developing Sabbeta, Pising Village, Donri-Donri District, Soppeng Regency. This study l used  qualitative research. Technique Collecting data used interviews, observations, and documentation. The  informants who involved in the development of Sabbeta Village. The data analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicated that 1) The strategy  cost advantage was not applied as a whole due to the silk production process requires a lot of costs, the differentiation strategy was applied through the creation of silk product innovations, and the focus strategy applied was to focus sales on the order system. 2) Several inhibiting factors in the development of the Village Sabbeta waw seen from the low quality of human resources and provision facilities and infrastructure were not really good . Keywords: government strategy, village development

Pengaruh Partisipasi Masyarakat Terhadap Efektivitas Program Inovasi Desa Budi Daya Jamur Tiram Di Desa Jenetaesa Kecamatan Simbang Kabupaten Maros

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of community participation and its influence on the effectiveness of the Jenetaesa Village innovation program, Simbang District, Maros Regency. This study used a mixed method by using a type of survey research by observing using a questionnaire to collect data related to research variables. The population in this study were the community or family heads of the Jenetaesa Village, Simbang District, as many as 421 family heads in the Jenetaesa Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency. This study used simple random sampling technique or random sampling, with a total sample of 80 people. The results of this study showed that community participation had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of village innovation programs, with an Adjusted R Square coefficient of 0.636 meaning that 63% of community participation affected the effectiveness of village innovation programs in Jenetaesa Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency.
