LIBERALISME DALAM PEMIKIRAN BELIA DI MEDIA SOSIAL (LIBERALISM THOUGHT AMONG YOUTH ON SOCIAL MEDIA)
ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify liberalism thought among youth on social media. The liberalism influence was identified through the sharing of views and thoughts of the youth at risk on their social media account in the form of comments or writings uploaded. The study was conducted through a month of focussed observation on eleven youth at risk who were inclined towards promoting liberalism thought on the social media. The youth were selected based on the active share of their views on issues pertaining to Islam and the active status update via personal social media such as Twitter, Facebook, and page. The findings showed that three out of eleven youth uploaded an average of five to twelve statuses a day. Meanwhile, seven out of eleven youth uploaded statuses based on season and issues that occur at a time. The study also found that they have a network that helps them in terms of giving moral support or offering views that support one another and being vocal towards current issues especially the ones involving the Islamic Shariah, Shariah court and religious authority in Malaysia. Risiko Gangguan Seksual di dalam Rumah kepada Remaja: The Risk of Sexual Harassment in House to Teenagers
Sexual harassment is a sexually oriented act committed against another person either verbally, non-verbally, physically, or emotionally. Sexual harassment can occur to female teenagers whether they are inside or outside home. This quantitative study used questionnaires that were analysed using SPSS 2.0. The objective of the study is to explore the extent of domestic sexual harassment risk on female teenagers while they are at home. A total of 84 girls from the age of nine to fifteen in Selangor participated in this study where they have received consent from their parents and guardians to participate in this study. This study found that 7.14% of the participants admitted that they like to wear sexy clothes at home and had watched pornographic videos with close family members such as father, brother, uncle, and grandfather. The findings revealed that they had experienced sexual harassment by their family members if they do not maintain the Islamic manners in addition to being excessively exposed to the unlimited information technology facility. The findings also showed that there are unsafe elements towards female teenagers at home if the family well-being mechanism is not properly and well maintained. The implications of this study suggested a development of a mobile application to identify the initial signs of sexual harassment towards female teenagers.

Gangguan seksual merupakan perlakuan berbaur seks yang dilakukan terhadap individu lain sama ada berbentuk lisan, bukan lisan, fizikal atau emosi. Gangguan seksual boleh berlaku kepada remaja perempuan ketika mereka berada di dalam atau di luar rumah. Metodologi kajian menggunakan kaedah tinjauan yang melibatkan kajian kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan perisian statistik SPSS 2.0. Objektif kajian adalah untuk meneroka sejauh mana risiko gangguan seksual berlaku kepada remaja perempuan sewaktu di dalam rumah. Seramai 84 orang remaja perempuan yang berusia sembilan hingga 15 tahun di negeri Selangor telah mendapat kebenaran daripada ibu bapa dan penjaga masing-masing untuk menjadi peserta kajian. Kajian mendapati seramai 7.14% remaja perempuan mengakui suka berpakaian seksi di rumah dan pernah menonton video pornografi bersama ahli keluarga terdekat seperti bapa, abang, bapa saudara serta datuk. Dapatan juga menunjukkan mereka mengalami gangguan seksual dalam kalangan ahli keluarga sekiranya mereka tidak menjaga adab-adab Islam disamping banyak terdedah dengan kemudahan teknologi maklumat yang tiada batasan. Dapatan juga menunjukkan wujudnya elemen yang tidak selamat kepada anak-anak remaja perempuan yang berada dalam rumah sekiranya mekanisme kesejahteraan keluarga tidak dipelihara dengan baik dan betul. Implikasi kajian ini mencadangkan pembangunan sebuah aplikasi mudah alih bagi mengenalpasti tanda-tanda awal gangguan seksual yang berlaku kepada remaja perempuan
Program dakwah Bahagian Pemulihan Al-Riqab, MAIS terhadap komuniti LGBT: satu tinjauan awal
Fenomena LGBT menjadi isu global dan setiap tahun peningkatannya semakin serius. Isu
LGBT cukup membimbangkan apabila sebahagian daripada kelompok LGBT adalah
golongan terpelajar dan professional. Kumpulan minoriti ini perlu ditangani dan dibantu
secara bijaksana agar mereka kembali kepada fitrah mengikut susur galur Islam yang
sebenar. Objektif utama kajian ini adalah untuk mengenalpasti program dakwah yang
dilaksanakan oleh Bahagian Pemulihan Al-Riqab, MAIS terhadap golongan LGBT. Kajian ini
mengaplikasikan kaedah kualitatif menerusi temubual dan analisis dokumen. Hasil daripada
kajian ini, penulis mendapati bahawa telah banyak aktiviti atau program dakwah yang
dilaksanakan oleh pihak MAIS terhadap golongan sasaran. Program dakwah dilihat suatu
inisiatif awal untuk membantu komuniti LGBT dalam usaha menjalani kehidupan yang selari
dengan tuntutan Syariat. Dakwah adalah satu program yang terancang dan boleh membawa
kepada pengamalan dan penghayatan Islam dalam diri seseorang individu.
Walaubagaimanapun tidak dapat dinafikan bahawa wujud pelbagai halangan dan cabaran
dalam perlaksanaan program-program tersebut yang boleh menjejaskan matlamat yang ingin

PROGRAM PEMULIHAN AKHLAK REMAJA DELINKUEN DI PUSAT PEMULIHAN AKHLAK DI MALAYSIA (Moral Rehabilitation Program for Delinquent Adolescents at Moral Rehabilitation Centers in Malaysia)
ABSTRAK Pelbagai program dilaksanakan di pusat-pusat pemulihan bertujuan memulihkan akhlak remaja yang terlibat dengan perlakuan delinkuen. Trend peningkatan bilangan kemasukan para pelatih dalam kalangan remaja ke pusat-pusat pemulihan akhlak memberi indikator keperluan tumpuan diberikan terhadap usaha pemulihan akhlak. Artikel ini bertujuan mengemukakan program-program pemulihan akhlak remaja delinkuen yang dilaksanakan di pusat-pusat pemulihan akhlak di Malaysia. Reka bentuk kajian ini ialah kajian tinjauan eksploratori. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui temu bual separa struktur. Seramai empat orang informan dipilih dari tiga kategori pusat pemulihan akhlak iaitu pusat pemulihan kelolaan Jabatan Penjara Malaysia (JPM), pusat pemulihan kelolaan Majlis Agama Islam Negeri dan pusat pemulihan kelolaan Jabaran Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM). Mereka dipilih menggunakan persampelan bertujuan. Data yang diperoleh daripada temu bual dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Hasil kajian mendapati program-program pemulihan akhlak yang dilaksanakan di pusat-pusat pemulihan akhlak memberi penekanan terhadap aspek pemantapan kerohanian dan keagamaan, penyediaan slot bimbingan kaunseling dan motivasi serta kelas kemahiran dan akademik. Program yang dijalankan ini memberi implikasi positif khususnya dalam usaha pemulihan akhlak remaja delinkuen di pusat-pusat pemulihan akhlak di Malaysia. Kata Kunci: Program Pemulihan Akhlak, Remaja Delinkuen, Pusat Pemulihan Akhlak MalaysiaABSTRACT Various programs are implemented in rehabilitation centers aimed at restoring the morals of teenagers involved in delinquent behavior. The trend of increasing the number of trainees among teenagers entering moral rehabilitation centers indicates the need to focus on moral rehabilitation efforts. This article aims to present the moral rehabilitation programs for delinquent teenagers implemented in moral rehabilitation centers in Malaysia. The design of this study is an exploratory survey study. Data collection was done through semistructured interviews. A total of four informants were selected from three categories of moral rehabilitation centers which are rehabilitation centers managed by the Malaysian Prisons Department (JPM), rehabilitation centers managed by the State Islamic Religious Council and rehabilitation centers managed by Jabaran Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM). They were selected using purposive sampling. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed using a thematic approach. The results of the study found that moral rehabilitation programs carried out in moral rehabilitation centers emphasize the aspects of spiritual and religious strengthening, the provision of counseling and motivational guidance slots as well as skills and academic classes. The program carried out has positive implications, especially in the moral rehabilitation of delinquent teenagers in moral rehabilitation centers in Malaysia. Program agama di Pusat Pemulihan Akhlak Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM): Kajian dari aspek pelaksanaan dan keberkesanan / Noor Hafizah Mohd Haridi
Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM) or the Social Welfare Department that is fully under the
auspices of the Malaysian government, has set up Reformatory Institution which accommodates
troubled adolescents especially those who are involved in juvenile cases. The institution comprises
of Asrama Akhlak, Taman Seri Puteri and Tunas Bakti School. Based on the entry statistic until
2010, 1412 troubled adolescents were institutionalized with 1151 of them were Malay Muslim
adolescents. As the responsible agency in providing reformation especially spiritual reformation,
JKM in collaboration with JAKIM (Department of Islamic Development Malaysia) have outlined
and developed Islamic Education module that serves as the foundation and principal guidelines in
implementing religious program. Its implementation is synchronized in every reformation
institution. This study focussed on the implemented religious program by analysing the following
aspects: implementation, effectiveness and problems in the implementation concerning the
trainees of the institutions. The design of the study was quantitative. Document analysis and
interview were used to complement the study findings and as supporting data. The study
respondents consisted of trainees and Islamic affairs officers and assistants. For the questionnaire
survey, the trainees were selected using stratified random sampling method. A total of 286 trainees
from eight institutions all over Malaysia were directly involved in this study. The data from the
survey were analysed using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) for window (version
16.0). Overall, the study showed the religious program in the institutions was not consistently
implemented. Only 17.5% of the respondents agreed the religious program was implemented
between five to six times in a week. The study also found a lack of religious teacher in the
institutions served as the contributing factor to the poor implementation of the religious program

arranged by JKM. The effectiveness of the religious programs in the institutions was measured
based on the level of knowledge and behaviour improvement of the trainees. Overall analysis
found the level of trainees’ knowledge was high (min=4.51). Nevertheless, the trainees’ behaviour
analysis result was moderately hight (min=3.02). The findings indirectly revealed that the trainees
in the institutions need continuous guidance particularly in terms of the practical aspect in relation
to the basics of Islam. Apparently, the outcomes of this study gave an added value to JKM’s
reformatory institutions in their effort to reform the trainees. JKM should also review their Islamic
Education Curriculum Module in order to ensure its relevance with the trainees’ level and at the
same time should increase the number of religious teacher in each institution
KUMPULAN LESBIAN, GAY, BISEKSUAL DAN TRANSGANDER (LGBT) ANCAMAN TERHADAP KEAMANAN DAN KEHARMONIAN BERAGAMA DI MALAYSIA
Sexual and Gender disorder Issues, which refers to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) community is not a new issue. Allah has explained about homosexual issues prevailing among the people of Prophet Luth. This paper discusses the related issues (LGBT) by analyzing a collection of aspects of this threat to the security and religious harmony. Various claims have been made by this group in the name of human rights. Symptoms, treatment and disposition opposed to the normal life of a person human system has become a regular affair in the world and especially Malaysia. In fact the case is cultivated in transnational level through United Nation Human Right Convention (UNHRC) and backed by the major countries in tthe world. The symptoms of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) has become accepted way of life by the outside community and now infiltrating in the life of islamic community in Malaysia. These symptoms shall be dammed to ensure public security and religious harmony in Malaysia.
Permasaahan kecelaruan seksual dan jantina, yang merujuk kepada komuniti Lesbian, Gay, Biseksual. dan Transgender (LGBT) bukan merupakan isu baru. Sebaliknya, Allah swt telah menjelaskan tentang permasalahan homoseksual yang berlaku di kalangan umat Nabi Lut as. Penulisan ini membincangkan isu berkaitan (LGBT) dengan menganalisis dari aspek ancaman kumpulan ini terhadap keamanan dan keharmonian beragama. Pelbagai tuntutan telah dilakukan oleh kumpulan ini atas nama hak asasi manusia. Gejala, perlakuan dan tabiat bertentangan dengan sistem kehidupan normal seseorang manusia telah menjadi suatu perkara yang biasa di dunia amnya dan Malaysia khasnya. Malah perkara ini diperjuang di peringkat antarabangsa menerusi United Nation Human Right Convention (UNHRC) dan disokong oleh negara-negara besar dunia.Gejala lesbian, gay, biseksual dan transgender (LGBT) telah menjadi cara hidup yang diterima oleh masyarakat luar dan kini sedang meresap masuk ke ruang atmosfera kehidupan masyarakat Islam di Malaysia. Historiografi Liberalisme dalam Kalangan Masyarakat Barat: The Liberalism Historiography Among The Western Society
This study explains the historiography of liberal thinking. It dated back to the Rome and progressed until the renaissance and the post-modern era. This study also describes the implication of the changes of Bibles, the feudalist autonomy and church domination in the formation of liberalism amongst the Western society. The development of liberalism in the Western culture emphasises human as the central axis of decision making. Thinking pattern that rejects religion and its rules in the decision making and evaluation process of certain actions. The Western society accepts liberalism as an idea of progress that must be preserved. Liberalism frees those who want to be prosperous and progressive in dominating the world from the ties and rules of religion, which it sees them as the opium of the society. The rejection of faith in life is the fundamental idea that underlies the construction of the modern Western civilisation. The study used content analysis methodology in obtaining the data and facts from books and documents about liberalism. This study showed that liberalism that has been the mantra of the Western society had become the choice among a small number of Muslim in Malaysia. This development is marked by the emergence of the view that rejects the role of Shariah rulings in life such as hijab, men as the imam (leader) for prayers and marital guardian, inheritance, etc. The adaptation of Western liberalism by the Muslim society is inappropriate as Islam is the religion that liberates humans from human slavery and places good values onto the personality and humanity itself.

Kajian ini menerangkan tentang sejarah atau historiografi pemikiran liberal. Ia bermula semenjak zaman Yunani, Rom sehinggalah era renaissance dan pasca moden. Kajian ini juga menerangkan implikasi kepada perubahan Kitab Bible, penguasaan golongan feudal dan dominasi gereja dalam membentuk liberalisme dalam masyarakat Barat. Perkembangan liberalisme dalam masyarakat Barat menekankan manusia sebagai objek kepada paksi membuat keputusan. Pemikiran yang menolak campur tangan dan peraturan agama dalam menentukan keputusan dan penilaian kepada sesuatu tindakan. Masyarakat Barat menerima liberalisme sebagai satu idea kemajuan yang perlu dipertahankan. Mereka yang mahu berjaya dan maju ke hadapan menguasai dunia mesti bebas dari ikatan dan peraturan agama yang dianggap sebagai candu masyarakat. Penolakan peranan agama dalam kehidupan merupakan gagasan besar yang membina tamadun Barat moden. Metodologi penulisan kajian ini menggunakan kaedah analisis kandungan terhadap data dan fakta yang diperoleh daripada buku-buku dan dokumen yang berkaitan liberalisme. Kajian menunjukkan pemikiran liberal yang menjadi anutan masyarakat Barat menjadi pilihan sebahagian kecil masyarakat Islam di Malaysia. Muncul pandangan yang menolak dominasi syariat dalam kehidupan seperti kewajipan memakai hijab, lelaki sebagai imam solat dan wali perkahwinan, pewarisan harta pusaka dan lain-lain. Adaptasi pemikiran liberal Barat kepada masyarakat Islam adalah suatu yang tidak wajar kerana Islam adalah agama yang memerdekakan manusia daripada penghambaan sesama manusia dan meletakkan nilai mulia kepada peribadi dan kemanusiaan itu sendiri
Persepsi belia berisiko liberal terhadap agenda liberalisme
Kajian ini bertujuan meninjau pandangan belia berisiko liberal terhadap agenda liberalisme. Liberalisme adalah
pemikiran yang lahir daripada falsafah Barat, implikasi daripada penindasan dan kekejaman yang dilakukan gereja
atas nama agama dan ketuhanan. Kajian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif yang melibatkan temu bual bersama
enam orang belia berisiko mempunyai pemikiran liberal. Pemilihan responden dibuat berdasarkan kecenderungan
pemikiran dan penulisan mereka dalam media sosial yang dikenal pasti mempunyai risiko berfikiran liberal. Tulisan
dan pandangan mereka terhadap isu-isu semasa berkaitan Islam dikupas mengikut pandangan logik tanpa asas agama
yang kukuh dan menolak autoriti agama sebagai satu alat penguatkuasaan terhadap umat Islam. Implikasinya lahirlah
gaya fikir yang menyimpang daripada wahyu Allah SWT dan pandangan ulama muktabar. Dapatan kajian mendapati
belia berisiko ini mempunyai kecenderungan terhadap pemikiran liberal dan mendukung liberalisme sebagai satu
pilihan yang betul untuk umat Islam hari ini. Kajian juga menunjukkan faktor yang mendorong mereka berpegang
dengan liberalisme disebabkan perasaan trauma dan bimbang terhadap apa yang pernah dilakukan gereja kepada
penganut Kristian berulang kembali kepada umat Islam. Prejudis mereka kepada institusi agama sangat tinggi sehingga
mendorong mereka menolak institusi agama sebagai badan yang menjaga urusan dan undang-undang umat Islam.
Kajian ini diharap dapat membuka ruang perbincangan yang lebih baik dengan kumpulan belia berisiko liberal agar
mereka memahami Islam yang sebenar dan menyedari wujudnya perbezaan yang besar antara institusi Islam dan
gereja
