This research, grant by Akademi Kepimpinan Pengajian Tinggi Malaysia (AKEPT). The purpose of this paper is to reveal the impact of AKEPT Training Program on lecturers toward their contribution on knowledge dissemination processes among peers and colleagues at faculty level. Data were collected from 519 academics from all IPTA, IPTS, in Malaysia during AKEPT Teaching and Learning training within 2008 to 2009. The study found only three out of ten elements of knowledge dissemination processes show a significant level ( more follow-up after training p= 0.037, supervisor involve me after training p= 0.27 and more confident after training p= 0.037). Where another finding show that another seven elements of knowledge dissemination processes somewhat have less change (asking questions, suggest ides in T&L, involve peers, making a decisions, hold group meeting, taking more time to transform planned into implementation and takes time to reflect). All element are moderately practiced by lecturer at MoHE. As conclusion, this paper raises awareness and provides initial guidelines to the AKEPT’s as training centre for all lecturers to improve knowledge dissemination strategies in their local university. In suggestion, intensive organizations in formulating strategies on how to properly implement and manage their pedagogical knowledge dissemination processes are open to be explore. This study has extended in pedagogical knowledge dissemination for it is probably the first to provide a comparative analysis between AKEPT’s Training Centre and local teaching and learning training centre. It further opens up new lines of future research possibilities. Keywords: knowledge dissemination processes, pedagogical knowledge, perceive competence, training

The purpose of this study was to investige the relationship between sportscape towards spectators satisfaction and their intentions to repatronize Malaysian football Cup. The factors that were intended to analyze are motivation and loyalty towards the relationship between sportscape and spectators’ satisfaction and their intentions to repatronize Malaysian Football Cup at stadium. The study was conducted in Pennisular Malaysia with the involvement of 370 spectators who attended the Malaysian football Cup game from 12 stadiums. The study tools that were used are Sportscape Scale (Wakefield, Blodgett & Sloan, 1996), Motivation Scale For Sport Consumption (Trial & James, 2001), Model Point Of Attachment Index (Trail, Robinson & Dick, 2003), Customer Satisfaction (Hightower, Brady & Baker, 2002; Greenwell, Fink & Pastore, 2002) and Behavioral Intentions Scale (Hightower, Brady, Baker, 2002). Correlation Pearson, linear regression, hierarchical regression, path analysis and descriptive statistics (mean) were used to analyse data. The results also showed that motivation and loyalty have an influence on the relationship between spectators’ satisfaction and their intentions to repatronize football. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that sportscape influences only 3.4 percent of the variance on the spectators satisfaction. The combination of sportscape, motivation and loyalty variables predicts 56 percent variance regarding spectators’ satisfaction. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that sportscape influence only 5 percent of the variance on the intention to repatronize Malaysian Football Cup. The combination of sportscape, motivation and loyalty variables explained 59 percent of the variance regarding the intention to repatronize Malaysian football Cup. Path analysis showed that sportscape has and inderect influence on the motivation and loyalty as well as the spectators’ satisfaction and intention to repatronize Malaysian Football Cup. Besides sportscape, motivation and loyalty are identified other important factors in predicting spectators’ satisfaction and their intentions to repatronize Malaysian football Cup. Thus, Malaysian football associations and sport marketers should consider sportscape, motivation dan loyalty in planning marketing strategies to maximize attendance at Malaysian Football Cup. Therefore, Malaysian football associations and sport marketers should take further steps to increase the attendance and the revenue of the Malaysian football associations

This study focuses on testing the moderating effects based on gender, academic performance, faculty and residential setting based on Self-Action-Outcome (SAO) model that was developed by the researchers. This model examined the relationship between self-esteem, job-search intensity and career decision-making self-efficacy among undergraduate students. Several instruments were used to develop this model were, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, Job-Search Intensity Scale, and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale. Cluster sampling procedure was used in recruiting the participants. Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire from 678 undergraduate students and were tested with confirmatory factor analysis to obtain three best-fit measurement models from the three latent variables. The results showed that gender, academic performance, faculty and residential setting did not moderate the hypothesized SAO model which means that the hypothesized SAO model is a good model for undergraduate students. Implications of the findings for social work practice such as guidance counsellor, research, theory, policy and education were also discussed
