Multiscale Attention via Wavelet Neural Operators for Vision Transformers

Transformers have achieved widespread success in computer vision. At their heart, there is a Self-Attention (SA) mechanism, an inductive bias that associates each token in the input with every other token through a weighted basis. The standard SA mechanism has quadratic complexity with the sequence length, which impedes its utility to long sequences appearing in high resolution vision. Recently, inspired by operator learning for PDEs, Adaptive Fourier Neural Operators (AFNO) were introduced for high resolution attention based on global convolution that is efficiently implemented via FFT. However, the AFNO global filtering cannot well represent small and moderate scale structures that commonly appear in natural images. To leverage the coarse-to-fine scale structures we introduce a Multiscale Wavelet Attention (MWA) by leveraging wavelet neural operators which incurs linear complexity in the sequence size. We replace the attention in ViT with MWA and our experiments with CIFAR and ImageNet classification demonstrate significant improvement over alternative Fourier-based attentions such as AFNO and Global Filter Network (GFN)

Performance measurement of administration services using balance scorecard and Kano model

This paper performs a survey to measure the performance of an administration unit in Iran based on a popular technique of balance scorecard. The study also uses Kano model to prioritize various factors and to provide necessary recommendation to improve the performance of different units. The survey has indicated that while these offices do well in terms of financial figures as well as customer perspective, they perform poorly in terms of learning and growth. According to our survey, it is essential to use information technology in general service offices, properly. In addition, these administrative agencies need to use hardware and software packages, more efficiently and these two basic items have received much attraction

ABSTRACT“This study aims to reveal the impact of Economic Value Added (EVA) Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM)  popupation in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the IDX at 2016-2019 period. While the sampling technique uses puposive sampling. From population, 11 companies were sampled. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that EVA and ROA have a positive and significant effect on stock price. Meanwhile, ROE and NPM have no effect on stock prices. This research uses the method Purposive Sampling for sampling. Population in research this is all food and beverages on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2016-2019. From Overall 15 companies as a population obtained 11 companies as samples. Based on the findings of the date analysis, it was concluded that EVA, and ROA positive effect on stock prices. Mean while ROE, and NPM did not wash affect the stock price”. Keywords: Economic Value Added (EVA), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and stok prices.

INTRODUCTION: This study was designed to evaluate the prevalence of referred pain with pulpal source in the head, face and neck region among patients referred to Dental School of Shahid Beheshti University MC, Tehran, Iran in 2004. MATERIALS AND METHODS: In this cross-sectional study, 100 patients (55 males and 45 females) referred to oral medicine department of Shahid Beheshti Dental School evaluated via clinical and radiographic examination to seek their pain sources and sites. Inclusion criteria were report of pain and a dental clinician accomplished detection of pain origin. Exclusion criteria were non-odontogenic painful diseases, advanced periodontal disease, and substantial carious lesions. Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to score pain intensity; meanwhile the patients were asked to mark the painful sites on an illustrated head and neck mannequin. RESULTS: Sixty-five percent of patients reported pain in sites which diagnostically differed from the pain source. According to statistical analysis, duration (P<0.01), spontaneity (P<0.001) and quality (P<0.01) of pain influenced its referral nature, while sex and age of patients, kind of stimulus, throbbing and intensity of pain had no considerable effect on pain referral (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: The prevalence of referred pain with pulpal origin in the head, face and neck region is moderately high which requires precise diagnosis by dental practitioners. Some hallmarks of irreversible pulpitis (e.g. spontaneous and persistent pain after elimination of stimulus) are related to pain referral

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the influence of non-performing loans (NPL), liquidity, profitability, operational efficiency and sensitivity to the capital adequacy ratio of banking case studies in banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2019. The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period with a total of 44 banking companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data sample obtained were 28 banking companies. This research data collection method using the data documentation method listed in the annual report on IDX. The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression. The results showed that partially non performing loans (NPL) and liquidity had a negative and insignificant effect on the capital adequacy ratio. Profitability has a positive and insignificant effect on the capital adequacy ratio. Operational efficiency has a negative and significant effect on the capital adequacy ratio and sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on the capital adequacy ratio. Keywords: Non Performing Loan (NPL), Liquidity, Profitability, Operational Efficiency, Sensitivity, Capital Adequacy Rati

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to specify impact of Capital Fabric, Dividend Policy, and Inflation on Company Values (study on textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in the year of 2016-2018) The population using this research were manufacturing companies in textile and garment sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sample used in research is a technique purposive sampling. Corporation that enter the research criteria consist of 17 companies over a 3 year period. The data collection method employed in research is documentations the monetary statements of manufacturing companies in the textile and garment sub-sector listed on the IDX. While the analysis of employed is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the T test. The output of the research explain the variable Capital Structure has a positive and significant influence on Company Value. Dividend policy has a positive and significant impact on Company denomination. While inflation has no significant effect on firm denomination.
