    The process of forming a doped Tin oxide (FTO) nano fluoride layer was made using Tin Chloride (SNCL2) with Ammonium Fluoride (NH4F) mixing process using a magnetic stirrer at room temperature (28oC). The solvent liquid uses 99% ethanol. Both of these solutions are mixing and finally get the fluorinated doped fluorine Tin. The deposition method of the nanolayer uses the pyrolysis process to produce FTO substrates. This research focused on the production of materials that have transparent properties and have conductivity values. It based on the requirements of work solar cells to work. The process of measuring transparency uses an absorbance measurement tool. Measurement of conductivity using a conductivity meter with a 4-point circular Probe method used in this study was divided into four variations, including starting from 400, 425, 450, 475, 500 degrees Celsius. From this method, the best results were obtained at a temperature of 475 degrees Celsius with an average value of 25 Ω / cm and the highest percentage of transmittance

    The development of science and technology today has a significant influence on technological development and advances in the industrial world. Casting is a product manufacturing technique in which the metal is melted in a furnace and then poured into a mold cavity that is similar to the original form of the cast product to be made. One of the results or products produced from the casting method in this study is a weaving gear component. The gear serves as a short distance power transmission based on the rotation ratio from the main shaft to the drive shaft. This study purpose to determine the effect of the quenching process with oil cooling media on cast iron material. The testing results reveal that the composition test results in 3.18% carbon content, such that the components in this gear manufacturing are used in cast iron, which essentially has the characteristics of being heat-resistant and brittle. It is also necessary to use it as a way of producing materials feeling the continuous impact. The brittling effect of quenching oil heat treatment improves the quality of the materials. It is observed from the research findings that use the Vickers hardness test that the quenching heat treatment shows a substantial difference in score. The highest Vickers hardness test score with quenching oil materials achieving a score of 427.84 VHN is seen. The test exhibits the maximum value of 378.18 VHN in raw materials.Keywords: Cast iron, quenching, chemical composition, Vickers hardness

    Perekonomian yang ada di Indonesia tidak bisa dipungkiri mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat karena peran usaha kecil menengah (UKM).[1]. Peran UMKM yaitu pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat akan sebuah produk unggul, Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) merilis keadaan tersebut pasca krisis ekonomi terkait jumlah UMKM yang terus meningkat pertumbuhannya dari 85 juta hingga 107 juta tenaga kerja pada tahun 2012. Fenomena ini menjelaskan bahwa UMKM merupakan usaha yang produktif untuk dikembangkan secara makro dan mikro di Indonesia.[2] Ditengah banyaknya produk UMKM yang menggeliat muncul kendala yang perlu diteliti secara teknis menyangkut kualitas dan ketahanan mutu sebuah produk. Salahsatunya yang sangat signifikan yaitu masa kadaluarsa produk UMKM. dalam penelitian ini ditekankan pada produk UMKM sambel kemasan. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah mengetahui unsur unsur organik yang bersifat mengalami pembusukan, kadar air yang dikandung, pemanasan dengan metode heating rate yang sesuai dengan unsur organic yang ada. Diharapkan kandungan nutrisi dan citarasa tidak mengalami kerusakan dengan menetapkan skala pemanasan yang tepat. Dapat disimpulkan dari percobaan ini terdapat 3 variasi waktu. didapatkan lama waktu pemanasan terbaik selama 180menit dengan panas surface terukur melalui thermometer infrared 155 derajat celcius. Pada kapasitas produksi 10kg sambel mengalami perbedaan suhu antar permukaan pemanas dengan media sambel paling atas pada 85 derajat celcius. Sehingga delta dari panas yag diserap object adalah 70 derajat celcius

    Ramah lingkungan menjadi isu yang gencar dalam penelitian. Cloro Fluoro Carbon (CFC) yang digunakan dalam AC konvensional akan menguap ke udara bebas  berdampak kerusakan lapisan ozon. Ditinjau secara micro dalam penggunaan sitem pendingin dapat diterapkan pada pendingin kabin mobil. System pendingin mobil konfensional menimbulkan 2 kerugian yaitu lebih boros bahan bakar karena couple pulley compressor AC membebani putaran mesin dan penggunaan CFC yang tidak ramah lingkungan.   System pendingin ramah lingkunagan dan mampu menghemat bahan bakar mesin tersebut dapat kita temukan pada modul thermoelectric.  terobosan baru sistem pendingin tersebut menggunakan modul pendingin Thermo Electric Cooler (TEC) yang memanfaatkan sisi dingin pada Thermo Electric Cooler (TEC) dengan memanfaatkan seaback effect .  Thermo Electric Cooler (TEC) ketika dialiri tegangan DC (arus searah) pada kedua jalur kabel penghubungnya maka salah satu sisi akan menjadi panas, sementara sisi satunya akan menjadi dingin. Salahsatu cara yang dapat ditempuh untuk memaksimalkan proses pendinginan, maka sisi panas Thermo Electric Cooler (TEC) harus diturunkan temperaturenya serendah mungkin mungkin dengan menggunakan alat penukar kalor heat sink serta dibantu kipas(fan). semakin lama proses pendinginan, maka semakin optimal suhu ruangan yang didinginkan. Dari data Hasil pengujian dapat diketahui perangkat pendingin tersebut mampu bekerja dengan rate penurunan temperature memadai.     Staging of endometrial carcinoma by magnetic resonance imaging: correlation with surgery and histopathology

    OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the accuracy of MRI in staging of endometrial carcinoma, and comparison with surgery and histopathological findings. METHODS: A one year prospective cross-sectional study was conducted from 10/3/2005 to 31/5/2006, at the Radiology department, Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH) Karachi. Fifty two patients with diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma, referred to radiology department for preoperative staging by MRI and had undergone surgery were included. RESULTS: MRI was found to be 79% sensitive, 85% specific and 80% accurate for staging endometrial carcinoma while PPV and NPV were 97% and 66% respectively. CONCLUSION: Magnetic resonance imaging is a good, safe, accurate and non invasive imaging modality in staging of endometrial carcinoma. It can be used as a first line radiological investigation in patients with endometrial carcinoma for treatment planning
