    Minimal Uncertainty in Momentum: The Effects of IR Gravity on Quantum Mechanics

    The effects of the IR aspects of gravity on quantum mechanics is investigated. At large distances where due to gravity the space-time is curved, there appears nonzero minimal uncertainty Δp0\Delta p_{0} in the momentum of a quantum mechanical particle. We apply the minimal uncertainty momentum to some quantum mechanical interferometry examples and show that the phase shift depends on the area surrounded by the path of the test particle . We also put some limits on the related parameters. This prediction may be tested through future experiments. The assumption of minimal uncertainty in momentum can also explain the anomalous excess of the mass of the Cooper pair in a rotating thin superconductor ring.Comment: 8 pages, revised version accepted by PR

    The purpose of this research are: Firstly, to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style on employees work performance. Secondly, to find and analyze the impact of organizational communication on employees work performance. Thirdly, to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational communication simultaneously on employees work performance. The type of this research is survey with quantitive approach. The population in this research was all employees of Jatim bank Malang as many as 74 people. This research was using saturate or census sampling technique, that is establishment of the number samples from all members of the population is 74 people. This research used analyze tool which multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee work performance. (2) organizational communication has a significant positive effect on employee work performance. (3) simultaneously, transformational leadership style and organizational communication has significantly effect to employee work performance. (4) this research resulted that the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational communication to employee performance by 56.6% while the remaining 43.4% is influenced by other factors. For instance, one of them is ability which can affect to employee work performance. (5) in terms of affecting employee work performance, transformational leadership style experienced more dominant than organizationalcommunication

    E-filing is a service provided by Directorate General of Taxation so taxpayers can submit tax returns in real time via Application Service Provider. E-filing is expected to be effective and feasible as a means of electronic tax reporting which can satisfy taxpayers. This study examines the effectiveness and feasibility of e-filing system to personal tax payer satisfaction. The type of research used in this study is explanatory research. The populations in this study are personal tax payers in KPP Pratama Malang Utara who use e-filing in January to February as many as 1.233 taxpayers. The samples used in this study isas many as 92 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis. The result of simultant test shows that system effectiveness and system feasibility simultaneously affect personal tax payer satisfaction. The result of partial test shows that system effectiveness and system feasibility partially affect personal tax payer satisfaction. The dominant variable which affecting personal tax payer satisfaction is system feasibility variable

    The purpose of this research was to determine the composition of the capital structure determination of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk at years 2010-2012, the determination of the composition of an optimal capital structure, and the value of the company after the composition of the optimal capital structure. Methods used in this research is descriptive. Analysis of data used in this research are counting the ratio of profitability, the ratio of leverage, capital cost, value of enterprise and analyzing the optimization of the capital structure with the cost of capital from year to year. The result of the research indicated determination policy capital structure PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk, and subsidiary during a period of years 2010-2012 period composition tending to use their own capital compared with the use of long-term debt. Optimal capital structure and value of the company PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk is the largest to occur in 2010. An increase in the value of the company in line with the optimization of capital structure of the company because of the company's value would be optimal if the company's cost of capital is minimal

    Gravitomagnetic Resonance Shift due to a Slowly Rotating Compact Star

    The effect of a slowly rotating mass on a forced harmonic oscillator with two degrees of freedom is studied in the weak field approximation. It is found that according to the general theory of relativity there is a shift in the resonat frequency of the oscillator which depends on the density and rotational frequency of the gravitational source. The proposed shift is quite small under normal physical situations however it is estimated that for compact x-ray sources such as white dwarfs, pulsars, and neutron stars the shift is quite appreciable.Comment: 8 pages, 2 figures, Accepted for Publication in Inter.     This research done with purpose to know variable compensation intrinsic and compensation extrinsic and training work effect on employee performance simultaneously and partial, and free variables are the dominant the performance on employee at the gangsa private villa sanur. Analysis of technique used was multiple linear regression analysis and used to test the hypothesis simultaneously, partial and standardized coefficients beta. The result analysis shows that simultaneously and partial variable compensation intrinsic, and compensation extrinsic and training work influential positive and significantly to employee performance. Variable compensation extrinsic in research is a variable that has a dominant influence on the performance employee based on a calculation analysis standardized coefficients beta having the highest value

    A new species of fan-throated lizard of the genus Sitana Cuvier, 1829(Squamata: Agamidae) from northern Karnataka, India

    A new species of fan-throated lizard of the genus Sitana Cuvier, 1829 is described from northern Karnataka, India. The new species is similar to members of the clade of Sitanaspinaecephalus Deepak et al., 2016, however, can be distinguished based on morphological as well as molecular data. Sitana dharwarensissp. nov. differs from its sister species, S. laticeps Deepak & Giri, 2016 in bearing a much larger dewlap. Data from micro-CT scan of the cranium and jaws further add support to the distinctness of the new species. The rivers, namely Krishna and Tungabhadra, likely act as a biogeographic barrier for terrestrial lizard species

    Cancellation of soft and collinear divergences in noncommutative QED

    In this paper, we investigate the behavior of non-commutative IR divergences and will also discuss their cancellation in the physical cross sections. The commutative IR (soft) divergences existing in the non-planar diagrams will be examined in order to prove an all order cancellation of these divergences using the Weinberg's method. In non-commutative QED, collinear divergences due to triple photon splitting vertex, were encountered, which are shown to be canceled out by the non-commutative version of KLN theorem. This guarantees that there is no mixing between the Collinear, soft and non-commutative IR divergences

    AISI 316L is the austenitic stainless steel type that widely used in biomedical implant and artificial organs. This material\u27s cannot be hardened by heat treatment but the mechanical strength could be increased by cold working process. Dry shot peening is the one of cold working process in which the surface specimen bombarded with spherical media called shot to produce a compressive residual stress layer and modify mechanical properties of metal\u27s surface.
