[For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version)].ABSTRACT The article is based on the results of long-standing research conducted by the authors in the field of logistics. It contains provisions and conclusions reflecting the evolution of the development of the concept of logistics in the last 25-30 years, since traditional approaches have radically changed and transformed from the basic concepts associated with supply chain management to understanding of priority logistics tascs as of managing of consumers’ demand chains under market conditions. Today the logistics approach must be implemented through the social purpose of human action. At the same time the engineering aspect of modern logistics, which is based on process-resource and network technologies, is becoming increasingly important. Новороссийская система регулирования транспортных потоков

[For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version)].ABSTRACT The authors show characteristics of the transport load on the road network of the port city of Novorossiysk, and the reasons for a long stay of road trains within the boundaries of the municipality. Results of study of traffic flows by type of vehicles, traffic intensity on streets, the nature of interaction with port infrastructure, maritime terminal are given. The authors offer a solution to the problem of congestion of municipal roads through introduction of a notification and permitting traffic control system by a single operator and a block diagram of conceptual algorithm of integration of vehicles into its structure. ИНТЕГРАЦИЯ ТРАНСПОРТНЫХ КОММУНИКАЦИЙ РЕГИОНА

A variant of the integration of international transport and transport-technological system of Southern Federal District is proposed with account of development strategy of inland water transport of Russia until 2030. Alternative directions of traffic and transshipment of containers are shown using the example of containers of «river-sea» type and economic effect of their use subject to ports and enterprises of Southern Federal District is calculated. The article highlights perspective of transport and logistics service of transit, outbound and inbound freight flows in the presence of state-controlled single control center that has regional branches.Предложен вариант интеграции международных перевозок и транспортно-коммуникационной системы Южного федерального округа с учетом стратегии развития внутреннего водного транспорта России до 2030 года. Показаны альтернативные направления движения и перегрузки контейнеров с помощью контейнеровозов типа «река-море» и рассчитан экономический эффект от их использования применительно к портам и предприятиям федерального округа. Подчеркивается перспективность транспортно-логистического обслуживания транзитных, выходящих и входящих грузопотоков при наличии контролируемого государством единого управляющего центра, имеющего региональные филиалы

ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ ТРАНСПОРТНЫХ ЗАТРАТ В ЛОГИСТИКЕ БИЗНЕСА

Main streams of growth of efficiency of transportation services consist in implementation of the concept of transition from physical carriage (transportation) to transport logistics services. The authors present arguments in favor of overcoming of contradictions, related to existing ideas on criteria of quality and assortment (types) of activities from the point of view of the economics and business. Using the examples of Krasnodar region and Moscow they demonstrate rational and less expensive variants of commercial cooperation between consignors and consignees of the goods. They also put forward some recommendations how to reduce transportation costs per unit of final product taking into consideration optimization of transport and logistics processes.Основные направления повышения эффективности транспортного обслуживания на основе концепции перехода от процессов физической перевозки (транспортировки) к предоставлению транспортно-логистических услуг. Возможность преодоления противоречий, связанных со сложившимися представлениями о критериях качества и ассортимента (видов) работ с точки зрения экономики и интересов бизнеса. На примере структур Краснодарского края и Москвы показаны более рациональные и менее затратные варианты коммерческого сотрудничества грузоотправителей и грузополучателей. Разработаны рекомендации по снижению транспортных затрат на единицу готовой продукции с учетом оптимизации транспортно-логистических процессов.
