Climate variability and change are existing sets of conditions which affect crop productivity. An evaluation of their impacts on banana yield in the CDC-DelMonte Banana Project at Tiko is fundamental in conceiving adaptation strategies towards coping with, and minimizing their deleterious impacts for maximum productivity within the present trends on global climate change. An assessment of records of past climatic data (rainfall and temperatures) recorded within three zones ( Mondoni, Tiko and Benoe ) of the Project from 1990 to 2010 indicated decreasing trends in total annual rainfall and increasing trends in averaged annual temperatures in the Mondoni and Tiko zones while the Benoe Zone showed increasing rainfall and decreasing temperatures. An evaluation of banana productivity per unit hectare indicated decreasing trends in all three zones. Nematode infestations (Radopholus sp, Hoploilaimus sp) were found to be more prevalent in the Tiko Zone followed by Mondoni with mean maximum temperatures for March 2011 of 34.0oC and 32.2oC, respectively, while the Benoe Zone with a mean maximum temperature of 27.2oC was least. This indicates that nematode populations are favoured by decreased rainfall and increased temperatures. Consequently, the prevailing increasing trends of temperature locally and globally, and the general decrease in total annual rainfall with time are causes for future concern in banana production and nematode infestation in particular in the study area. Keywords: Tiko, CDC-Delmonte, climate change, climate variability, banana productivity, nematode infestation, adaptation strategie

ABSTRACT This study aims to explore the effect of the intellectual, emotional, spiritual and audit time of underreporting of time behavior. The method used in this study is explanatory research, which would explain the causal relationship between the four independent variables on the dependent variable. This study collected data through questionnaires. The population of this study are from public accountant auditors. This study used total sampling which used all population. While the data analysis includes descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test and verification analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis showed that Intellegence quotient, emotional quotient, spiritual quotient have a negative effect on underreporting of time behavior and audit time budget pressure have a positive influence on the underreporting of time behavior. The results showed that the level of Intellegence quotient, emotional quotient, spiritual quotient is high and the time budget pressure is low, the auditor will not do the underreporting of time behavior. Keywords: Underreporting of Time Behaviour, Intellectual Quotient, Emotional Quotient, Spiritual Quotient, Time Budget Pressur

The connection and interdependency between ability, competence and other social role become one whole unity of a teacher contribute tremendously toward Indonesian teacher profile in creating a qualified generation. The ideal teacher profile is then called Indonesian Teacher Engagement. To create the profile we need to make a new approach of valid and reliable standard instrument which is called Teacher Engagement Index (ITEI). The questions in this study what is the manifestation of construct theoretical from ITEI, which encompasses conceptual and contextual definition with Indonesian teachers, its dimension and the indicators. The first stage of the research method is by conducting a library research through literature reviews which interpret the effort of education as something which has a positive impact, it is called positive education. The second stage of the research is by content validity using Delphi technique. The result of the first stage finds that ITEI is the merging of the capacity of pedagogic competence, personality, social, and the professionalism of Indonesian teachers which is manifested in 5 (five) dimensions: (1) positive, work spirit marked by high level of work enthusiasm (vigor), the totality towards work (dedication), the self engagement towards work(absorption),initiative, responsibility, and commitment, (2) High performance, marked by: student achievement and teacher achievement,(3)competence comprises of pedagogic competence, personality, social and professionalism, (4) well-being, marked by: work-life satisfaction and work-life balance. The result of the second stage research finds that the result of the first stage of the research is valid in terms of content
