In general, terms like competitivity and performance are found together when we want to evaluate the competitivity of a university in the academic system or when we want to rank the performance of the faculty members in the academic world or their competitivity inside their institution. As such, we are interested both in the performance of the institution, as well as in the performance of its human components, the students or the faculty members, with the well defined goal of improving, when it is necessary, the low performances in order to increase se competitivity at the general level.performance, competitivity, management.

FROM THE VALUE OF FREEDOM TO THE VALUE OF HARMONY. AN ECOLONOMIC APPROACH

The authors consider that the current global crisis has an ecolonomic character in the sensethat it negatively affects all parties from all common living beginnig with the people and their families,communities and business organizations, state institutions and continuing with ecology of the living world.Such a disorder of “comeostasis”at the level of the “whole common living”is the result of excesses anddeficits of human and institutional behavior which, proplonged in time, beyond the “critical mass, aredangerous for the “health of whole common living”.The holistic researches highlight that the current ecolonomic crisis is the result of the “fall of man”,mainly caused by the excesses of freedom and deficits of responsability. These cause a pathological work, notalways a vocation type, a disproportionate evolution of society, knowledge “of up”and the morality of its use “indow”, a promotion of science beyond humanism, an increase of markets without morality, an overconsumption“uncontrolled by biology and moral” for several million of people, at the same time with a subconsumption thatjeopardize the survival for few billion of people.These opposites of our evolution did not fall from heaven, they are not “gifts from God”, of unfavorablenature. They are the result of some human and institutional behaviors that are based on the opposite education.Therefore, we need to re-spiritualize education based on the principle of harmony, to re-integrate inthis invention of human society love, true knowledge and faith in the certainty of hope.Education, in terms of harmony, will integrate all the values of meaning, such as “maturing freedom inresponsability, humanity, solidarity and social communion”, is vital for teaching people to live their own life inTruth, Goodness and Beauty.A new education means, at universal scale, the transition to the ecolonomic society in which the winwinpeinciple becomes the golden rule of life, in the unavoidable circumstances posed by our choices.Therefore, education on the meaning of life and for life has to be an education in love, to be able toharmonize with ourselves, with others and with the environment. It was caused by humans in their race for competition with no limits and responsibility towards the future, both for them and Earth. Economic life in the virtue of the dominant paradigm that exist in economics so far has been under the influence of some mechanisms influenced by individualism and selfish self-centred, markets without morality, greed, freedom without responsibility  so, like these were not the result of human behaviour, but something beyond. The continuation and perpetuation of these behaviours will mark irremediably and irreparably our future, as well as the one of the next generations. We think it is time for humanity to move on, to a different model of understanding and interpretation of socio-economic reality at a planetary scale. In this sense, our paper proposes two models, one is "the eco-bio-economy" and another one is "the health of the whole living entity". These are, in our opinion, the twin models that can provide questions, answers and solutions for our common future, in witch we must coexist in harmony both with ourselves and others and with the environment. BEING PROACTIVE VERSUS REACTIVE - THE SOLLUTION OF SELF-GOVERNMENT

As a pattern of a healthy university organization

In the quality of the living organism,inside where is actting one of the most important functions of the community – education, the educational organizations are in a health shape as long as their functioning is linked to normal and wished sense of human life in society, being a part of its fulfilment. The health of the university organization has to be conceived, done and used as the pattern of the education we done supply the fulfilment of human life as a part of our common living. In our oppinion, education in general, an the higher education in special, is responsible for the pozitive gain of human cognition, and for the negative gain of it. The difficult problems that life has to face at the level of our hole common living, are the consequences of human actions. In order to stop the unfavorable stream of our common evolution is essential to re-spiritualize the process of the education on the whole organic levels of it. The goal of our study is to make a research at the level of high scool graduates, their parents and higher education students linked to the involvement of higher education and its challange that we named it „healthy education”. Starting from these points we wished to validate by this research applied over the main beneficiaries of the educational process (students, would be students and their parents) which are the main characteristics of a healthy university organization, seen by the paradigma of the whole common living.peer-reviewe

The complexity of the living entity - a new paradigm

The authors of this paper consider themselves as adepts of Adler’s theory sustaining the idea that human beings cannot authentically progress outside the acknowledgement of their feelings and interconnectedness for living and work activities as parts of the whole society. Following this point of view, the achievement of all necessities of life, inside the society, is a systemic process of consciousness supposing the freedom as an assumed responsibility. From this perspective, the humanity should switch from the knowledge based society’s concepts to those of the application of assumed responsibility where scientific knowledge becomes a must to knowing and evaluating the whole living soundness at any level (individuals, family, official entities and authorities, communities, environment). We will use the term of network effect generated by the communication for the whole living of the national academic society facing deep challenges and transformations. This way we intend to promote the re-spiritualization of the education under a national program, so that the durable change be produced and proved, from the inside to the outside of our daily societal life .
