The place of currency in the financial assets category, strictly speaking, is more difficult to establish in our days due to the approach between assets under the aspects of their monetary features. A special problem, specific to each country, is to define the structure of money stock in circulation. In our paper we make a comparative presentation of the monetary aggregates use in France, a state with financial tradition.financial assets, broad money, monetary aggregate, quasi-money, mean of payment, exchange securities, monetary aggregate in a transition economy

The object of this thesis is, as the title indicates, the typology and the evolution of the Neo-Assyrian and Neo-Babylonian temple structures, in the imperial capitals and the major provincial centers. I choose this subject because the archaeological literature has dealt only marginally the templar architecture of this period, usually only within works about the all Mesopotamian temple architecture, or even about the Mesopotamian architecture in general. It was defined a clear chronological period within which the temples was choose. So these are the temples that have been discovered, mostly, in the southern part (Babylon) and northern (Assyria) of Mesopotamia and dating back to the first millennium BC It is obvious that the main texts of reference were those written by the archaeologists who excavated the sites in question. For this reason it has been inevitable the analysis of different excavation reports and subsequent publications. Starting from this literature I have analyzed the temple architecture, not omitting, however, the historical context that has its own importance. In this work will be investigated a number of aspects of the temples. The layout of various temples will be studied and described in order to try to determine the elements or characteristics common and shared between them. Along with the layout of the buildings, the cult furnishings found in the temples will be studied, always with the aim of determining the common elements, and / or differences between the cult furniture of the various structures. The aim is to analyze the architecture of this period in relation to all the archaeological finds (decoration, inscriptions, objects and installations), as part of an organized space, with the goal of understanding the spatial organization and layout of the temples. In addition I would like to show that the temple in the first millennium BC is much more than just a place of worship. For this reason, in addition to chapters on the temples and their architecture, one will be dedicated to libraries and archives, and another to templar economy. The method of presentation will be as follows. The thesis is divided into eight chapters, plus the annexes and images. All these were then divided into two volumes; the first volume contains the eight chapters and the second for the annexes and th

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) advocates deliberate and society-oriented decisions that go beyond the pursuit for corporate financial gains, embedding sustainable development principles. The adoption of social responsibility practices aligned with mission, values and market positioning, that aims to promote a balance between the interests of several stakeholders, allows to create a share value. This research focuses on an important group of stakeholders for the success of organizations, them being the consumers, who immediately signal the alignment with an organization through the act of purchasing, which reflects an identity attractiveness driven by the desire for a distinct social definition that raises their confidence. It is further assumed that this identification is influenced by the closeness and connection of the consumer with the social cause, considering the proposition on the literature that social responsibility practices are not equally valued. The proposed model tests if the variable consumer-organization identification mediates the relation between the perceived CSR practices and the purchase intention and, in turn, if it is moderated by the importance consumers give to CSR practices, following an experimental research design with 139 participants. Aiming to bring to the academic discussion the relevance of the proximity the consumers have with social causes handled by social responsibility programs of organizations, the results point to a non-moderated mediating relation given the research methodology used, even so explaining 71% of the purchase intention variance on the sample

In executing aerobic gymnastics technical elements, a high level of explosive power is needed, especially at lower-body muscle groups. In addition, to maintain the specific effort during routine length (1 min 30 s - 1 min 45 s), an optimal development of specific endurance training and a high capacity of focusing is required, in order to execute the technical elements with accuracy. The purpose of this study was to elaborate a testing protocol to evaluate the physical effort capacity necessary to perform specific technical elements in aerobic gymnastics. The proposed testing protocol, is aimed at assessing neuromuscular behavior of lower-body muscle action and the physiological demands, in a maximal vertical jump test (MVJ). The neuromuscular assessment of the of lower-body was achieved by measuring the specific vertical jump parameters, respectively the power in the take-off phase (P) and the height of the jump (JH). The testing protocol consisted of three sets of maximum vertical jumps, lasting 30 s each, with a 15 s rest time between sets. For the physiological demands, as a result of test implementation, heart rate (HR) and the blood lactate concentration (La) were measured. The study was conducted on a group of 13 junior level gymnasts, 7 females and 6 males (aged 14-16 years, average height 163 SD 8.1 cm, average weight 50.69 SD 8.47 kg). The results of this study confirm the proposed methodology reflects an objective view of the physical training status necessary for specific effort accomplishment in aerobic performance gymnastics.</em

The present paper presents at first ideas about how evaluation can play a key role in the educational reform. Thus, a great variety of data sources, new social power relations and changed ways of thinking about evaluation are required. The new directions for the teachers’ evaluation utter that a good evaluation has to assure the audience and also offer a main source of reward and recognition for teachers. It also pretends both the teachers’ participation and control. An important issue the pedagogues consider at present is the cost of evaluation: there are different evaluation costs: evaluation costs in terms of money, in terms of time, in terms of materials and morale costs. In its second part, the paper presents several types of data source for teacher evaluation: the pupil reports, teacher tests, documentation of professional activity, systematic observation, dossier assembly and the specific cost for each and every presented approach in the American society and for comparison the costs – as they are seen – in the Romanian system of learning.
