Granulosa cell tumors (GCT), a malignant type of sex-cord stromal tumor, account for approximately 2-5% of all ovarian malignancies. They are often identified before they have spread beyond the ovary, but advanced disease can be quite challenging to treat. Wnt signaling has been suggested to contribute to the formation of GCT. The eta' meson from lattice QCD
We study the flavour singlet pseudoscalar mesons from first principles using
lattice QCD. With N_f=2 flavours of light quark, this is the so-called eta_2
meson and we discuss the phenomenological status of this. Using maximally
twisted-mass lattice QCD, we extract the mass of the eta_2 meson at two values
of the lattice spacing for lighter quarks than previously discussed in the
literature. We are able to estimate the mass value in the limit of light quarks

The Ultraviolet Imaging Telescope: Instrument and Data Characteristics
The Ultraviolet Imaging Telescope (UIT) was flown as part of the Astro
observatory on the Space Shuttle Columbia in December 1990 and again on the
Space Shuttle Endeavor in March 1995. Ultraviolet (1200-3300 Angstroms) images
of a variety of astronomical objects, with a 40 arcmin field of view and a
resolution of about 3 arcsec, were recorded on photographic film. The data
recorded during the first flight are available to the astronomical community
through the National Space Science Data Center (NSSDC); the data recorded
during the second flight will soon be available as well. This paper discusses
in detail the design, operation, data reduction, and calibration of UIT,
providing the user of the data with information for understanding and using the
data. It also provides guidelines for analyzing other astronomical imagery made

Zmiz1 is overexpressed in epithelial ovarian cancer and associated with p53 gene mutations
Zmiz1 staining is elevated in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. Tumors that are Zmiz1 positive are associated with mutations of the p53 gene. Zmiz1 overexpression may be associated with decreased survival in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. Additional studies are needed to more clearly determine the role of Zmiz1 in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer
On the low fermionic eigenmode dominance in QCD on the lattice
We demonstrate the utility of a spectral approximation to fermion loop
operators using low-lying eigenmodes of the hermitian Dirac-Wilson matrix, Q.
The investigation is based on a total of 400 full QCD vacuum configurations,
with two degenerate flavors of dynamical Wilson fermions at beta =5.6, at two
different sea quark masses. The spectral approach is highly competitive for
accessing both topological charge and disconnected diagrams, on large lattices
and small quark masses. We propose suitable partial summation techniques that
provide sufficient saturation for estimating Tr Q^{-1}, which is related to the
topological charge. In the effective mass plot of the eta' meson we achieved a
consistent early plateau formation, by ground state projecting the connected

Feasibility and Effectiveness of a Worksite-Weight-Loss Program for Cancer Prevention among School-District Employees with Overweight and Obesity
The effects of Vibrant Lives, a 6-month worksite-weight-loss program, were examined in a cohort of school-district employees with overweight or obesity. The VL Basic (VLB) participants received materials and tailored text messages, the VL Plus (VLP) participants additionally received WIFI-enabled activity monitors and scales and participated in health challenges throughout the school year, and the VL Plus with Support (VLP + S) participants additionally received coaching support. The levels of program satisfaction and retention and changes in weight, physical activity (PA), and diet were compared across groups using Pearson chi-square tests, repeated-measure mixed models, and logistic regression. After the program, the VLB (n = 131), VLP (n = 87), and VLP + S (n = 88) groups had average weight losses of 2.5, 2.5, and 3.4 kg, respectively, and average increases in weekly PA of 40.4, 35.8, and 65.7 min, respectively. The VLP + S participants were more likely than the other participants to have clinically significant weight loss (≥3%; p = 0.026). Compared with the VLB participants, the VLP participants were less likely to meet the recommendations for consuming fast food (p = 0.022) and sugar-sweetened beverages (p = 0.010). The VLP and VLP + S participants reported higher program satisfaction than the VLB participants. The VL program facilitates weight loss among school-district employees with overweight and obesity by increasing their PA and healthy diet
