    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan non finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Bank Prima Master Kantor Pusat Surabaya. Teknik sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 103 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data untuk penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi finansial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi non finansial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi finansial dan non finansial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi finansial merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai bentuk pemborosan (waste) apa saja yang sering terjadi sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, karena itu diperlukan suatu pendekatan lean manufacturing. Lean Manufacturing merupakan sebuah pendekatan untuk meminimisasi pemborosan yang terjadi dalam proses produksi melalui value stream mapping untuk meningkatkan efisiensi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan meneliti analisa pekerjaan dan aktifitas pada suatu obyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam proses produksi yang terjadi masih terdapat bentuk pemborosan berupa proses yang berlebih dan penggunaan mesin yang belum optimal. Untuk itu perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan efisisen berupa penambahan mesin penggiling pala dan pengadaan teknologi modern agar pengerjaan menjadi lebih cepat

    The purpose of this research is 1) to develop media based learning catalog valid for improving student learning outcomes and 2) to know the effectiveness of media based learning catalog quick to improving student learning outcomes on economic subject in the SMA N 5 Surakarta. This research is research method and development (R&D). Data collection techniques are used observation, interview, questionnaires, test and document. The result of development of research based instructional media catalog create more effective learning, and motivate students create creative ideas in learning can improving student learning outcomes. Catalogue-based learning media posttest results of the economic value of the learning outcomes of students of class XII S2 and XII S3 between class control and class experiments showed that the average posttest control group is 79,22 while the average posttest experiment class is 82,66. Once in the t-test analysis using IBM SPSS 21 software obtained significance value of 0,019 > a (0,05), which showed that H1 results of experimental class better than the control class with significant differences. Based on the results of the learning outcomes of economic value posttest control class and experimental class also analyzed by t-test formula. Price t obtained from posttest control class and experiment class is 2,404 with a price t table is 1,999. Thus t price > t table, means an increasing in economic class student learning outcomes experiment better than the control class. This shows that media-based learning catalog results further enhance the development of the economic value of student learning outcomes compared with no use of instructional media as before. The conclusion of this research is based instructional media valid catalog for increasing learning results and based instructional media effective catalog for increasing the results learning

    The Effect of Disease Duration on the Incidence of Peripheral Arterial Disease in Young Adults with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

    Background: Peripheral arterial disease is a chronic complication that affects morbidity and mortality in SLE patient. However, there were only a few of researches studying the relationship of disease duration and peripheral arterial disease event overseas and it hasnever been studied in Indonesia.Objectives: To obtain information about the increased event of peripheral arterial disease in women of 40 years old or younger with SLE's duration of five years or longer compared with less than five years.Methods: This was a case control study conducted between June - August 2012 at Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital, Jakarta. Subjects were women of 40 years old or younger with SLE who visited Rheumatolgy and Allergy-Immunlogy outpatient clinic. They were assignedto case and control groups and traced retrospectively using interview and medical record. The relationship between disease duration and peripheral arterial disease was estimated using OR and the role of confounding factors was analysed using logistic regression one byone, resulted in fully adjusted OR.Results: A total of 90 subjects were recruited, 18 subjects in case group and 72 subjects in control group.Traditional risk factors were similiar in both groups. In multivariat analysis, there was a relationship between disease duration 5 years or longer and peripheral arterialdisease with fully adjusted OR 1,9 (95%CI 0,575-6,543). Older age and steroid therapy were the confounding factors.Conclusion: There was an increased event of peripheral arterial disease in women of 40 years old or younger with SLE's duration five years or longer compared withsubjects having the disease duration less than five years, but this increase was not statistically significant

    Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan Pengaruhnya terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Kartu Prabayar Telkomsel

    Bisnis operator seluler dari tahun ke tahun terus meningkat seiring perkembangan zaman. Sebagai usaha untuk menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan, maka provider seluler harus menyusun strategi yang akurat, diantaranya adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan kartu prabayar Telkomsel pada masyarakat Kelurahan Bahu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden dari populasi sebanyak 1993 orang di Kelurahan Bahu, dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berdanda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji goodness of fit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara parsial kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Manajemen PT. Telkomsel sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan kualitas produk, yang menciptakan inovasi-inovasi baru dan memperhatikan peran dari kualitas pelayanan agar dapat meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan yang akan berdampak positif bagi peningkatan pendapatan.
