The last step in an educational institution management is controlling. controlling includes evaluation through controlling, surveillance, and direction. The ideal controllings are carried out by professionals, who are capable of working through various stages and on proportional goals. Controlling in educational institutions is aimed at the implementation of the overall program, expecting to improve the quality of educational institutions, such as in public schools, pesantren and dayah (Islamic schools) and other educational institutions. Controlling within educational institutions is urgent. Thus, supervisors must understand the steps and strategies of the implementation, can differ supervising and controlling, and know the duties of the school supervisor who serves an important role inthe supervisory task

The Existence of the Yellow Book in the Digital Era: Study in Dayah Aceh

The existence of the yellow book is very important for Islamic boarding schools or dayahs in Aceh. Every religious lesson must use the yellow book as the main reference for teachers in teaching. The yellow book has been used for centuries in the study of dayah. However, the existence of internet media in the current digital era has an effect on learning patterns in the dayah environment. The yellow book as a learning resource in the dayah faces the challenges of the digital era media that is able to answer various people's problems quickly. In the digital era, the public and students can access information related to Islamic teachings via the internet quickly, cheaply and easily. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the existence of the yellow book in the digital era (study in dayah aceh). This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive method. The results show that the yellow book still exists in the current digital era and remains a mandatory reference in the dayah curriculum, but the progress of the digital era continues to color the pesantren curriculum treasures with the finding that Guree Dayah uses the Maktabah Syamilah feature as a supporting reference. Furthermore, in responding to advances in information technology, dayah utilizes the internet as a medium of da'wah and socialization of dayah as well as reviewing legal issues encountered by the public on the internet by referring to the yellow boo

OPTIMALISASI MEDIA SOSIAL PADA GENERASI Z MELALUI PELATIHAN CONTENT CREATOR

Perangkat smartphone telah berubah menjadi kebutuhan dan gaya hidup bagi genarasi z (gen-z). Content-content yang disajikan dalam media sosial diharapkan dapat menjadi pendorong bagi dunia pendidikan dan kehidupan sosial. Namun tidak menutup kemungkinan segala hal yang dilihat dapat menjadi konsumsi yang tidak layak bahkan merusak. Masa depan gen-z hampir bergantung dengan kemajuan internet. Oleh karena itu mereka diharapkan tidak hanya menjadi pengguna dan penikmat content namun juga harus dapat menjadi seorang content creator. Melalui pengabdian ini, berupaya untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya serta keuntungan menjadi seorang content creator yang menarik atau viral. Melalui kegiatan ini didapati hasil ternyata banyak gen-z dalam hal ini siswa/i MAN 1 Aceh Barat dan SMAN 2 yang pernah membuat content video namun belum maksimal. Mereka belum mendapatkan pengetahuan secara langsung (pelatihan) mengenai ide atau materi membuat content serta teknik-teknik dalam mengolah video menjadi menarik dan layak untuk diposting di media sosial

Strategi Baitul Mal Wattamwil (BMT) Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung dalam Meningkatkan Kemandirian dan Ketahanan Ekonomi Keluarga

Social development can be carried out in various fields of community life, one of which is economic growth that develops based on the independence of each person. The Islamic Boarding School through the Savings and Loans Cooperative and Sharia Financing (KSPPS) BMT Al-Hikmah is aware of these challenges and then moves to empower all opportunities that exist in society. This study aims to determine the strategy of Baitul Mal Wattamwil (BMT) Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung in increasing family economic independence and resilience. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the Baitul Mal Wattamwil (BMT) Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung strategy research in increasing family economic independence and resilience through the potential of independent entrepreneurs in increasing family resilience. The strategy includes 4 empowerment programs such as 1) Development of Human Resources (HR); 2) Group Institutional Development; 3) Fostering Community Capital; and 4) Productive Business Development. The impact of the implemented strategy is the solution to various problems faced by the community to increase income and financial well-being as well as family resilience
