Impacto de la gestión escolar en los procesos pedagógicos en instituciones de la Red Educativa N°11 de la UGEL 02 del Rímac, 2017

El principal objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la relación que existe entre la Gestión Escolar y los Procesos Pedagógicos en las instituciones educativas comprendidas en la Red Educativa N°11 de la UGEL 02 del Rímac, 2017, según la percepción de los docentes. La investigación realizada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, de nivel correlacional, con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 53 docentes, y la muestra fue probabilística. Para el estudio de las variables: Gestión escolar y procesos pedagógicos se empleó como técnica de recolección de datos la encuesta que utilizó como instrumentos el cuestionario, los mismos que previamente estuvieron debidamente validados, con óptimos niveles de confiabilidad. Los resultados de la investigación demuestran que existe una relación significativa (p = 0.000) en el nivel de correlación positiva considerable (r = 0.872) entre la gestión escolar y el nivel de procesos pedagógicos. Finalmente, las conclusiones indican que: Existe relación significativa entre el impacto de la gestión escolar y los procesos pedagógicos en las Instituciones educativas comprendidas en la Red Educativa N°11 de la UGEL 02 del Rímac, 2017, con un nivel de significancia de 0.05 y Rho de Spearman = 0.872 y p-valor = 0.000 < 0.05 Correlación positiva muy alta.The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between School Management and Pedagogical Processes in educational institutions included in the Educational Network N ° 11 of the UGEL 02 of Rímac, 2017, according to the perception of teachers. The research carried out was of a quantitative approach, of a basic type, correlational level, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 53 teachers, and the sample was probabilistic. For the study of the variables: School management and pedagogical processes, the survey that used the questionnaire was used as a data collection technique, the same ones that were previously duly validated, with optimal levels of reliability. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship (p = 0.000) in the level of considerable positive correlation (r = 0.872) between school management and the level of pedagogical processes.
