    A method of spectrofluorimetric monitoring of dipyridamole (DIP) metabolism has been developed. The spectrophotometric monitoring of NADPH microsomal oxidation as a measure of DIP metabolism has also been performed. The drug metabolic oxidation by microsomes requires NADPH and is accompanied by the oxidation of both cofactor and cytochrome b5.
